She told my wife no and she'd have to come back. While my wife is attempting to explain, the male pharmacist came to the window and rudely closed the window shade. The store manager said that the Deli manager would take care of any needs that my team may have. What she failed to tell me is that the deli manager would be just as professional and courteous as her. The Deli manager's name is Amberstar and she is definitely a star shinning bright. Periodically, the store manager and the deli manager popped out to ensure that things were running smoothly. I appreciate the level of service that we received while at this location. HT corporate legal take note as you are going to injure someone and they are going to litigate against you for 7 figures. No excuses; fix this before you hurt a customer.
