After beginning the transaction, it became clear that there was a hazardous fuel spill/leak present at the pump, creating a dangerous condition for customers. Despite this: - The pump was not marked out of order - No effort was made to block off or clean the hazardous area - Customers were still being allowed to use the pump I reported the issue to the assistant manager identified as "Dania." However, the situation was not handled appropriately. The pump remained in service, and my request for a refund or proper resolution was refused, despite the unsafe conditions.
