This location is terrible. From parking always being under construction, to the store always looking a mess - its just not a pleasant experience. First off, let me start by saying I LOVE target; I just don't enjoy shopping in this location and don't visit it often unless I absolutely have to. The lay out is a little cramped, but I understand is a smaller store. I think they may be understaffed as the floor is always a mess and things are just laying around everywhere. The only reason I'm giving them two star instead of one is because they do have a pretty well stocked toy section which was impressive considering the rest of the store looks like it's been torn by a tornado. So if you need to buy a toy - this is a great option - other wise, drive to the cheyenne location or briargate location. read more

I have had a lot going on lately and have been needing customer service help and I have to say, target has hands down been the most pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, something was missing from my order but it was handled quickly and I had the nicest customer service representative. I had an experience where I sent an item back to another retailer and am still waiting for my refund two weeks after they received my return and after calling 3 times. I use to love coming to Target m, for there customer service is normally better than Walmart. but today I encountered a rude employe, her and her team decided it was a great idea to shut down the fitting rooms, then proceeded to tell they would only need 1 hour. so I waited, came back and she proceeded to tell another customer the same news. If you accept SNAP, then let your cashiers and customer service reps know this, but most importantly, fix your pos so it actually accepts the customers' card. Night shift Management is clueless and can only shrug her shoulders, not understanding what's causing the malfunction. And offers no satisfactory solution to the problem. My goodness I had a good experience here today. I was shopping off a wedding registry and I needed four plates but could only find three. The woman at the checkout was so pleasant and also offered to have someone check in the back and then call another store to find the plate for me. The woman helping me call other stores was also so pleasant and patient and very helpful. I'm mad at myself for not remembering their names! My wife went to this target today. Do some casual shopping for our daughter. Our daughter was with her during the shopping. I'll paint a picture. My wife comes home with daughter. She's balling her eyes out and is shaking. Apparently a associate of this location was disturbed by my daughters crying or screaming. Which mind you most if not ALL BABIES CRY AND THROW FITS. The associate then has the nerve to ask my wife to leave or as she said " maybe you should take your daughter home." After telling my family none of my family members will be shopping at this location of targets ever again after this experience. I called the manager immediately for clarification. This Target is the worst I have ever been to. The store is ALWAYS dirty, disorganized and in complete disarray. The employees are NO WHERE to be found.- this is extremely frustrating when you are looking all over the store for an item you can't find and just need help. We picked up one of the red phones and waited for over 5 minutes and no one was picking up. Finally, we saw an employee come out of the back and we asked him if they carried the item we were looking for which was Sterno (the heat source you put under chaffing dishes to keep them warm). The employee, a young, tall male, just stared at us. We asked him again and we got a response this time - but it was a garbled, mumbled sentence that we couldn't understand. Finally, another older woman walked over and she assisted us. When it came time to check out, the lines did not make sense and half the associates lights were not on. We asked Mikayla if her lane was still open just to check and she looked at us, ignored us and continued with ringing up the customer she had in front of her. We went into another line and the woman in front of us said "i think that girl's line is open" , pointing to Mikayla, since the woman in front of us had a cart load of items and we had only 4. We told her that she didn't respond to us and she told us that Mikayla did not respond to her either. People started to go into Mikayla's line, even though her light was not on, and she rang people up. This wouldn't be such an issue if Mikayla would have ACKNOWLEDGED us, and responded OR turned her light on to show that her lane was open... This is the third time we have been to this Target and each visit is worse than the last. I would rather go shopping at Wal-Mart and that tells you what kind of store this Target is and the people they employee. read more

It's worse than Walmart now and that's not good, when I checked out the machine to put my debit card into! Is so high up? I can't see it? You can bend the machine down but with your chip card in there, it bends your card down and it won't work Why? This store doesn't think or care about people in wheelchairs? Love coming to this target it's spacious and always has new merchandise. It tends to be very busy with a lot of people in it. One thing that took stars away is an employee was staring at my friend and I shop. They were out of stock of a knife I was looking for (but it said it was available on the target app) as well as a rice cooker (I just moved here and most of my kitchenware hasn't been delivered yet). This Target lacks so much. On my last visit I asked the girl at the checkout for an item I could not find, keep in mind there was no one else in line. Well she told me maybe in the accessories section and pointed in the direction. I looked, didn't see what I needed so went back and again asked if she could please help me. So she called on the radio to someone who said, maybe in another area, which I told her I looked there already. Then she gave up and started ringing up my items, I asked if the person was going to call back on the radio and she said I think they gave up. What is the point asking if you found out everything ok if you don't really care to help the customer. This is a small store, doesn't carry a lot of items. Not even an eyeglass repair kit, the little screws and screwdriver. Seems like a simple item to carry at a store that has a pharmacy and glasses section. I wish there was another target nearby, I wouldn't choose to come here if there were another option. read more

I checked out and my hands were full. Your cashier handed me the receipt, I asked her to please put it in one of my bags. Not too much ask. Just got back from buying a new cell phone at the Target at 5240 N Academy in Colorado Springs. Hunter, who works in electronics, provided excellent customer service. He was extremely patient in transferring the data and pictures from my old phone, which was very slow, to the new phone. He was polite and conversational during my wait. As a middle aged woman I really appreciate his technological expertise. I will recommend the electronics department at this Target to anyone. Ask for Hunter! read more

I Was in here the evening of 03/01/19. I had a big ticket purchase and brought up two shower caddy fixtures. One was marked $9.08 and an identical one marked $10.48, The attending cashiers name was Beth and she outright refused to honor the price going as far as to say it was the incorrect sticker, OK this wasn't my error it was whoever was placing stickers on the merchandise. This really bothered me that she did not even express any desire to make it right for the customer over $1.40. At this point. I opted not to purchase the shower caddy fixtures; over a matter of principle. I think Beth is the wrong person you have employed here sincerely upsetting that an employee would rather make a "I'm not going to help you" statement then to make it right for the customer on the account of an employees error. I come here more than your average target shopper. This location is seldom busy, and there are no words to tell you how much I appreciate that. Although you will always face the people who stop their cart in the middle of the isle right in your way and act oblivious to the fact that there are other earthlings around, I believe I experience this less at this location than any other. The store is generally clean and organized. The fitting room attendants, have sometimes been gruff... But, they put clothes back on hangers all day, so I get it. Over-all, the staff has remained regularly respectful and willing to help when requested as I have observed over the last few years. The entire shopping center is a bit inconvenient to get in and out of, but blah blah woof woof, there's always something to complain about. I will continue coming here until I move further away from here, or unless I experience something similar to what I dealt with at the Ross at the other end of this shopping center (see my other reviews for the gossip). I like Target, because it is not Walmart. People die inside slowly every time they go to Walmart, love yourself, my friend. Don't do that to yourself. Because turtle power....
