Store Manager is TRASH. Went there to pick up my fresh pass app order on Friday and was unable to…read morecheck in so I went to the customer service counter to get help. Once someone finally came to the counter, The lady acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for help with my order. After demanding assistance without an attitude she walks away and I have to ask another employee for the manager who showed me exactly where the attitude came from. He proceeded to force me to a room off the kitchen that looked like it was for baking just so I could check in for my order. If esclalting a customer was sport this guy was Micheal Jordan. After years of being a fresh pass member I'll never spend another dime at this location. It's pathetic this man even has a job here. His employees even commented to me how he's a jerk to them as well.

I knew it was going to be a long adventure and I had a feeling it was going to be expensive. But I headed off to the Kroger's in Sherman to give the chain another shot. Oh my, the difference is like night and day. Mind you, I went in at night...when everyone is tired after a long day and they are stocking like crazy. I've never gotten such great service. All of my random requests like "excuse me do you carry vital wheat gluten" to "where in the world would I find sesame oil" was met with a smile, the store employee stopped what they were doing and helped me find the item. I know I spent over two hours in that store and my cart was over flowing by the time I made it to the front. A wonderful gentleman checked me out. He was friendly, welcoming and really made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Then, he called up someone to help me take out my two carts of groceries. A very nice young man who helped me load my van and then took the carts back. And I restocked an entire, literally empty kitchen with ALL of the basics (from spices to meat) to cook real food for just under $400. I was incredibly pleased with the sale prices they had and took the opportunity to really stock up on things like flour, spices and other baking goods. This Krogers will have my business as long as we live nearby.

I waited 15 minutes for them and they were a no-show. I had to get my meat and return home to start preparations. The prescriptions are always available and refilled on time. And, unlike Walgreens, they have no problem with you using your regular RX Insurance along with GoodRX. The service is Awesome!!
