I had been to this location a couple of months ago and my experience at this visit was significantly more pleasant than previous experiences. The place seemed to be somewhat under construction so there was debris in a couple of departments but everywhere else was clean and organized.

I was on hold for an hour when a woman FINALLY answered she asked to put me back on hold because she was busy with someone else on the other line. Me, being the dummy I am, said ok; because my goodness how long could it possibly take to finish up with someone?! So there wasn't none of their awful music for about 15 minutes; then I was rudely dropped back in the queue. I almost lost it. After another hour, I finally hung up. It's the most infuriating experience I have each month when I call for a refill. I called again today at 9:00am on the dot and still had to hold for an hour. When I go back to visit my dermatologist next month I'm going to ask her to send my prescription to a local pharmacy. My insurance doesn't cover my prescription anyway so what's the difference?!?! I'm sorry for you if you have to use this pharmacy. For the few bucks you might save I don't think the wait is worth it. My time is WAY more valuable!

I mean they just always seem like they're completely out of their element, completely disorganized. I would definitely choose a different Walgreens if you have the option.

They also deliver medicine in less than 2 days, so that is a plus for me. I love Cedra pharmacy, and I use it over my other pharmacies here in irving.
