Pharmacy run. Private parking lot and drive thru available. Busy ! Walking in staff overwhelmed and looked to be frustrated. All medication never ready at the same time. Multiple trips to retrieve all medications, I'm overwhelmed and frustrated as well. Plenty of markdowns throughout store, but still pricey. Store is clean and clear of clutter and plenty of staff stocking. read more

Typical CVS, switched my medications to this location since i moved back to the area. Prescriptions filled quickly and the process of getting them switched over was quick and easy. Well stocked with friendly staff. I was able to grab a few items and even used some coupons that helped save money! read more

The pharmacist at this CVS is extremely rude. She yelled at my father for standing in line, waiting for his medication. There was an older lady she was checking out and she falsely accused my father of spying on the older woman. My dad heard and saw nothing. The older woman got so embarrassed, she left in a hurry. Don't recommend you go over there. The pharmacist looked like an African-American woman with dreads and appeared to be in her 20s. Very rude lady. read more

Cashier #233-1614 displayed extremely unprofessional behavior during my visit. When I arrived, she was already arguing back and forth with an elderly woman about gift cards. Her tone was argumentative, dismissive, and showed no sense of customer service or patience. When I reached the counter, I asked a simple and reasonable question to confirm that my deposit was being sent to the correct place. This was a money transfer, so verifying details is normal and expected. Instead of answering professionally, she immediately developed an attitude, as if asking a question was an inconvenience. This was not about "right or wrong." It was about basic communication and respect. The cashier clearly lacks fundamental customer service and communication skills. What made the situation worse was that the manager was standing right next to her, allowing the behavior to continue. At one point, the cashier looked at the manager and said, "This is my manager right here," in a very condescending way--clearly implying that it didn't matter what I said or who I contacted, she would do whatever she wanted. That level of disrespect and disregard for customers is alarming. This situation should be addressed with proper communication and corrective action. It was genuinely upsetting, and because of this experience, I would not return to this CVS again. read more

It's funny how one employee can mess up an experience. I came here to purchase items for a cold, and the young man in the pharmacy area was very helpful. He unlocked the cabinet so that I can get the items that I need that were not sitting freely on the shelf asked me if there was anything else that he could help me find. He was helpful in general, which is particularly nice when you're not feeling well and you want to get in and out of an establishment. After I retrieved all of my purchases, I went to the checkout, there was no one there and self service was disabled. I stood there for at least a minute before someone slowly walks over and stands at the register next to where I put my items. She then looks over to me and asks may I help you? I pick up all of my items and put them over on the other side of the register and she rings me out. She did say thank you, but the entire transaction made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her. Receipt total $63.15. 3 stars for the helpful young man in the pharmacy area. read more

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with. When it was time for automatic refills, they did nothing. I had to call them. Then they rejected the prescription three times for bogus reasons. Why do I say bogus? Because I transferred my account to 8800 Manchester and it was filled immediately. Take your business somewhere else. They don't know what they're doing. read more

Each time I need a prescription, I send it here because it's a convenient location. However, staffing always seems to be an issue because it take 10 minutes roughly per car in the drive thru. Service: 1 of 5. Manager should reassess staffing plan and/ or scheduling. I am never in a rush when I come because I know I'll be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. Also, going inside does not speed the process up. read more

I am new to CVS pharmacy and it is frustrating that I can't get my prescription filled at this time anywhere else. I would if I could because one staff member at this location in the pharmacy is rude and unfriendly. One particular worker looked at me with disrespectfully because I was making sure that I could pick up my prescription this evening after having to return now after a 3rd time. I confronted her and apologized if I had been rude to her by my question. She had the nerve to say it was because of how I was talking, but all I did was clarify when I could definitely come back to get my prescription! There is no excuse to be impatient when a customer needs to ask questions as many as needed to understand something! That is apart of their job. It is shameful that I was treated as if I did something wrong for asking a question to make sure that I could come back tonight to get what I needed. This one person truly has reflected poorly on the customer service quality of CVS! I am definitely going to transfer to someplace different. Just disappointing! read more

I went the CVS at 696 Hwy 67 in Florissant on May 15th. There was a very nice man at the pharmacy, who was also the manager/supervisor. He asked a young lady named Kiara to come take over the counter so he can attend to something. She gave him a snide remark & took her time coming over to the counter. She then stood there with her hand on her hip waiting on customers while rolling her eyes. She wouldn't look at them or talk to them. When I got to the counter, miss personality proceeded to take out her lipstick & start putting it on. I stood there looking at her waiting for her to address me. I got the same treatment as everyone else, eye rolling & no communication! This little girl was soooo rude!! Someone please have a talk with her about good customer service cuz she definitely needs a good talking too!!! read more

I have never felt the need to post a negative review until now; but DANG the techs are rude. I ended up walking away from the counter and transferring my prescription elsewhere. First I waited at the counter for 15 minutes, the techs ignoring me. Then finally one sighs as loud as possible and comes up to me with the worst attitude, I would understand if they were busy but they weren't. I was the only one there (no cars in the drive through either). I tried saying hi to the lady she ignores me. Asked her if she could scan my one item (so I could pay for it with my pills) and she said no. Then the card machine malfunctioned and her reaction just made me walk off. Literally the worst attitude like she wanted to fight, I work in retail too and I don't even think I'd treat someone I didn't like that terribly if I were to run into them. I wish I could give this CVS Pharmacy 0 stars because they employ some of the rudest pharmacy techs I have ever encountered. Especially Amanda. From the moment my girlfriend and encountered her to pick up my prescription (I am on quarantine due COVID-19) to the time that she left, Amanda treated her with complete contempt and rudeness. I had already prepaid for the prescriptions and yet Amanda made my girlfriend pay again. I have the charges on my credit card statement. She insulted my girlfriend repeatedly and never once showed any remorse. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to fill your prescriptions! read more

Zero stars. I went here July 13,2021 at 2:30pm. Waited at the checkout with one other person for about 5 minutes with self checkout closed. The older woman in front of me was treated very poorly. The employee was not polite to her at all. Was direct to the point of being rude. Quite honestly, I don't think the result would have been the same had the woman not been an older Asian woman. I wish I was able to give this location a -50 . I'm not sure what has happened with the staff but it's the absolute worse now! I call and an NEVER get someone on the phone. I literally held for 40 mins before getting in my car and driving to the location while still holding and the person working basically told me that he wasn't answering phone calls. I used the app earlier this week asking for a prescription to be refilled & 5 days later I sent my husband to pick up the medication & they gave him a prescription that I hadn't even asked for. My daughter had a prescription called in after midnight this morning and she desperately needed it. I kept checking the app through other night so I can go get it and to no avail, it still said in process. When I got up this morning and called, he told me that it'll be 1 more hour...HOW??!!!! I truly hate that Walgreens closed most of their 24 hour pharmacies. The closest one is about 20 minutes away. Guarantee I will be going there from now on.
