Funny...they got the order for the OTHER meds the doc sent, and I called the doc BACK and they sent it in a SECOND time and the doctor CONFIRMED it. I sent them a note saying to quit lying about it; the doc's done sent it TWICE. Their response? They blocked my online account. REAL PROS, huh? "Let's lie to victims of violent crime and upset them and when we piss 'em off, just block 'em online. Yeah yeah! That's what we'll do!" ...so that's exactly what they did. I'll have to pay more someplace else I'm sure, but that money's going to people who can actually do their jobs, which is to fill prescriptions. Today, I had an issue with the count of one of my medications and so I called the head pharmacist, Lacy, and she assisted me extremely professionally. She went out of her way to access the security cameras that showed the pharm. techs. Counting my medication. Less than 20 mins later I had a call to verify that they had correctly counted my meds. This was very reassuring. It was only 1 pill, but it's the principle. I was extreamly happy they were able to put my mind at ease. It was my mistake. I must have dropped one in the store upon taking my medication. Thank you. I would have given 5 stars, but the tech I spoke with to refil my script on the phone last night was extremely abrupt and very rude. The excuse that they are "slammed" is not an acceptable excuse. I have worked retail, vet. Care, and been "slammed", but not once have I let my manners slip. Lovely pharmacist Andy I appreciate the help she provided today.
