This CVS is the worst. Don't have your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Went to doctor appointment at 2:30 pm and was informed a prescription was being sent to Mansfield CVS. stopped by at 7:40 pm to fine prescription was still in Queue. Worse than that I had an over the counter health care produce prescribed by Dr an the shelves are bear. This place either need new management or fold!!! Not the first time. I don't know if the dayshift people are better, but the Night Shift people are incredibly rude. I had a super frustrating and overall just awful experience shopping at CVS when I never thought that just going to the store for a quick thing could really be so painful the workers definitely do not make it better or want to be there and are definitely not customer friendly. read more

I live in Mansfield and have lived here a good portion of my life. Needless to say I have been to almost every pharmacy in the surrounding area more than once, because of certain circumstances, convenience, & the direction I was going. All in all, I prefer this place over others. It's 24 hours, they always have what I need, and majority of the time the employees there are really knowledgeable, informative, very nice, understanding (especially during these times in the pandemic), polite, respectful, and not judgemental. This is a popular pharmacy and I have learned what times are the best for shorter wait times; longest was about 45 minutes but there was like 20 people in the pharmacy line and it was during rush hour just before dinner time. Also, I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. They always fill them correctly for me and my family. There was a few times over the years I have met rude employees but I only saw them once or twice and never saw them again. Over all, if you want a dependable pharmacy and don't mind waiting in line... this is a good pharmacy to go to. read more

CVS always sends out incredible coupons to use, and if I'm nearby, why not use them. I am not a regular customer at CVS in Mansfield, and haven't been to this specific location before, but it was a fine store. I like the best of the best, all the time. Don't we all? And for some odd reason, most stores (including CVS) don't make all of there stores exactly equal, some larger, some smaller, some newer, some older, some better, some worse and the list goes on an on. CVS could be a store to go out of your way for, if I was unordinary, but sadly, the news here is that this location is just average and nothing better. This store is located on Chauncy Street in Mansfield, close to the "center" of town. The next business to the north of it is a Rite Aid, whose lot always looks bare. The store is average size, and has the normal departments in any CVS (grocery, health & beauty, greeting cards, household cleaning, electronics, health and beauty, medical, and more), and even a small section of seasonal stuff. The ExtraBucks machine works well, and besides having very little space in the checkout area of the store (that gets so wicked crowded!), I enjoy picking up a few things I need without having to go in to Walmart or Stop&Shop. Employees seemed friendly, and the lady at checkout was very cooperative with all of my coupons. 4 stars for CVS. Nothing special, but on the other hand, nothing wrong with this CVS. I will never go to this pharmacy again. I've been a customer there since we moved here four years ago. Four years of dealing with terrible communication, waiting for scripts that should have been ready, nasty attitudes from pharmacy staff, and getting the window closed in my face for their lunch when waiting online for 20+ minutes... I waited in line at the drive through for 25 minutes today and pulled up at 130. Mind you I had come the day prior for this script and it wasn't ready even though we called for it several hours earlier. The girl told me they had been going to lunch at that time for a year and to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. Well finally, I am. That's not how you treat customers. I'm a nurse and would never treat a patient like that. Seems like they need basic customer service training and stop taking it out on their customers that they are short handed. read more

I come here a lot for family prescriptions. Today I waited in line to then find out they inadvertently missed my insurance information. Customer service identified their mistake, so I waited for new packaging to print. After waiting for the new packaging they then put me in the back of the line I already waited through. No apology for my list time. I'm typing this while waiting. Not their best service day, but they are usually okay. read more

