Terrible service. My daughter was sick at state college and I needed a script transferred quickly. After leaving a message for CVS on swamp road with no call back I went to the store. The clerk refused to help, telling me I had to call the other CVS and leave a message. After trying my best to do this online and being unsuccessful she pretty much said "oh well too bad". After showing her my attempt at doing rhis online and not getting an ounce of help I told her I'm not leaving until I get help. She angrily did it. I'll never use CVS again. Even the CVS rep at the other place said she was rude. read more

This is one of three CVS locations I frequent. I am considering changing my pharmacy refills to this location, because the one on Ferry Rd. is slow as molasses. Meanwhile, I have NOT used the pharmacy here but for picking up OTC meds and supplies, it's perfectly fine. BRING your own BAGS - they only supply paper. Use self check out if you can - it's a bit faster. read more

Customer Service Sadly Lacking! After spending 4 hours in the emergency room with my husband who was in terrible pain, I attempted to drop his script off at CVS pharmacy. They told me they were just about to close for lunch and that I should come back in a half an hour. After sitting in the emergency room for 4 hours, I didn't want to drive home and come back. I made a fuss and they agreed to keep the script and enter it after lunch to save me a trip. While I was talking to them, the closing gate was coming down in front of my face, and the staff was staring at me as if I had lost my mind. There was no customer service and no compassion for what was going on with my family. This is the last script I will have filled at this location. read more

Time it takes to fill a script.CVS sucks and takes forever to fill a script. 6 to 7 hours is unacceotable period

On Saturday May 11th,I came in to this store to buy a sale item listed in the weekly add. Natures bounty and nature made vitamins where buy 1 get the 2 one for a dollar. When I went to pay for my item,the manager said it wasn't on sale. I showed her the website paper and she still said its not on sale. The manager refused to honor the sale price. Either the manager was taking orders from her boss,or this particular manager decided not to honor the sale listed in the weekly add. Either way it's disgusting that CVS allows their managers to get away with this kind of nonsense. read more

Exceptionally competent pharmacy staff. If you need it done right and in a timely manner, call this place!

If I could zero stars I would. I arrived just before 1:30 to pick up my medication. I was the only person next in line. I was rudely told that the pharmacy was closing in 20 seconds and that I had to come back later after lunch. There was an elderly man paying and the woman proceeded to close the metal doors in his face. He looked stunned and stepped back and declared "excuse me!" If the pharmacist had nicely said "Oh I'm sorry we're about to close" it would have been different. Instead she tapped her watch at me and said we close in 20 seconds and you have to come back later. Clearly she missed learning how customer service works. Technically I arrived 20 seconds before closing. If customer service existed, I would have been the last customer checked out and then the window would have closed. I don't usually post reviews but this is not the first time I have had an issue with the CVS on swamp road. The majority of the pharmacists that work there are extremely rude. I've been hung up on when asking questions over the phone because they didn't know an answer. Another time the systems were down and I was told "too bad", instead of being offered an alternative. Eventually one of the rare nice workers let me know I could go to the CVS in town as my medicine was needed. Perhaps as pharmacists they need to remember that people need medicine for a reason and come to pick it up because it is something that they need. I have considered switching pharmacies before and after this time, I think I will be doing so. The customer service in this pharmacy needs a hard look from management. When you are a pharmacist, part of your job is dealing with people, customers, and the public. Part of working with people who need medicine is that they may have experienced some sort of trauma or a family member they are watching in pain and the medicine is something that they need to help them. Keep this in mind, pharmacists. Courtesy is so lost these days and even companies like these just don't care anymore. Treating someone with disrespect for no reason is just reprehensible. read more

I found the pharmacist extremely helpful particularly during an emergency I had while out of town. The staff also followed up with me when I returned home to ensure I was ok and squared away. I can only report exceptional service at this CVS pharmacy. read more

I have used this CVS for 20 plus years. I have always found the pharmacy staff to be very helpful and service oriented. I visited the store for a prescription the other day- the doctor's office had by mistake sent the order to the Main Street location. Marie in the pharmacy quickly made a correction in the computer and then filled my order so that I did not have to travel to the wrong store. The service that she provided to me was really first rate and certainly made my day easier. I have always found the staff to be both very professional and caring. Careful to explain the important points regarding the medication and always answering any questions pertaining to the medication. I would recommend this particular store and will surely continue to go there myself. read more

This is the CVS next to the Giant outside Doylestown. This store has the nastiest pharmacists of any other CVS in the area. It is convenient since I shop at Giant, but I am looking to transfer my prescriptions to RiteAide just to avoid encountering either of the two main pharmacists there. One of them literally brought me to tears after a long night in the hospital with my son and a mix up with the insurance coverage. They are short tempered, snippy, arrogant, and just plain nasty. Perhaps they are overworked, but really, no one wants to be at a pharmacy. How about being a little nice to the customer. I suggest using the CVS at the corner of 611 and Ferry road. They are MUCH more pleasant and helpful. read more

The pharmacy staff is great. They are so nice and helpful everytime you come into the store.If I have an issue with one of my prescriptions the staff takes care of it immediately. read more
