After speaking with the owner Mike this morning, the situation has been sorted out. He treated both my father and I respectfully, explained why and what happened, and rectified the issue. Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions. Yet, instead of trying to fix the situation amicably, the pharmacist became belligerent and dismissive. The owner Mike has rectified the situation.

My family has used Vanco for years and I never got around to switching pharmacies until my recent doctor's appointment. I am so happy I switched to Vanco, I walked inside the store, walked back to the pharmacy and picked up my prescription within the same minute. Not nearly as crowded and very pleasant staff waiting to greet and help you, I highly recommend and will never go back to CVS.

I truly do not understand the plethora of errors that happen in this store yet we still go for items other than pharmacy. The automated system is a disaster. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but when it does work, it gives the wrong information. Having talked to so many physicians and locals in East Northport I don't believe I have ever heard a positive word since 2021. It's a shame, but so many of us go to a place a little bit further away, less convenient but much less aggravating.
