Worst location to come to ; the old lady with the glasses ruined this CVS , lies to customers about self check out not working , causes big unnecessary lines & the best one , she had no respect , she brings the devil out of customers because she is such a B ... you you guys need a new worker there are plenty of people looking for jobs , but that lady doesn't deserve one .. I watched over 10 people leave the store after she told people to wait on line because the "self check out doesn't work".. If I could, I would give it a negative star. The pharmacy is terrible, and the pharmacist is a flat-out Liar. My Dr called in my prescription twice. When I arrived, they told me my doctor's office never sent it in. When I started calling my physician, she said, "Oh, yes someone did call to see if we received the prescription. They never said that someone was coming in to pick it up. Seriously, the worst humans ever. The CVS crew is miserable and the store is always filthy. If I wasn't force by my insurance provider (Aetna purchased CVS) to fill my prescriptions I wouldn't set foot in this store. They close the pharmacy register 15 minutes before the listed closing times. DO NOT shop here unless you like eye-rolling, abuse, and disrespect. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! This pharmacy is a joke. They had me on hold for 2&1/2 hours while they were "supposed" to be checking to see if my medication was ready. I could hear the employees in the background laughing, not taking anything seriously. None of the employees should be working in a pharmacy. Maybe working at a stable cleaning out the horse stalls is about all they can do. this is the worst pharmacy ever. I even called the "Main Office" to complain and they weren't interested to know what is happening at one of "their" pharmacies. What a mistake ever going there with a prescription. read more

The pharmacy department is incredibly dysfunctional. Why did you go back after your last unfavorable review, you ask? Because my insurance is linked to this pharmacy. Luckily I changed insurance for 2022 and I won't be tortured by CVS Clifton's horrible customer service anymore. This time I dropped off a new prescription. Since wait times are extensive, I opted for pick up later in the week. After numerous stalker text messages from the pharmacy for pick up, I was warned that they would re-shelve my prescription if I didn't pick it up by weeks end or pay for it online; which I did. I stopped by the next day to pick it up. Waited for five minutes at the pick up window. Was told they "couldn't find it" and needed to go to the drop off window. After waiting on line for another ten minutes, I was told the prescription was re-shelved and I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes to be re-filled. Just crazy. read more

This CVS is pretty average, and offers the essentials for people living in the area in this part of Clifton, and those who want to make a quick purchase, whether it's OTC medicine, first aid, drinks, basic groceries, and other seasonal merchandise, not to mention electronics such as portable batteries. The main competitors of this CVS would be Walgreens nearby on Main Ave, and the various local pharmacies dotting Lakeview and Main Aves in Clifton. It's the first store you'll spot on the strip mall/shopping center at Lakeview Avenue of Clifton, so it won't be too hard to miss. Nothing too stellar in comparison with other CVS pharmacies. In terms of service, as with many other general convenience stores, they offer a wide arrange of gift cards (+ temporary debit cards), MoneyGram to send money or pay for services, an ATM, and a pharmacy to stock up on your medication. I've personally never used their pharmacy services, but if you're in need of medication, they'll help you to the best of their abilities! Whenever I'm in Clifton, I would stop by at this CVS to pick up merchandise, or first aid (you can buy your own small bag to put in your medicines there), and the staff has been friendly. The worst customer service ever!! I dont know how this pharmacist still has his job.. he is so rude and acts as if you are bothering him by expecting him to do his job. He talks to customers as if they are stupid for not knowing what he knows. Multiple times my meds have been delayed or wrong and I have to track down what I am supposed to get. "Absolutely awful customer service, I always have problem in this cvs ,in the pharmacy a bunch of idiots works last time they mix my babies prescription ‍ a couple months ago I purchase a AMERICAN Gifcard $100 the girl in cash register she was Triying to activate I guess she dint swapped , so she call the manager he said I was alright , so the next day my wife tried to used $0 I came back to the cvs , they said I have to call American eagle , so I call American eagle they said that cvs dint activate the card to give back my money or change the card . So they said they can do that they have to contact the manager or Owner after 2-3 month I haven't recibe not even a fucking call about it . Worst customer service ever , they don't welcome you at all and they always trying to let u do the self check out while they standing by the cashier looking at you . I was waiting in line and a guy told her I want to pay by the cashier for some reason and she( A young girl ) wasn't shame to give the ugly face and rolls your eyes on the customer while this happen I ask the other girl to help me with help check out she usually just walking around and putting the missing stuff in the shelf she was standing next to me when I ask her , she looked at me and walk away . And the funny part none of them wearing name tags. I only sow one person young manger with tags say manger and his name other than that going there it's like zoooo .the other day I went there to get some Med I sow nice old lady the only good nice one and she was nice . I absolutely love this pharmacy. I have been coming here since I first moved to NJ. The pharmacist and the techs are excellent always willing to help you and answer your questions. My daughter lost her insurance coverage and they all did a great job by trying to give me the best discounts possible. I would give them 10 starts if I could. read more

This store is okay. Their pharmacists don't make many mistakes and the waits aren't too long.
