I went in having with Covid symptoms. The nurse practitioner tested for Covid & RSV. Covid came out positive. I usually use Pearson pharmacy but since I was there, I had them filled it- never, ever again. I left with it being included with my Aetna CVS insurance. A months later I received a bill for over $500 from CVS. I would have never, ever paid that much for the prescription had they informed me & sucked up my flu like symptoms. They were deceptive & criminal to not inform me. I have called twice so far. No response until yesterday. Then they emailed me a 150 due soon payment plan. I will never ever walk in their store again. Fraud at its best. read more

All previous reviews are correct, from dirty, nasty, filthy store, absolutely rude, obnoxious, employees, to hold times on the phone, misinformation, all the above. If it all possible, avoid the CVS like you would avoid the plague! Because it's filthy enough, you could catch it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. It's understandable to not have a medication in stock and for it to need to be ordered. But the problem with this location is the lack of honesty and respect. They are rude. They lie. And they are GREAT at showing how little they truly care. STAY CLEAR!! Pick any other pharmacy if possible. Called yesterday and my medication wasn't in stock and was told they would order it and to check today to see if it was in. I called today at noon and was told they get the order around 2pm so check back then. I called back and was put on hold and then hung up on. I then called back and was told it should be ready in a few hours. The automated service said it was in process as well as the app. My husband gets there to pick it up and is told they don't have it and is told they never told me that. Mind you when I called, I was on speaker phone so my husband heard the call which is why he tried to get it. Now my husband is having to drive 45 minutes to get it picked up. I call into my insurance to find out where else I can go for prescriptions and even they are telling me different costs. Avoid this location and CVS as a whole if possible. read more

Absolutely the slowest service at a pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Maybe if we all make a formal complaint with CVS about these 30+ minute waits (for a PROCESSED prescription- just to check out) they will actually do something about it. I just did. Pulled into the drive-thru Lane and they were about a half a dozen cars . So I went inside. They were over a dozen people in line . Went back to the drive-thru . Been sitting here for 25 minutes now and there's still four cars ahead of me . They lost my prescription I dropped off hours ago and then found it after I called about picking up . They never answer the phone, EVER! Went in at 10:30am to pick up medicine that was electronically sent over at 9am. They said it wasn't ready, come back after 2. Went back at 3 and it still wasn't ready and they had to scripts come in for me. Tried calling again at 5 after I got off the phone with the er nurse who told me that they need to check their system cause she sent it out at 9:30 am electronically. read more

This has always been a hard cvs location to work with. I have resisted leaving a negative review many times but no more. Today I went to get a script for my husband only to be told they are out. It was a pain reliever. I asked if the north woodland location has it and was told "I don't know, I can't check that." So I drove 15 extra minutes north to check. They didn't have it either. Then I found out that the girl at south woodland could have called and asked thereby saving me 30 minutes of driving (there and back.) I also then found out that they could have given me that information on the phone. I didn't know that. This is the hardest cvs to work when and they don't know what they are doing! If I could give negative 20 I would. I HATE this pharmacy beyond belief. They don't answer their phones, I literally walked in with my phone showing 47 min waiting for them to answer and watched as not one person picked up the phone. Then waited 10 more minutes for someone to help me at the counter and showed them I am on hold now 57 minutes waiting to find out if my prescription called in 2 days ago is ready. Without fail when I have gone in to pick up prescriptions somebody in line has an issue with these people, they have terrible customer service and are constantly screwing up my prescription, today was the last straw I had prescriptions sent in by my doctor and they said I'd already picked them up! Well I knew that wasn't true and after going a few rounds with them they re-checked and discovered my scrips were still available? They have texted in the past that my scrips were ready and I arrive and they haven't been filled yet, I won't be using them again! read more

They are the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. If they tell tough the Rx will be ready by 3:00, count on another two hours or forgetting to do it at all. If there is another CVS you can go to, do it. They aren't all bad. read more

