The gentlemen who works here with the short black hair and the woman with long black hair always in a bun and wears her mask have just been exceptional towards me and it means alot. I'm no one special but when I walk in to this store I feel special. They are always so friendly and helpful. You can't beat customer service like theirs and they deserve a raise! I also met the owner or manager I believe and he is just as nice. I have always made friends with my local gas station clerks because they see me the most given I drive 3k miles in less than a month but this location is my go to because of how friendly they are. I will only come here for my monster and gas even if they have higher prices. Kindness matters. Sounds mushy and dumb but you literally never know what someone is going thru and their kindness has been so refreshing considering everything going on in the world and in my life. So just remember, be kind, be like this staff, because a small gesture whether good or bad can make or break someone's day. Most folks still don't realize that if you're in a regular sized car you can pull up on either side of the pumps because Costco uses extra long hoses that easily reach across your vehicle, so you can just pick whichever line is shortest instead of waiting behind a row of SUVs all committed to the same side. It keeps things moving, or at least it does for the people who know the trick. The setup here is straightforward. Just regular and premium gas, no diesel, no squeegees, no frills. Scan your Costco membership card to start, then your credit card, and the pump wakes up immediately. It's quick, efficient, and exactly what you expect from Costco fuel, which is part of the appeal. As far as Love's stations go it's pretty standard, generally the bathrooms are kept in decent condition, it's not a huge store so it might not have the same selection as some larger stations but it should still have at least a little of pretty much anything you need. Getting in or out can be a little traffic heavy sometimes but overall it's a pretty well run and convenient station. One of your better options if you're in the area and need to make a stop.
