You cannot get anyone on the phone at the pharmacy and the app is absolute garbage. Over 30 minutes dealing with a terrible app that does not work . It does not capture data correctly and is by far the worst piece of technology I have ever tried to use. Shame on CVS for resorting to this type of laughable solutions read more

Got my flu shot here at the CVS in target on council tree. Tried Walgreens but my insurance wasn't taken there so I went to CVS. Got an appointment 15 minutes after I got denied. The person giving me the flu shot was great and she distracted me while shooting me. Great experience if you need a quick flu shot anytime of the year! read more

I am 65 and have never had an issue with the CVS in Target in Fort Collins on Council Tree. My prescriptions are filled promptly and refilled automatically as needed. If there is a line at the pharmacy, I go grocery shopping and come back. The pharmacy is located near the front of the store. I don't really want to give a 5 star rating because more people might go to this CVS! I must give a 5 star rating, because, besides great service, the CVS pharmacist saved my life. In 2022, I started to feel bad and went to a doctor in Windsor. I'd go every few months because I kept getting worse. The doctor would prescribe additional medications, but none helped. I was picking up prescriptions number 10 through 12 from CVS when the pharmacist came out and told me if I took everything that was prescribed I would probably die. She recommended I see a new doctor and go through all the medications before taking any of the new ones. So, I took her advice and got a new doctor. He took me down to 4 prescriptions. I never took medications 10 through 12. After getting off 6 mediations, I felt much better! However, I was still sick. In late May of 2024, I went to the emergency room because I was having tunnel vision. I could only see a small circle, everything on the edges of my vision was black. The emergency room doctor said I was having Atrial Fibrillation (Afib). The top part of my heart was beating too rapidly and was not in synch with the bottom of my heart so not enough blood was getting to my brain causing the tunnel vision. I was admitted to the hospital. During an angiogram, it was found I had blockage in three arteries. I had triple bypass for the clogged arteries and a maze procedure to prevent future Afib. The medicines prescribed could not have fixed my clogged arteries. I didn't have any of the usual symptoms associated with a heart attack from 2022 through 2024. I was having what are called silent heart attacks. The description of a silent heart attack is consistent with what I reported to my first doctor. After the surgery and several months of rehab, I feel 15 years younger. I can even run again! read more

I don't know what everyone's problem is, you do not have to walk-through the entire store to get there like someone else said, it's literally at the front of the store. And I find that ifthere is a line. I just do some shopping come back and it's usually gone by the time I'm done. The staff is really friendly. The set up is a little bit awkward but that's not the pharmacy's fault. read more

I have been with CVS for several years. There have been issues, but as of today I'm done. I have a medication that I use monthly. They had changed manufacturers ( cheaper one I'm sure). After trying the medication, it wasn't working. They put it on my account to order my original medication from the first manufacturer. They did it for awhile. When I went in to get my medication it was not my normal medication. They talked to the pharmacist and I was told that my original manufacturer had discontinued making my medication. I didn't believe them and contacted my original manufacturer and they said that was not true. They lied! My original manufacturer told me several places I could get it. I will pay out of pocket until I can change my pharmacy in January. Being lied to is my final straw. When I called CVS today they said " oh we just aren't using them anymore " Not what I was told. read more

Never get your Rx filled here. Aside from a huge packed Super Target parking lot, you have to walk through the entire store to get to the CVS and you will always find a line of at least 7-10 people. After being in line for 10 min (1 cashier working, 4 pharmacist in the back) a pharmacist from the back, rushed to the front and told us to re-organize our line so that the store cart traffic would have to go between us and the pharmacy counter, rather than behind us between the isles. As soon as we met her ridiculous request, she went to the back again. Unbelievable. read more

This review is based on years of experience with this pharmacy. I've finally had enough of the long waits because they have one person at the register and 5 or 6 other people filling pill bottles. You'd think the person at the register would ask another associate for help or that another associate would just come forward and help. Nope, it rarely happens so it becomes a long wait almost every time I go to pick up a prescription. I just switched all my prescriptions to OptumRx. read more

This CVS Rx, located inside of Target, is very good and well-run. It's a night a day difference from a CVS single-store operation. My guess is Target requires them to maintain staff of a certain qualification, and the single-store ops will hire just about anyone off the street. The way this pharmacy operates is completely unacceptable. I tried for two weeks to get a new prescription and was repeatedly run in circles, told my meds were ready and approved only to arrive and be told they'd been rejected or required insurance approval, AFTER checking over the phone with my pharmacy, my insurance, and my doctor. When I was finally able to get my meds, after being told they were ready and finding them rejected AGAIN, the employee (Cassy, Lead Pharmacy Technician) yelled at me over the counter while I was waiting in line. She demanded I "talk nicer next time" for very reasonably asking why my meds weren't ready and requesting they cancel a conflicting prescription (that I had already tried to cancel myself) so I could get my medication. The employee made a scene and was absolutely awful to me for no justifiable reason. I am genuinely suspicious that this place denied me my meds on the basis of being trans and ran me around to prevent me from obtaining my hormones. This behavior borders on downright cruel and this institution should be ashamed of its employee's behavior. Do not send your meds here, especially if you're trans. read more

This is a terrible pharmacy. Their automated system is faulty. It will offer to refill prescriptions or move your prescription into an automatic refill mode and then fail silently. You have to call to get an automated status. All it will do is change the date it will be ready. After a while, it will stop reporting a date it will be ready and just tell you that you have an eligible prescription to refill, and would you like it refilled? Yes, of course. That's what I've been trying to do for 2 weeks now. So then you wind up on hold waiting to talk to a real person. When you get a real person, they are annoyed that you are asking about a refill that is "on their docket" to fill "today." When you tell them you don't know that, and that the system has been giving you dates, and then dropping the refill entirely, for 2 weeks, they say, "well, I GUESS I'll put this one on TOP OF THE LIST then." Gee. Thanks. At other times, they will not fill the prescription as the doctor has directed and you get caught in a loop between the doctor's office and them to try and sort it out. But there is nothing to sort out. They are not the doctor. Just follow the doctor's instructions. It's not complicated. But you will spend a lot of your time screwing around trying to get your prescription filled. And these prescriptions are not exotic. They are quite run of the mill. It's not worth it hassling with such a terrible pharmacy. Do yourself a favor: avoid this pharmacy. Seriously. Literally any other pharmacy would be far better than this one. Having used this one and having had issues like this for 2 years now, I will never go back. Not a chance. There are plenty of other pharmacies in town. I'm surprised this one is still in business. read more
