"I wish people could hear how stupid they sound when they ask questions." When I told them I was a customer and could hear them, a male employee began screaming at top volume at me. Obviously I left and would never go back. The man proceeded to harass me by calling my doctor to tell him that I was "banned for life" from CVS. I'm not entirely sure how can be banned for life for not thinking it was acceptable to make fun of elderly customers who needed help with their medicine but it doesn't matter because I will never go back. I understand retail can be stressful but making fun of customers who need help with their prescriptions is about as low as you can go. CVS will never get another dime from me!

We called first thing in the morning with an urgent post-op request for a delivery. They said they could handle the issue within an hour. They did. Amazing! Shortly thereafter, they called to follow up, to be sure that everything went well. How refreshing that you can actually call with a request, speak with well educated, attentive people, and then they follow up. This is the way to run a personal service business. No wonder the large pharmacy chains are struggling and closing. We'll be very happy to do business with Seva Pharmacy again. Thank you all very much!!

They basically mail out the meds You need and maybe You get them and maybe You don't but either way they sure AF charge You for them. I highly recommend morristown pharmacy at 95 Madison ave. In the same building as doctors. On first floor past elevators on right. It is very accessible.Like a family. They are wonderful there. Made my prescription transfers so easy. Staff is great. Calls me when medications are do for renewal. If you are looking for a family pharmacy like rite aid please go to morristown pharmacy. You will be happy. I love it there. Im a nurse so of course im worried more about my medicines. They are so friendly to talk to and answers my questions about my medicines expertly.
