When I asked for assistance with a pharmacy coupon, Annette's attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of taking the time to explain the issue or provide guidance on what options were available, I felt like my request was treated as an inconvenience. Her tone and overall demeanor made the interaction feel unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service in a pharmacy setting is especially important because many customers are already dealing with medications, costs, and stressful situations. A little patience and willingness to help can make a significant difference. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling as though helping customers was not a priority and that she would rather not be there. I understand that policies and coupon restrictions exist, and I do not expect exceptions to be made. However, I do expect respectful communication and a genuine effort to assist. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure customers receive the professional and courteous service they deserve. You don't even have to explain why; you should just tell another worker to step up if you do not wish to do something. I believe I'll be taking my services elsewhere. The ironic part of this review is that even if I leave, it doesn't fix things. They'll just give a slap on the wrist and be done for the day.

The worst thing so far was after waiting two weeks for a medication to come in and taking a half (and thus less effective) dose in the meantime to get through (which isn't necessarily their fault), upon receiving and filling it, they didn't call. I happened to stop in a few days after it was supposedly filled to check on it. They told me it was ready, went to grab it, and... it wasn't where it was supposed to be. I waited for 20 minutes while they scrambled around looking for where they could have put it. After this time I asked if there was anyway they could just fill it again and put the original one back if they found it, and they told me that was against federal law as it's a controlled substance. Even though this is all their fault. How hard is the ALPHABET?? Finally I gave up because I had to be somewhere and asked if they could call me when they found it. They said they would. That was three days ago. I am going to run out and go through withdrawal. I called yesterday and they were randomly closed during business hours. I'm trying to call now, but because they are probably so behind for everyone it is impossible to get through. 0/10 I will no longer send prescriptions to this awful location. Edit: It got even worse! I was just on hold with them for 30 minutes before I finally got through. The woman on the phone told me the medication was ready. I said "yes, I was told it was ready before, but your staff lost it and couldn't find it. Can you get eyes on it so I know it's actually going to be there for me when I come in this time?" She said hold on, put me on hold for 5 more minutes, THEN HUNG UP ON ME! Horrible.

When entering through the front door I noted the store seemed devoid of people. In particular? There were zero employees in evidence, and? Though I did call out multiple times no one answered. It crossed my mind there could be something amiss going on, but decided to walk around the left interior perimeter of the store to arrive at the pharmacy. There was a solitary woman standing at the counter and from recalling at minimum 4 or 5 employees behind the counter doing various "I look busy" type actions. I noted there was plenty of very visible signage there welcoming guests to their walk-in, no appointment necessary appointments. well, good. I waited at least 15 minutes. In that time not one single person behind the counter, acknowledged my presence in their store. nor did anyone ask if I might need some help or to suggest that they're busy but would be with me shortly... nothing. The woman in front of me was the only other guest there. So, no lines nor hoards of people waiting for service, nor booster shots (thankfully!) A young man did approach the counter, mumbling, admitting he still hadn't fixed "the issue for her yet. He left the counter again, then at length returned and gave her a bag. To her dismay and annoyance, it was the wrong person's meds. Thankfully, she noticed it. My turn. I stated I wanted a walk-in COVID19 booster and was told after asking if I'd made an appointment (What??!??) I could not have one. I suggested he might read the very prominent signage contradicting his message to me. He waved his hand and said they had changed that policy and that I couldn't have one even though I was the only person standing there. I asked if they had the meds? Yes. Was the person who administered the shot present on the property? Yes. This genius told me I must go home and call them to make an appointment for the next day even though I was standing there right now ready and willing to have this done with all my paperwork and my everything that I needed to have the booster done. The guy I was speaking with called "Joe" or whoever it was busy in the back twiddling too in the back and asked , "Can SHE get a booster shot?" Loudly . Just as loudly? Joe quipped rudely, " NO! She can't. Please understand there weren't lines of people. I was the only other customer in the Pharmacy department. I gave up, and shook my head looked at them incredulously and left. I checked the current info online today and even today it still indicates that I can be a walk-in guest to receive a booster shot and do not have to make an appointment. Don't waste your time folks. This is nonsense, utter nonsense.

I had a prescription called in 1/29 in the early afternoon. I received a text asking if i want perscription filled , i answered yes. Five hours later it stated it was in the process of filling. today 1/30 at 7:00 pm, no notification. I called the pharmacy reached the digital operator and no prescription found. I requested a live person. they quickly picked up the phone and without saying anything put me on hold. This occurred 9 times in a row, finally they picked up and was not pleased to do so. I asked why they continuously put me on hold without a word 9 times and that it was ridiculous. he asked for my information, gave name dob, he again was short. I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager, Mike. I expressed again how ridiculous his customer service was and he hung up on me. So now, it is the weekend, i cannot ask the doctor to send my prescription elsewhere. I assume this is one of the reasons why Walgreens is doing so poorly. If i do not have any activity by Monday, i will be switching all my services to Amazon pharmacy, I bet I don't have this type of terrible customer customer service with them.