Pharmacist refused to fill a prescription for me that was prescribed by my doctor for my illness. It was not a narcotic or a controlled substance. When I asked why they wouldn't, the pharmacist tech hung up? Called back to ask again and they said the pharmacist disagreed with my doctors choice of medicine. Since when is it their right to decide what medical care I seek and receive? That is between my doctor and I. I was sick to my stomach that I couldn't receive this medicine that has been life saving for so many people, including my Dad. After trying to ask more questions to figure out why this was, the intern hung up again. I did not swear or yell. Just merely asked why? I will never support this CVS or any other for that manner again. Corrupt corporation with inflated costs. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Wake up America! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The manager should be fired and replaced with someone that is competent. I am sick and tired of being put on hold for over a half an hour only to have to hang up because no one picked up the phone. What is the sense of being open 24 hours if no one picks up the phone. Also, I have pulled up to the drive in window, pushed the button, banged on the window only to have no one come to the window. The management and help here are pathetic. I look up the word "incompetent" in the dictionary and find a picture of the management and staff. I am going to change pharmacies from the imaginary one that I have now to a real one. read more

This is a busy place most of the time so the services of course, is 5the worst. On December 5, 2019, I paid $13.99 for Dr. Scholl's Clear away wart removers only to find out that it only costs $6.99 at the nearby CVS in Target store in Plainsville which is about 6 miles away. I wouldn't tell an enemy to have their script filled here. Had to get a script filled in early November one night (around midnight) at CVS Mansfield 24 hr. I normally go to competitor in Foxboro but had early meetings in the AM and needed script filled before work. I waited 15 minutes before Pharmacist barked at two male techs having conversation about oral escapades at a gathering over the weekend. Once I handed over the script, the Pharmacist Melissa said I had to wait a few minutes while she took a quick break to get a drink and some antacids. 15 minutes later, Pharmacist came back. 15 minutes after that, I asked Pharmacist for a status update. She asked if the techs had taken my info. I said the had not. She barked again at the techs who continued to talk while she was on break rather than get my info. Tech called me over to verify info. I informed him that my insurance wouldn't be active until the beginning of the year. Pharmacist yelled from behind the counter, "now you don't have insurance?" I said I told you when I first came in that I would pay cash. She said, you're making me not want to fill this script. I replied, "because I don't have insurance?" She said that and also because I usually go to another pharmacy. I informed her that I have filled scripts there before. And I restated the reason why I was there late night, because of early start in the AM. At this point there were two customers in line. The Pharmacist was speaking loudly and clearly from behind the workstation. She accused me of "clear drug seeking behavior." I signaled to her politely to please quiet down. I was embarrassed by her accusation. The customers in line, were, at this point fully engaged in what was becoming a bit of a show--at my expense. I then verbally asked her to please stop broadcasting my personal info. I said "you are embarrassing me please stop." The customers left. At which point I said why would you do that? Why would you accuse me of "drug seeking" (ADHD meds I've been taking for 11 years). I told her that she embarrassed me. I told her I have a legitimate script which she verified through system. I've filled same script there before. She then told me to leave and I said not til you tell me why you think it's ok to label me As a drug seeker based on your limited knowledge of the facts. Moreover, I demanded an explanation as to why she thought privacy didn't matter in this case. I asked for the name of the district pharmacy manager. Guess it's a secret she wouldn't give it to me. She threatened to call 911 if I continued to ask her questions. I politely left. I went there because it's a 24 hour pharmacy where one would think he could get his script filled anytime. Not having insurance does not preclude me from getting script filled. I was "seeking" to have my valid script filled from a pharmacy that sells the stuff. I live 4 miles from the store. Nothing too unusual here... I filed a complaint with corporate and demanded I speak to the regional pharmacy manager. I was blown off and denied access to anyone other that a customer care specialist. I called several times and was given the runaround. This Pharmacist was a disaster. Rude, arrogant, and poor judgement. Shame on her and shame on CVS for not taking patients privacy more seriously--not to mention poor customer service. I'm an active member of the community. I own a small business and work with customers in Foxboro, Mansfield and surrounding towns. Accusing someone of drug seeking behavior, aka junkie, could be very damaging. Better be sure...actually what difference would it make. Privacy is meant to protect the good, bad and ugly as it pertains to personal health. Thankfully I'm not a "drug seeker" but those that may he deserve to have their rights and privacy protected as well. Big "F" for CVS. read more

