First of all, as a disabled combat veteran and senior citizen as well as a self proclaimed Walmart "Queen"-y'know since I am a recurring customer-I was quite taken aback at the negativity, vehemence andthe lack of CS skills of two employees that I was subjected to. First, let me state that this is my 3rd time at this store in about four years.  My previous visits went well.   Customer service, employee interactions, product selections, and availability were very good.  My experience, this time, was marred significantly by two employees when I sought to check out. Asset employee Jeffrey Porter-he very belligerently gave me his name--was very hostile and kept interjecting negative comments while I was speaking to another employee who was called over in reference to the 15 item limit policy  There was only one cashier on duty at the time at register 5. She was checking out a large order. Additionally, he stated he was "The Enforcer"of store policy. Stated that there was a lot of theft at this store. With all that that implies, it was obvious he believed i was stealing. Otherwise, why bring up theft when im inquiring about policy? And that the manager was not available. When I asked for a number and Store Mgr name, I was told that didn't matter.  This occurred at approximately 8 am. The second employee was a grey haired grandmotherly type and also was rude.  The 3rd employee i interacted with was trying to explain the 15 item limit policy in between comments and interjections from Jeffrey Porter.  However, she did manage to understand that i understood the time of day and staffing of cashiers in the morning and that my issue was the poor customer service I was experiencing from the two employees.  She also stated I would get the store managers name and phone number i could call from the receipt.  The managers name was, "TBD." So. I am going to call the number and see if I can get a name later this morning. I urge all seniors/veterans to avoid this location until such a time as these employees can receive training/retraining or counseling for the PTSD they are obviously suffering from due to to the "thefts" they told me about  in addition to having a manager named TBD. read more

The worst Walmart I have ever been in. Went into store for bandaids and a couple of items. Asking for assistance women sales person said "no speak English" other people working talking and yelling in foreign languages. 2 separate times workers crash into my carriage while I was shopping with their work carriage. When checking out the cashier had earbuds in talking to people in the phone. Register had no screen to see what I was buying. Customer was rushing me through the cash line while her kids were walking into my personal space. No boundaries & loud foreign country experience. This is USA speak English to help customers. Walmart is unreliable. It seems that they don't want to deliver items, even though the money they get for their salaries comes from consumers' money. I can never count on them to show up. Delivery times are unpredictable. Some workers' attitudes at Walmart are bad, as I mentioned above. I switched to other grocery stores, but I still use Walmart for certain things I know are cheaper. But things aren't as cheap at Walmart anymore. I am so discouraged by the way they treat customers. I only use them when there's no other choice. Another problem is that they give you the wrong grocery order. Someone should take a look at this company and see how they trick consumers. read more

I brought several bags of cans and bottles to recycle and did the cans first. When I went to do the plastic bottles the machine said that the bin was full. I went to get someone and they grabbed somebody else who came into the room to see what I needed. They never returned! I waited about 10 minutes before going to find someone else and was told to talk to customer service who was taking forever. I saw a "Team Leader" so I said something to her and she snapped and said she had no clue about how to change the bin! Really! Someone in charge not knowing anything? Poor training! I stood around and partially blocked the exit for the self checkout area in front of the cameras to get someone's attention but not one person stopped and asked me anything! I saw a manager talking to someone in his doorway so I stood there hoping to get his attention, NOTHING! Eventually I got back in line for the customer service desk and she said that she couldn't take my bottles there and that I had to use the machine. I told her (upset and angry now) that the machine was full to had asked 3 people for help and waited for a half hour. Eventually she broke down, went into the back room behind the machines and found they were blocked so she just took my bags and placed them inside the room. I had already counted them so I gave her the total which had a bottle that was not able to be turned in for money included so I got an extra .05 cents from it! Total time waiting was 45 minutes! This location is so slow and the employees and managers suck! They need training from the GM down on customer service! You never leave a customer hanging for so long! I only waited because I had time to kill but had I decided not to try to turn them in, I would have grabbed a bottle of soda and not paid for it to cover my time that I wasted and having to bring them home! read more

