I called looking for a solution to a problem caused because they failed to do their job and she met me with rude, entitled, and an extremely arrogant attitude. I called 90 minutes in advance to see if my prescription was ready. I was told it would be ready in 20. Arrived 90 minutes later and my prescription was not ready. Was told to wait 15 minutes in store and waited over a 1/2 hour. Pharmacists were very rude to myself and other customers. Medication was for a muscle relaxer after I was rear ended. Very frustrated waiting in pain for so long. read more

This is a wonderful CVS store. One of the larger, more spacious locations I've been to. It's in that beautiful-remodeled stage, that all CVS stores hope to receive one day or another, and is quite large. Large photo area, and great selection of products throughout the store in every section (with NOTHING looking 'picked-over'). Food section had lots of items on sale and they had a great holiday section with every possible decoration you'd be able to find at any CVS. Checkout was smooth, without any line and friendly customer service. I may return (only wouldn't because it's far from my house), but would suggest this store for any pharmacy / essential items in the Foxborough center area. Typical of CVS pharmacies elsewhere. In other words lousy customer service. They seem to think they are doing you a favor by selling you a prescription. Here's a good example: I call up to renew a prescription - they take down all the info and then tell me to call back in a few hours to see if they got a renewal from the doctor. Huh? Why don't they jjust call me when the prescription is ready for me to pick up? CVS Answer: "Oh we cant do that we're much too busy. And besides its easier for you to remember to call us." My answer: How hard is it for you to jot down a note to call me when the script is ready for me? Their Answer: "We cant do that. Call us in a few hours." My answer: Next time I will take my business to a pharmacy that offers better service. I like Walgreens. I call them with a renewal, then they call me back when the script is ready. No fuss and they genuinely seem to care. Update: I called CVS back 2 hours later and they had no record of the prescription renewal , nor had anyone sent it to the doctor. Completely incompetent. And again, they asked me to call back in 2 hours. read more

Another shameful CVS pharmacy horrible customer experience. The only positive experience which gets them to two stars with this CVS is the fact that the drive-thru actually makes sense. If you use the drive thru, you can actually make it out in about 10 minutes. Don't waste your time going into the store to use the pharmacy, it's another endless line of one person at the register per 15 customers at rush hour. I asked them to help make sure my drug was in stock - "This drug is always here". Next time I called for a refill - guess what - "We don't have that". And there you have it. It's a shame because the actual store is a beautiful. read more

I just received the most amazing customer service tonight! I came home to find an item missing in my bag. The associate while ringing me out, dropped my bag and it must have rolled out. Either way I called to express my issue and was told by Molly that it wasn't my fault to just come in and ask for a manager. I was greeted with nothing but kindness when I got there. I was fully ready to defend my case, but I didn't have to! No questions were asked, I received a new item and I was out the door! Thank you so much for your kindness, and understanding. I will say the pharmacist I've dealt with has always been a joy, but the techs are down right rude,nasty and negligent. I've been lied to numerous times & hung up on. I hope upper management takes a look into this and considers my review with great care. A tech is no one to judge . They are there to work & accommodate pharmacist & patient.please tell me compassion & humanity is something CVS stands behind and values . Not all disabilities are visible. Let me start by saying that if I could give them less than 1 star, I would have. They don't even deserve this 1 star. My review is about the Pharmacy and staff, not the retail employees. The retail employees have always been pleasant and helpful. My children, 5 of them, have all required prescription formula only available to me through CVS. Every time the prescription is sent through, there are major errors. They continually tell me the doctor hasn't called it in or that the insurance hasn't approved it. I have had many instances where the insurance has sent me the letter of approval and I've spoken to them and been told the approval was sent. Somehow CVS pharmacists can never find the info needed to run the prescriptions through. They couldn't be bothered actually calling the insurance company and working to figure this out. At the moment, my baby has no formula left and I'm sitting here waiting for CVS to figure this out. I've called the doctor and insurance and it's all set on their ends. I was at this CVS location about 5 days ago in this same position. The tech took my number and told me she would call when she figured out what the problem was. Guess what? Never got a call. So I went in. The pharmacy tech couldn't find anything. Then the Pharmacist, Sun, comes over and look at it. Tells me it's not their and it not their fault. I asked why they never called me the other day since she had pushed herself into that conversation as well. She said that they never said they'd call me. Then I asked her what I'm suppose to do since I have no formula and my baby is hungry. She literally laughed and rolled her eyes and told me I was being ridiculous. She has treated my husband and I the same way in the past with the same issue with other children of ours. Unfortunately I can't go to another pharmacy because none of the others around me can get the specific formula we need. So not only is their service horrendous, but their employees, Sun, are rude, condescending, smug and arrogant. Something needs to be done so she isn't allowed to continue treating people this way. Worst pharmacy. Had nothing but problems and headaches there. they could not keep their lies straight due to their lack of communication amongst themselves. I called to check on a prescription status after days of waiting, Ivwas told it was awaiting insurance authorization, yet when I called our insurance CO they had authorized it days earlier. I called back and another pharmacy staff told me it was ordered days earlier and should be in the following day. I called back next day and was told it was just ordered yesterday and would be a few days. I cannot count how many times situations similar to this occurred. Nothing worse than being told "come back in 20 mins it will be ready" and 45 mins later comming back and hearing "it'll be about 15-20 more mins" hard not to be resentful towards staff but it's not their fault. It's management and learship positions. Switched to Walgreens a while back and it's night and day. Best service, nice people, no headaches. Reason I'm now writing this is last night I was calling around looking for an over-the-counter remedy for children for the flu. After waiting on hold for 12 mins for the pharmacy (Foxborough CVS) the staff told me she never heard of the product and asked "would you like to speak to the pharmacist?" I said yes and she said "it'll be about an hour she is busy can I put you on hold?" An hour when she could literally turn and (no more that 20 feet away from her is the pharmacist it's a small pharmacy) say "hey do we carry such and such product?" Not a word of a lie.
