Best fresh water in Cypress. This place has been in this city forever and the old man that works there is friendly.

From the moment it hit the table, I could smell how rich and flavorful the broth was. You can tell it wasn't rushed--it tasted like it had been simmering for hours. Every spoonful was comforting, packed with depth, and had the perfect balance of savory flavors. The beef was unbelievably tender, practically melting in my mouth, and the noodles had the perfect bite. This is the kind of meal that reminds you why pho is one of the best comfort foods out there. What really impressed me was the freshness of everything. The herbs were vibrant, the bean sprouts had a great crunch, the jalapeños added the perfect kick, and a squeeze of lime brought the entire bowl together. Every ingredient complemented the broth instead of overpowering it. I found myself slowing down just to enjoy every bite because it was that good. By the time I finished, I was honestly wishing there was another bowl waiting for me. The service and atmosphere made the experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It's always a bonus when great food is matched by great hospitality. Pho Redbo has officially earned a spot on my list of favorite pho restaurants, and I already know I'll be back to try more of the menu. If you're searching for a pho spot that delivers on flavor, freshness, and overall experience, don't sleep on this place--you'll leave happy and already planning your next visit.

Finally able to come in and try this place after passing it by so many times the last couple of…read moremonths. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Inside was very clean and bright with catchy kpop to bop to. The food was absolutely delicious. My wife and I tried some of the Kupbobs (I had the spicy pork and she had the cutlet). The spicy pork had the perfect amount of flavor and spice, present but not destructive. The kimchi and egg were delicious on their own, but as a combination with the pork and rice, it was the perfect combination of flavors. This was further enhanced by the garlic mustard sauce, one of half a dozen house-made sauces, that came with the Kupbob. We will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. I'm very curious about the Hangang Ramen they have, where you grab a Ramyun packet from the wall and make it at one of the Ramgun stations.

Absolute garbage customer service and a total joke of a business!…read moreMy family and I showed up at 7:38 PM craving a quick dinner, only to be flat-out rejected at the door because they "weren't taking any more customers." Excuse me? Your posted door signs and online hours explicitly state you are open until 8:00 PM. Refusing paying customers nearly half an hour before closing is beyond lazy--it's an absolute insult. If your staff is so desperate to clock out that they turn away hungry people 22 minutes early, then just change your posted hours and stop wasting everyone's time. Let's be real for a second: you are literally selling marked-up, overpriced Top Ramen in a bowl. You aren't operating a Michelin-star kitchen that requires hours of complex prep. Turning away easy revenue on glorified instant noodles is mind-bogglingly bad management. Mark my words: with an attitude like this, this place will be completely out of business within a month.