I have an ear infection in both ears, everything is throbbing and I can barely hear anything besceu the inflammation is so bad. The doctors sends over the prescription order but cvs pharmacy didn't open until another hour, so I waited in my car, in terrible pain. Walked in 15 after their opening time and they said they're still getting everything ready for the day; okay no worries.. I will wait, 30 minutes pass and tell me they have the antibiotic pills ready and they're just waiting on the ear drops and I will get a text when it's ready.. so I go to my car and ended up waiting for an hour. I finally got tired of waiting and went back in to ask them what's going on. They are out of the ear drop, that they couldn't complete the order! SO WHY WAS I NOT NOTIFIED!?? Of course it's just bullshit and I'm in too much pain so I tell them to just give me the antibiotics and I'm going to the another CVS that supposedly had it. Guess what!! I am currently another hour in of WAITING, Because CVS hasn't transferred the prescription order to Yet.. WTF read more

Most disgusting pharmacy. Floors haven't been vacuumed in what looks like years, trash can in vaccination area over flowing with dirty used gloves, vaccine stuff and bandaids. Pharmacist could not care any less. read more

Terrible pharmacy. Couldn't fill my prescription!! I have a simple prescription, went in to drop it off. Told me it was back ordered and had no idea when it could be filled...and handed my prescription back to me. Went over to Publix and it was filled same day! Get it together CVS. This pharmacy is completely garbage. Waited in the drive thru for eternity and was the third car back. Never moved. Never even slid the box out. Literally sat there so long I watched a tree grow. The worst Pharmacy I have been to. A week ago, they failed to fill my prescription because the date wasn't written on it. Ok. No problem, except they failed to call me or the Doctor and by the time I found out the doctor went on Vacation. Today, they failed again to fill a different prescription because they said the felt the doctor went over the two twice on the date. Again, no call. The best part was the pharmacist, smirking at me and telling me to go to the ER. Another pharmacy filled the prescription in 20 minutes with no problems. Don't waste your time due to poor follow through and horrible costumer service. Go across the street. read more

Unbelievable horrid. They treated me as less than human, consistently gave incorrect information to me as well as my doctor each time we called to get a Rx transferred from out of state. At one point, they actually ILLEGALLY misquoted state law to my physician! After calling and making numerous complaints, they only "apologized" (I'm using that term in a very loose way) for one of their staff members conducting an illegal practice (which, by the way, the state law they attempted to quote was completely inaccurate). After treating me as though I am a drug addict, I eventually had to call and give them the most personal information about past traumas and why I have PTSD to convince them that indeed, I have a right to obtain this medicine (even though my actual physician already authorized this). After telling them how violated I felt (because I had to recount extremely violent experiences), the pharmacist stated, "It's ok. I'm a doctor." 1.) It's a PhD - big whoop. This is not the same as an MD. My husband is one and I'm in a PhD program. This does not make me feel any better about discussing such private matters with a stranger over the phone. 2.) I should never have had to do this. Another pharmacist actually told me (direct quote!): "Well, I don't actually know you, so I don't feel comfortable about refilling your controlled substance prescriptions. If I knew someone who could vouch for you, then I'd do it." I asked her point blank: "So, let's say you had a neighbor who knew me or a person who mows your lawn knew me, and 'vouched for me,' then you would fill this?" Her response: "Yes." This is absolute structural violence and frankly offensive. I called Walgreens the next day and recounted everything (including several fictions they gave me - in addition to a misquoted state law). The pharmacist was horrified and validated my issues. She assured me that if I transferred my Rx to their store, there would be no problem. I did. Guess what? No problem. You'll be better off with Walgreens than them any day. Otherwise, be prepared to be treated like scum of the earth if you have any prescription for a controlled substance. They will justify it by stating that their job is on the line. I challenged them that my own health is on the line, to which one of the many pharmacists admitted that this was less important. They also evidently believe that they have more authority than my actual physician. RUN AWAY. read more
