I tried calling the pharmacy to update them with information for a prescription. Someone picks up the phone, then without saying anything immediately places me on hold. I remained on hold for thirty minutes. I hung up the phone and called right back. This time, someone answers, states that there is a system issue, and then states I can remain on hold or call back. Before I can finish a sentence, I'm placed on hold. I'm tired of managers giving me apologies while I continue to get the same crappy service consistently. Don't bother with vaccine appointments; they are not honored. Pharmacy seemed overstuffed but long lines at each window. Showed up 15 minutes early for appointment. Big mistake. Appointments were not even paid attention to. Obviously cannot schedule time to take off work to get vaccines done . Management could care less. Rest f stir empty. The customer service (or complete lack thereof) is the only consistent thing about this store. We asked for help checking out because the self-service stations are small and we had a lot of stuff. Instead, one employee helped us scan our large items and then stepped back and watched us check out while the other employee used a mirror in the makeup section to braid her hair. Clean store in a nice convenient location. Everything is spaced nicely and easy to find. The employees are hit or miss. One man in general that works there is always unfriendly and arguing with other employees and sometimes customers. They have a drive through located on the side facing LA fitness to drop off or pick up prescriptions. read more

I was very impressed by the politeness of the staff at this CVS. The young man at the register offered to help me find anything I wanted and was actually willing to help and not just following protocol. I had been to this location a couple of months ago and my experience at this visit was significantly more pleasant than previous experiences. This location is vary convenient off of Skillman st. Every time I go in I see the manager working and he's a vary nice guy, always saying hello , can I help you. He's great! I forgot his name though. Like every business now, they can be understaffed at times, but the manager Lance Hart seems to be there all the time. He works hard to make customers happy, and keep the store neat. Employee are friendly and helpful. We have never had an issue with the pharmacy. One rude employee is no longer there. read more

Awful! On four different occasions now i've had problems with this pharmacy. They have incorrectly filled my prescription, or completely not called when something wasn't available, and never let us know when something was available. The staff there is defensive, and will cut you off i'm trying to explain the issue, and doesn't seem to really care about what's in the best interest of the patient. We're switching to another CVS, we have to use CVS as a part of our insurance, but I'd rather drive an extra 5 miles away then to go to the store. read more

Only giving this pharmacy one star and that star is purely for LaJoy. Everyone else (females that worked this evening at the pharmacy, other than LaJoy and I think her manager) are a joke. Incapable of doing anything correctly and to be honest unsure if they should even be labeled pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. I think CVS literally hired people who can just count pills. LaJoy is the only one at this pharmacy that eludes class, intelligence, and superior customer service capabilities. The pharmacist (a short Indian woman), as well as two other woman that I dealt with this evening were just appalling. You clearly can tell they are unprofessional and lacked common sense with how they were talking poorly about their customers in front of other customers. CVS clearly needs to send their district managers in and clean up the personnel in that pharmacy. Maybe re-train them and confirm they really went to pharmacy school and have the right credentials to become a technician and pharmacist. Also, they should consider promoting LaJoy to a higher role as well. I have worked with her on two separate occasions and each time I never had an issue and she took care of EVERYTHING!!! She clearly goes above and beyond for her patients/customers. That's what happens when you LISTEN and don't talk shit about your customers. I have been coming to this location for over 10yr now all of the pass managers were awesome. They now have a young Hispanic guy as a manager up front at this location. I don't know CVS process on how to become one but this guy should not be the face of one of their managers. he is very rude, he doesn't great you as you come through the door. The store is clean, organized and neat, but when I was paying a guy stole my phone, he took it out of my shopping cart. The manager was able to look up the video to see what had happened, I wouldn't had never thought someone took my phone out of my cart and walk out like nothing. I usually use the nearby Walgreens instead of this cvs as I've had issues with prescriptions in the past. Today I ran in there to grab some makeup while running other errands. The price right below the shelf for the makeup said $11.49. When I went to pay it rang up at $16.99. I mentioned the price difference and the clerk and a manager looked at the shelf with me. The $11.49 was actually for the item below, even though the makeup I picked up was the closest item to the price sticker. The actual $16.99 price was hidden in a drawer below the makeup where I never would have looked. I argued how deceptive that was and they wouldn't give me the original lower price. I did have a 40% coupon, so I decided to use that to lower the price (Amazon sells the same makeup for $12). When I went to use the coupon--which had no visible disclaimer--the computer rejected it with no explanation. The cashier offered to use a 30% coupon instead. After two bait and switches with the price, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I recommend heading a little further east and going to Walgreens instead. read more
