Best fresh water in Cypress. This place has been in this city forever and the old man that works there is friendly.

The flavors of the pho and fried rice were perfect! Savory Wagyu fried rice with that rich Wagyu taste. And the combination pho had a lot of meat which was all very good and tender. The broth was a win too. You get a taste of all the spices that are supposed to stand out in a bowl of pho. I liked that the thin noodles were chewy and not overcooked. The fries were also really good and our boys of course loved them! Eggrolls were off the chain!! The service was outstanding. Our waiter was so kind and accommodating with our requests. It's a pretty decent sized restaurant

You can tell they put a lot of time and care into making it. The Wagyu beef was the real highlight. It was beautifully marbled, incredibly tender, and practically melted in my mouth after just a few seconds in the hot broth. The quality of the meat really elevated the entire bowl and made it feel like a premium pho experience. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the fresh herbs added great aroma, and every ingredient tasted fresh. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful from the moment it arrived at the table. The restaurant was clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience even better.

Great experience here this past weekend!…read more The interior is pretty small, so it's mostly a food-to-go spot (which is what we did). Service was so friendly and sweet, even gave us some good recommendations. We ordered spicy tuna kimbap, bulgogi kimbap, pork cutlet, and fried dumpling for a group of 4 to eat. It was a pretty big portion size! The kimbap tins came with probably 15+ rolls. For $12 - $16 per tin, this was such a good deal. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back to enjoy more kimbap combinations at the good prices!

(the spice was spicing...) it's rolled right then and there, so it will take some time for them to make it (a full bts music video, which they'll play on a small tv screen for you, or around 4 minutes). with that in mind, you can rest assured the ingredients used are fresh since they package it after you order and pay. you get around 3 rolls of your chosen kimbap. i paid $12.95 for the fire fishcake, so it's a bit on the pricier side even though it's one of the cheaper rolls offered. it's a cute shop that's a little cramped, so it's definitely just a spot to stay for a short time if you plan to eat there.

The original cookie was less sweet than other places I've tried in the best way. Crisp texture, just right. The matcha wasn't bitter at all, more creamy and soft. Definitely coming back to grab more!!! The kimchi fried rice was buttery with chunks of army spam (favorite part), kimchi and cheese. Not spicy at all but so addictive. The bulgogi was the staff's recommendation and I get why it's their best seller... Fresh ingredients, well seasoned, you could taste everything individually. The spot is in a plaza near Target. Inside feels like a cute Korean convenience store, individual Korean ice cream bars (no more buying the whole pack at H-Mart ), hangang ramyun, alcohol, and Korean drinking game sets. Next time I'm coming back for the hangang ramyun and those games for sure!

Adding spicy mayo sauce was perfect. But if you dont like spicy food, try the teriyaki bowl. Each bowl can be customized with 1 choice of meat and w toppings. The simba was good snack, appetizers. Friendly services. Easy parking. Plenty of indoor seatings.

The staff was welcoming and the restaurant cozy and simple. It reminded me of the kind of small town restaurant you might find in the mid-west, unassuming but friendly, with a nice family and "after church" kind of vibe. Service was prompt, the waitress friendly. Coffee and drinks came very quick. I had a California omelette with roasted portables. A good choice, it was tasty and filling. Definitely try the banana bread as a side. It is excellent! Also worth getting one to go. Overall, eating at the Scratch Xafe was a good experience, and I look forward to eating there again soon.

Rating: 2/10 - Truly Disappointed After 10Years I have been…read morecoming to this restaurant for over 10 years, but after today, I am truly disappointed. My family and I have always been loyal customers, we always tip generously, and we have never given this establishment a reason to treat us with anything but respect. Today, that streak ended. We came in with a party of 9. Our usual, normal spot was completely open and ready, but the host looked visibly bothered that we wanted to sit there. Instead of seating us, they made all 9 of us stand right next to literally 10 wide-open seats for over 5 minutes. To make matters worse, the staff kept giving us looks that made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. In over a decade, we have never been made to feel like a burden here until today. It wasn't cool, and it completely ruined what is usually a great family tradition. It hurts to say this after 10 years of loyalty, but if you have a big party, don't go here. They clearly cannot handle it, or simply do not want the business.
