CVS to me is a dying pharmacy chain. I feel like the more I go into them the less products are in stores. I have been searching for nail polish remover. This was my third CVS and they are out too! They said they can only order twice a year because it's a hazardous product. I have never heard of that before in my life. also, it was $26 for eight rolls of bounty. Can you say excessive? My Wife and I walked in today hoping to get a replacement for her TWO broked insulin pens. She asked the manger, behind the counter about replacing them seeing they were broken when she went to go use them today. In a very Pissed tone he replied: " You Miss, will have to contact the Manufacturer".... My Wife replied: "I could die today without my insulin" , HE replied in an even more pissed off tone to her face: "I could die today too". A$$hol We have never has an issue with this CVS in the past. This person at the counter, a Male, mid 40s, dark hair, glasses. Not the Pharmasist, he is nice. My Wife is Naomi Walton, DOB: 08-16-1963 and is a Diabetic. Weird thing, that CVS bought those pens to sell from that store, THEY are liable and responsible, NOT the Mfg. It saddens me to write this about the new set up of CVS on Main street EG. It is extremely difficult to find items now and the selection/variety is much more limited than before. Trying to find specific make-up is incredibly challenging. The print is smaller than it was and the organization is different. The manager team is great as are the pharmacists and the general staff. They are busy and at times, assistance is not available. Overall, It is no longer an enjoyable experience and I know, based on many, many of my friends, that I am not the only one who feels this way. Let's not even mention the inflated prices. Sad for all of us who truly enjoyed shopping there for many years in the past. read more

This CVS location really stepped up amidst the COVID-19 outbreak. The store is doing its best to keep the shelves stocked and is following social distancing policies. The checkout counters have plexiglass shields to protect both the employees and the customers. So since we have been socially distancing I have not been going into stores on a regular basis. I have most things delivered or have takeout or curbside delivery. I would into this CVS because I had to actually get Benadryl for my dog and I thought well let me use their ladies room because you can no longer run into Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds to use there. I was totally disgusted by the bathroom that they offered for not only customers but their staff. I think there is just something very wrong with selling health ingredients when your bathroom is full of germs. And there's really no excuse for having a dirty bathroom. I love CVS I use it all the time I've never been into this one before and I probably won't go back into this one again because I was really just disgusted by my experience. And this is no reflection on any of the people who work there or who assisted me that day. They were charming and friendly and helpful. read more

Recently received my covid "booster" shot and although I didn't have any side effects from the initial Covid shots (Pfizer) I can't say the same for the booster. After receiving the shot I got a slight headache, felt itchy and tired. Anyhow after about an hour I noticed my left eye swell up, ended with a stye in my eye and that headache lasted several days. It's now been three days and I still feel a little off. Just a heads up for anyone getting a booster shot. read more

I had tested positive for Covid with a home tester. After suffering for several days my doctor called me in a prescription. I went to the pharmacy to pickup my meds, soup, crackers, juice and to see what meds would help with my horrible sore throat. I took my hand sanitizer in my pocket and made sure to mask up before going in. I stayed away from people the best I could and made sure to sanitize my hands before touching anything. I go to the pharmacy and I explain to the woman at the register that I am Covid positive and before I could even finish my sentence she immediately says "you should have gone through the drive thru! We could have done all of this through the drive thru!" She was extremely rude! I explained to her that I took all the necessary precautions before coming in and while in the store. And that I wasn't even required to wear a mask. They no longer required it in the store! I asked her do you know how many people come in here sick and don't have a mask on? I'm a travel nurse, 2000 miles away from home and family, and I have no one to run to the store for me. All I wanted her to do was ask the pharmacist if there was anything else he would recommend for my throat. I wore a mask and took all the necessary precautions to minimize exposure to anyone around me. I even asked her to wipe down the credit card machine on my way out. As horrible as I felt physically, she managed to make me feel emotionally. I've travelled all over taking care of Covid patients through the worst of it. Managed to go over 3 years and not get Covid. As a nurse, I cannot imagine EVER treating one of my patients the way this clerk in the pharmacy treated me! Do better CVS! read more

If you need your medication, do not use this store. They have the worst processing I have ever seen. Misplaced paper work, sending medications to wrong stores and general mismanagement . And it has done it over and over! read more

I got my vaccine here a few weeks ago and they had called me to tell me that I left my drivers permit and they said they were holding on to it until I came and got it and today I called them because I finally have the chance to go get my permit and when I called them today they of course do not have it!!!! And my drivers test is in less than a week so anyways they lost my permit!!!! And I'm so furious about it because I won't be able to get a new one in time for my drivers test so CVS FUCK YOU read more

It's a CVS, what else can I say? Well, it's always been clean and well-stocked when I've had to go. The service at the pharmacy has been good and I can't recall ever having an unfriendly or rude staff experience. I guess the only thing that prevents it from getting five stars is that on some occasions when there are long lines at the front to check out, there aren't enough staff. Most of the time they call for back up, but on rare occasions that doesn't happen or no one responds. Since this CVS is the closest one to me, I'll definitely be going back. read more

One word...calia or whatever her name is, short red hair girl seems to hate her job with a passion. Every time I go in she has a sour puss look on her face and she does not go out of her way for anyone. You ask her to check you out at register she Huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes. Not a good look for the company I dread going in there to the point I need to know when she's NOT working so I can go in peacefully without feeling like I'm bothering anyone. This particular cvs is the worst pharmacy. They often give you the wrong medication and assume no responsibility for it. It's happened to me several times. They also tell you to come back later for your meds, but when you return they tell you it hasn't been delivered yet. When you tell them they made a mistake they tell you that it's your fault for not reading the package to make sure you get the right meds. Be very wary of this incompetent pharmacy. read more

For the life of me, I do not know why I came back here for my flu shot, second year in a row. Pharmacy has a lot more younger people and interestingly, more male staff than before. Everything started out well, they found me in their database, gave me the forms, and the wait was not long. A male staff gave me the shot and I was thinking, this whole process is going much better than last year. AND THEN, after he disposed of the syringe and got a band-aid, he couldn't find the spot he on my arm where the shot was. Guess what! He then started pressing my arm to see if it will pop up!. I was like, what on earth is he doing? If he can't find it, then forget about the band-aid. Regrettably, I didn't say anything. It was almost done and I just want to leave. I told this to my sister who's a nurse in NC. She said that guy is a moron and you should have complained about it. I don't really know who gives shots at CVS. Are they nurses, pharmacists, medical students, or just anyone they train to give shots? I didn't go to the one at work as they were having pharmacy students give the shots and I really didn't want to be a guinea pig. Perhaps it's something I should find out before I get another flu shot next year. read more