Appalling service! This morning, in off peak time, I spent 40 mins shopping for what I needed, headed to the checkout with my full load of items and waited in line for nearly half hour at one of only 2 check out lanes open. I asked 2 employees passing by, to please open another register. One just shrugged and kept walking, and the other had ear pods in her ears and also ignored me. I was so frustrated, so I abandoned my cart and headed to the door to ask an employee standing there as to where I needed to go to pick up an item I ordered online. He directed me to customer service line. Again, waited another 15 mins or so, with only one person on the register. When I got to top of line, I was told that I needed to drive around back of building to pick up! And it doesn't end there!! Once around back and I parked the car, I knocked on back door to be told that I needed to check in online first. After some time spent on my phone, having to set up a password, get a passkey, then go to email account to get access code etc I finally got checked in and received my one small item of $14 set of stove drip pans. Nearly 2 hrs wasted of my time! Never EVER again will I go to Walpole Walmart!! read more

It would help if they decided to at least hire the minority of English speaking at this store. I could not pay because I didn't have my wallet. They don't take Apple Pay or even Visa that scans at checkout. You have to physically insert a credit card in their point of sale terminal. I had a great day. 2 items I went there to buy were locked up. If they are going to lock merchandise behind glass, at least have an employee available to unlock the merchandise. I think I read after I got home , if I understand this correctly, you can scan a QR code in the Walmart app to pay if you don't have a physical card. After waiting 10 minutes at the checkout for help, the employee that came to assist could have helped me didn't understand English.the item that wasn't locked up I had to abandon at the checkout. I get that Walmart does not want to pay transaction fees with Apple , or maybe the credit card companies but too bad I had to go home and order items on Amazon. A massive store, which shouldn't come as a surprise, very well organized and good selection of products to choose from. This store has all your shopping needs covered from fresh produce to frozen foods, dairy to meats, pet supplies, furniture and home improvement, the list goes on. I went to this store to get some meat, dairy products and frozen berries. One pro tip: if you cannot find a particular product and there's no one around to help you, you can download their Walmart app from the App Store and select this store as your default and search for the item. It will display the item at the particular aisle and that comes in handy. The service this store offers is great. You'll always find a store rep nearby to help you with your needs. The sanitation during this unprecedented pandemic is very well taken care of. All the employees have gloves/ masks on them the whole time, the shopping carts are sanitized after use and the store has a strict mask on policy. The pharmacy staff are terrific, friendly and helpful. The prices are very competative. My only complaint is the fact that since they changed the self checkout to 15 items or less, the staffed checkout lines are always RIDICULOUSLY long. The staff can't be faulted for this. The management isn't providing staff at the checkouts. I've regularly bought fewer items than I intended to in order to avoid the crazy long lines at the staffed checkouts. read more

Anyone know where we can find Permethrin locally outside of Walmart? I did some research and it seems that Permethrin is the best option for dealing with ticks. It is useless on human skin, however, once applied to clothing and allowed to dry, it kills the insect on contact, and is good for 6 weeks or for 6 washes. Permethrin is available at a local Walmart only in the smaller 2 outfit size for $9.97. For the 24 oz 4 outfits size bottle, I had to order online, also at Wal-Mart. read more

The Walmart in Avon Massachusetts is the cleanest and most organized store out of the three near me. The coaches are always on top of things and are always helping with stocking items when there is a lot of stuff to put out. I do all my shopping there. They always have what I want and if it's not on the counter or rack they have gone out back to check. The employees there are very polite, friendly and helpfu. read more

my daughter order some AirPods and Walmart had a driver to deliver her package to the address on file but the driver only drove to the complex took a picture of his toe and said he delivered a package. There was no package delivered. I went to four buildings there was no package delivered. He stole my daughters package. Beware when you're ordering from Walmart and these drivers cause they will say that they delivered your package but not Samaritans this still in your package so beware cause I'm aware now. read more

The pickup system is horrendously bad we waited for 40 minutes and the people never pick up the phone, the first time they said they couldn't hear us and hung up immediately, the second time we got a prerecorded voicemail full message, then the third time someone picked up they were terrible and did not help or bring out our order they asked for the order number which we have never had to give at this location and then when we hung up and called back another 3 TIMES no one picked up at that point we just gave up would not recommend using the pickup service at this location read more

