As an update, look I know it's a Wawa and it's like 24 hours I believe, but I have a problem during the evening hours, every time I make a stop here for gas and to shop at the convenience store, the parking lot is usually overflowing with solicitors, and they aren't even buying anything at the store, nor putting gas, instead they are just parked there either smoking and passing time, plus, the garbage cans at the front are filled to the top, I think it's pretty disorganized, it's a lack of control, either there needs to be some security or something, cause it should be more properly maintained... read more

Ordered through Uber eats most of the time, and they either miss or replace an item. Today was different. I ordered Chicken strips with mashed potato , 8 donuts that were supposed to be from their bakery and a sprite. As you can see from the pictures, we didn't even get the full order. Chicken strips were not fresh, and it was not portioned right. The 8 donuts from their "bakery shop" , well we didn't get nothing but an opened bag of mini donuts. Plus, we didn't get no sprite . I live in Garfield and stop in this location often to use the ATM machine since it's free. Today I stopped by to make a purchase and the clerk was away from the register. I used to have a local quick check I would frequent for fresh sandwiches at a moments notice. That store has been closed. Thank god the Wawa is close by and makes sandwiches to order. I used to go to Wawa all the time down the shore and now that they are up north it's pretty exciting. I get sandwiches here every so often. Every once and a while they have a "hogie fest" and all hogies are $3 or something crazy. They store is clean. The prices are reasonable. It's very convenient. Which is should be. The staff isn't the nicest but who cares. I'm going on for a decent meal or a quick stop for a pick of cigarettes so who really cares. I can tell you the clientele they probably have from that area aren't the nicest. The gas is reasonably priced. They have salads, soups, sandwiches made to order. All drinks. Milkshakes. The only reason I like going to this Wawa is because of the low gas prices and the smoothies particularly cheesecake smoothie. Otherwise, I try not to go inside that often because I feel like I've landed on Mars. I have encountered some people who walk into the store and they look/stare at you. There are some "strange characters", who visit this location and there are always kids loitering in front of store. I actually saw a mom pick up her kid (7 p.m.) and throw his butt in the back seat of the car. He was embarrassed and ashamed and he appeared to be having a nervous breakdown (crying and hitting the window). What lures me inside are the cheesecake smoothies, they are to die for... Store is like any other Wawa, has everything you need. Store is well kept and clean, everything is organized. The service at this location is super quick even at its busiest moments. I noticed after several times of going that the staff at this location walking around helping people, at the register and behind the counter making sandwiches and coffee are super polite. I haven't had an issue at this location at all and for that they definitely reserve the rating I gave them. Kudos to you whoever is managing this location. read more

Never thought a gas station would have great subs But they do! They also have good shakes and mac and cheese.

This Wawa always has issues. Sometimes the tire air pressure machine is broken. Sometimes the coffee machine is out of order. Sometimes I am the pump waiting for gas when I am told they are shutting down the pumps. They then bring the cones out. Sometimes the people fill my gas and forget to put the cover back on. Overall this Wawa was in an convenient location also located next to other vendors such as Verizon, wing stop and more. It has a huge parking lot out front along with multiple entrances in an out the parking lot. This Wawa was very clean on the inside and had a kiosk for on the spot made food such as sandwiches. They didn't get a full 5 stars because I was expecting for Wawa especially due to it's name to have a huge selection of things to buy from. I've been to 7 eleven's that have more options of things to purchase than this Wawa. Other than this the cash register was really friendly and pretty efficient with checking everyone out. read more

Okay so this review is for the gas station at this Wawa. It may seem kind of weird that I'm writing a post for the gas station but the service at this gas station is so great that I felt I needed to write a review which I don't do often. I have gotten gas from here 3 times. The first 2 times were at 6 am when I was on my way to work. I was still waking up but these attendants were rockin n rollin! They were well-staffed and flying around the place taking care of every customer. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes when I thought I would have to wait at least 10 minutes because the gas station was full and I took the last spot. Not only that, but these guys were jamming to music and when they told me to "have a great day man" you could tell they meant it. When I left, I was seriously amped up, ready to start my day. The 3rd time I went, the female attendant greeted me with a huge smile on her face and joked with me a bit and when it was time to leave an older gentleman brought me my reciept, also with a huge smile on his face, and told me to have a great day as well. Really enjoyed my experience at their gas station and I'll be going back frequently from now on! read more

Don't order anything because some employees play roulette of bodily function and the customers pay for it. for instance, i ordered bagel with cream cheese, just out of hunch, the employees we were watching me at the corner of my eye, so i can of made it to mouth and stopped and slowly went back down. so i repeated two more times to make sure, before throwing the sandwich out. the employees also smell like baby powder and shit, not good, def not good, if the employees smell like baby powder shit. Secondly, if the employee who DONT like the work ethic, it's NOT my fault. Best gas prices in the area! Even though I live and work 5 minutes away, I always make it a point to stop at Wawa at least once a week so that I can fill up my car with gas - it's the happy halfway point between my job and where I live and I'm so glad that the Wawa gas station has such low prices cause it saves me a lot of $$$ that I can use on other things that I like, like their wide array of yummy snacks inside! Their drinks are pretty amazing too. The white choc peppermint mocha is to die for! However, on the other hand, I have to take a star away from them because the food they prepare in house is disgusting. I'm a huge fitness buff and I had been anticipating finally ending my diet so that I could bulk up and try some of their food here for what now seems like no good reason. I got their mac and cheese and chicken strips this morning - and not only were both of them lukewarm at best, flavorless, and nasty, but the mac and cheese had the texture of mashed potatoes and the chicken was more chewy than crisp, the way that I like it. Both of them stayed in my throat after I ate them, which made me wanna puke. This was my first visit to a Wawa store. It was a Saturday at noon. It was fairly crowded with people rushing to get somewhere, spin around then rush in the opposite direction which helped to generate a frantic type of atmosphere. The experience is exactly the same as Quick Chek which I had happened to try out first. I ordered the Roast Beef with horseradish club sandwich. The five dollar charge does reflect the size and quality. I paid at the cashier then picked up my meal back at the deli counter. Unlike Quick Chek, there were no tables to eat outside.
