I really like this CVS location. Especially the pharmacy department area. The pharmacist and the staffs there are really nice and provide fast service. This 3 stars review is for this one District Support pharmacist name Kevin N ( first Time seeing there) that he was helping me When I can to pick up myself and my mom prescription. When it was my Turn to come to The counter I told him I am here to pick up prescriptions go two People. He then proceeded asking name and bday and went to get the prescription. Then ring me up but th copay it was so high for a zpak then he told me this rx didnt submitted to ins then he went and submitted to insurance after all that done I told him the second patient name n bday he told me why I didn't tell him to pick up for two people at the beginning I told him I did. He then realized he thought I meant pic up two prescriptions. All rx were new rx he never ask me if I had any questions or look into my face when talking. I had to ask him can I start My Meds today and if I have allergic to penicillin can I still take this etc... I hope the normal pharmacist comes back cause this guy from the district didn't show any sympathy or show any interest on the patient wellness read more

Usually when you get on Yelp reviews for a pharmacy, it's bimodal. Either you hate them enough to get on Yelp to write on it or it's a 5 stars review. Also remember that the reviews do not reflect the current pharmacist at the time. This is for the CVS pharmacy located within TARGET. I came to this store to receive my annual flu shot (I know right, on top of already being vaccinated for covid). It was a seamless process. The pharmacist manager at the time, Jenn, was of the utmost professional. Friendly and verisimilitude in nature, she approached me with a smile and quickly looked up my insurance. This was a busy location for she was catering to almost four patients at once, not to mention the phone calls from doctors and hospitals. After filling out the form, she approached me for the flu shot. The administration of the flu shot has to be 10/10. I felt no pain. She took the proper PPE protocol with her face shield and mask, as well as her white coat. She has very good technique. Being vaccinated against covid and the flu shot, I feel like I'm ready for any pandemic, be it foreign or domestic! read more

I've been using this pharmacy for 9 years. Nice people, but terrible business policies since CVS took over from Target. My number one complaint- they will refill meds without your approval or request, then text and call to pester you to pick the refill up. So ... try personally asking a tech to mark your account to never auto refill. Tried that, multiple times. And if your physician changes or discontinued your medicine? Prescription expires, you don't need it? You only take as needed, don't need every thirty days? That doesn't stop them. They'll cull through your account and refill anyway, or even fax your doctor a bogus request for a refill authorization with a line in it that the patient plans to pick it up at such and such time, to expedite. If you say, but I didn't ask for that refill, they'll deny faxing your doctor and say it was initiated by the dr. They flat out lie and tell you they didn't send the fax first. This is beyond annoying, and wastes time at my doctors office, for him and his staff. It has happened to me on multiple occasions with several physicians. The doctors have the fax request, I've got copies too, proving the CVS employees are lying. So while they are nice, they are doing something unethical. If they do this to every patient in their system, it's mind blowing how many extra prescriptions they could be processing ... I feel sorry for patients who aren't aware of the practice. It's actually dangerous. My doctor changed me to a new medication for side effects, then this CVS pharmacy faxed my doctor a request for a completely unneeded refill for the old medicine, by sending a bogus fax that I had ordered it, and then told me the dr had ordered it. If I had taken both medications simultaneously there would have been real adverse consequences. Since talking to multiple representatives at this location over many months has not resulted in their being able to stop these predatory practices, and since they lie to cover up their practices, I'm done. I'll shop elsewhere, and I've filed a report with my insurance company to give them a heads up as well. read more

Do not use the pharmacy service unless I have no choice. The pharmacy department employees will tell you wrong information. They assume every CVS Pharmacy is well stocked. When you go to another location and it's out of stock. Do you know how frustrating this is? You're wasting your time and gas for nothing. read more

These people call me the minute they get the rx and give me all the details of the meds and mail them out at once, always nice. They call me to tell me it's time for a refill and mail it before I run out. They made sure I got my meds right away after leaving the hospital recently. I've never had better service at a pharmacy.