Mansfield is a great little town, but it's also a weird little town. This CVS is on Chauncy Street, separated by a drive way from another drug store, either a Rite Aid or a Walgreens. I can't tell you which one it is, because frankly, the brand identities of big box pharmacies aren't distinctive enough for it to matter for me. When our vet prescribed insulin for our doggie, Mr. Scamperson, my husband and I dropped the prescription off at the other drug store, the one next to the CVS, because it was literally five steps closer to our house. We like to take walks on the weekends, and a stupid errand like dropping of a slip of paper at a non-distinct pharmacy is the perfect excuse to walk a few miles. The other place was able to fill the prescription that day, so we hung out and ate a free donut that they gave us, and $145 later, we had a vial of insulin to inject into our dog. Tell me again why socialism is bad? Why we shouldn't have a single payer system in which the government negotiates drug prices with the manufacturer and prevents price gouging on drug technologies which are 30+ years old? Anyways, political rant aside, I digress. Two months go by and we're ready for a refill, and the other pharmacy doesn't have the particular brand of NPH insulin in stock, so we walk the extra five feet to CVS. This CVS is much better than the other place! Better stocked, smaller, slightly less obnoxious in the way that all big box stores are obnoxious. The service is better, in the sense that it's 24 hours (the other place is not) and they've got a drive through! So if you're not like us, and you don't want to walk three miles to pick up a prescription, you don't have to. You can drive there, and you don't even have to get out of the car! They're not especially speedy in checking us out, but it's usually because they're busy filling scripts for everyone in Mansfield. Understandable! read more

The store is always clean and organized and in the season. Prices are reasonable especially with my Extra Care card. There are weekly sales on vitamins which I love. The stuff is always pleasant and willing to assist whether it is at the front checkout, pharmacy, or the drive-up pharmacy. Huge plus is that they are 24 hour store. Downside is the parking at times can be a challenge. read more

Update, today May 18, 2018. I did not lose my trust on CVS after my previous complaint, I received a call from CVS. We discussed the issue and they apologized. I went to CVS today and the pharmacist was quick to help me with my questions. I am not sure whether they know that it was me who complained to corporate earlier, but sometimes we all change for the better, and we should all be given another chance. CVS is our business, their employees are from among us. So if CVS has the eagerness to improve, we should support them. read more

Store is great!! Customer service always very helpful, but it would be nice if they would fix the coupon scanner in the front. It seems to always malfunction. Be careful with photo orders here. They do a great job, but I have had issues twice where I have ordered photos, picked them up and then received constant automated calls telling me to pick up up an order that I had done so previously. read more

Never had so much trouble getting a perscription refilled. I had run out of refills and asked the pharmacy to contact my doctor to get authorization on a refill. I got a message back from the CVS saying my doctor would not authorize. I called my doctor and he said he never heard from CVS and he would submit the refill immediately. Been to the CVS three times now and each time they have told me they have not received the perscription from my Dr. despite me being on the phone one time with my doctor while he faxed it and conferenced me in to confirm with the pharmacy they received it. I still don't have my script. Stay away. Incompetent. read more

I have had so many problems with almost every single prescription I have ever gotten from here. Pharmacists signing off on meds that are not properly mixed and still in powder form, things they are marked incorrectly and meds not flavored accordingly. Many times I have needed certain meds for my young kids and they were out of stock and it took days to receive. I am so fed up and know many others who are switching pharmacies for these same issues. Corporate should step in and oversee all these mistakes!!! read more

Just had the worst experience at this cvs. I come here all the time for everything and use the pictures kiosk. But this time I was there for an hour trying to use the app and they wifi(which is suppose to be faster) but it wouldn't work or load my pictures. The lady who was working the picture area tells me there is something wrong with my iPhone and I should call them. I'm sorry but no the problem is cvs. Then i needed to copy a picture, I told her I needed 8 copies, she scans my photos and goes "okay one 4 by 6 copy??" So I said no i need 8. Her response "oooh idk how to go back um you need 8, um I'll have to start all over" NOPE I WAS DONE. I had enough of her not knowing how to fix things and starting over. I spend an hour at cvs to print out pictures and walked out with NOTHING! Worst time ever! Cvs why don't you actually hire people who know how to use your fancy faster photo machines that never work!!! read more
