The lady said can you come back, I've got to take my lunch now. The wife asked her to take down the info so while she goes to another store, they can input the info when she gets off lunch. She told my wife no and she'd have to come back. While my wife is attempting to explain, the male pharmacist came to the window and rudely closed the window shade. I would hope that this review would change things but even a call to their corporate office did nothing. This is why they have spent likely millions to put stickers on their drive thru windows saying "someone's loved one works here so please be kind" unfortunately my wife's insurance company requires her to get her meds and take the abuse from them.

I prefer to come into the store; however, I have found that the Pharmacy Drive Thru window is incredibly efficient and easy to use. I've always been pleased with the exceptional level of service coming from the Pharmacy. I would hate to lower my rating of this CVS, because the care I receive from PharmD Kim and her team is so exceptional; However, the check-out experience for the front of the store is a disaster; the Shelves are poorly stocked, and trying to check out from the front of the CVS retail store is less than desirable.

When they finally gave me the bookmarks, they hadn't even been cut, which kind of defeated the whole point of having bookmarks. The silver lining was that the bookmarks were free due to a promotion. The store manager said that the Deli manager would take care of any needs that my team may have. What she failed to tell me is that the deli manager would be just as professional and courteous as her. The Deli manager's name is Amberstar and she is definitely a star shinning bright. Periodically, the store manager and the deli manager popped out to ensure that things were running smoothly. I appreciate the level of service that we received while at this location.
