There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!

This feels very misleading and deceptive. Overall, my experience with this Remedium Pharmacy was extremely poor. I will not use this pharmacy again and do not recommend it at all.

She's been in critical health and because she has an issue causing poor appetite and weight loss, this call was thoughtful. This small gesture made my day brighter. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a carefully-worded apology from the manager, promising to raise my concerns with the pharmacy staff. Based on the response from management it is my impression that this experience was not the norm and that the issue was in fact handled. Also based on this response, it is my feeling that the store is generally well-run. Nothing is perfect but responsive management is a very good sign. Overall the staff treat customers well and customer concerns are taken seriously. You can't really ask for more than that and so I will continue to patronize this store.

However, the last time I was in; the wait I believe was unnecessarily long. The gentleman behind the counter asked me if I had an appointment, I said "No"; he said go site down and he'll get to me. After about 7 minutes he yelled over for me to get back in line. He then took the info he needed for my shot (They were not busy at all). Then he told me to sit down and wait. About 40 minutes later I over heard him walk over to the pharmacist and said "Can you give this guy a shot" and pointed at me. She said "yes" and 5 minutes later she was finished. I talked to someone two hours ago to make sure that everything was all set. The woman tells me yeah they're working on it now. It should be ready in about two hours. I drive all the way over there to pick up the prescription and they tell me no there's an issue. The pharmacist has a question for the provider I got a message from the provider saying I called. It's all set. I don't care about the fact that I can't pick the prescription up. What I care about is that there's zero communication And they just make it up as they go along and tell you whatever they feel like telling you places is a joke.