I was in the store shopping yesterday. I had my power wheelcahir with me. I have several medical conditions including POTs and was begining to feel sick. as I was checking out, an employee asked what I was and he said if I had to leave my wheelchair They could set it aside and I could come back and get it. I went home took care of myself and have been calling non stop since. Nobody answers the phone and that's an 18k wheelchair. So did I just get robbed by a Walmart employee? why can't I reach anyone in the store? I also bought three of there giant reusable bags with the flowers on it and all it had was clothes in it and the bag ripped two of them right in the store. couldn't find half the stuff I needed and staff leaves stuff in isles making it hard to maneuver through the store. I am fed up and about to call corporate. I use that chair for long walking and getting around and don't have a way to get another. I was having a cardiac moment and needed to get home, and the employee offered to set my chair aside for me because a wheelchair yet would take an hour and 15 to get to me and a regular Uber was same price and came in two minutes. One of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to! Upon arrival, I found myself in what appeared to be the parking lot, but there was so much trash everywhere it looked like a land fill! Not to mention the vast amount of shopping carts scattered around empty spots. Was hard to find a spot to park! Customer service employees are slower than sloths! I waited over an hour just to return one item in a line of 5 people! They just stand there with a stupid expression on their face. Rude as hell to add to the mess! Trying to slap the receipt out of my hand like I took their drumstick! I suggest the Bellingham Walmart for quick, friendly customer service. So many rude, unpleasant customers! Pushing other peoples carts out of the way with their cart like they owe them money! I saw someone picking items out of someone else's cart when they left it unattended for a few seconds! Saw a gentleman skipping around with a banana, was lost for words on that one! To top the cake, there was a guy "pleasuring" himself in the bathroom... it was very unsettling and just gross, especially with kids in the store. STAFF IS RUDE!! Door greeter named Wyatt actually cussed my wife for entering the wrong door! Going through a exit door instead of the entrance door is NOT that serious. If it is, create a partition! And flip the sides, why have the parking lot near the exit side?!! This employee making $6.90/hr. was on a power trip. When I confronted him he wouldn't tell me his name. He KNEW he was in the wrong. Horrible customer service. Not only that... but management just ignored me and kept putting bags on cycle instead of hearing the problem that occurred. She was extremely rude as well and seemed like she was scared to acknowledge the problem. She would not tell me the mans name either. Her name was Veronica. She was dressed scummy which is not professional and if you are going to be in management know how to address a issue. Just trash. The whole store just trash. Store is so FILTHY! Having seen something in a magazine that would help organize the massive collection of hair products in my shower, I determined that Walmart sold them, and they were available at this store. Despite my better judgment, I went to the Walpole location. I parked my car, and immediately thought "well, it IS broad daylight and I did pay extra for Lo-Jack." I walked in and saw massive amounts of people with carriages piled high with junk. Just JUNK. "What IS THIS CRAP??" I wondered, and then I gazed into a few carriages. Cheetos, Hi-C (people drink that?) cases of Mac & Cheese, cheap-looking toys that will break in 2 seconds.... you get the idea. Hey, I like Cheetos too, but I'm not washing them down with Hi-C and I do have all the teeth I was born with, thank you very much. As I was searching for the home organization aisle (I had to walk through the ENTIRE store), I overheard on an employee's radio "does anyone know if we sell Pokeman cards?" GREAT NEWS people, they are in checkout aisle 20, just in case you need to know. Anyhow, I finally found the section I needed, and I felt as though I had just found the buried treasure. The aisle looked like the potato chip aisle an hour before the Super Bowl, and for a store open 24 hours a day, you would think it would be a bit more organized, right??? Anyhow, couldn't find the item. Eventually, a Walmart employee came over and asked if he could help. I said I was looking for the item that was in the store - according to the website - and what it was called, what it looked like, it's price.... literally every damn detail without producing it and putting it in his grimy little hands. He just looked at me and said nothing. I wondered if he thought I looked too normal to be in this store? Did I explain it too perfectly? Should I have started it with "Yo, buddy!". I don't know, but he just stood there, silent. So I looked at him and said "so I guess you don't have it and this was a wasted trip" and walked away. I shop for grocery items in Walmart Walpole. Though it is a crowded store, the items are available and staff are friendly. Self checkout is very helpful. I buy half a pound of cooked potato wedges from their food section. Staff are friendly. My only complaint here is that food is very salty often. There should be salt level checking before selling. Parking is ok. I can always find a slot. read more

Tried to get my glasses serviced at this location. The associate quickly looked and told me they could not be fixed and to go to another company for repair. I explained when I had this problem before the associate was able to fix in about 5 minutes. The associate just wanted to go sit down in her chair. I would like to start off by giving Tatiana a five star review for her customer service excellence. Yesterday I had to go into Walmart and purchase a futon. I was walking down the aisles and I ask can I get some help with bedding. She was so kind and sweet to walk over with me to the bed section and assist me. What I like about it her personality was so professional, because she took the time to explain to me about the different bed room sets. We chatted and she even had me laughing. The level of unprofessionalism we experienced today was unexceptable, My mother went to use he rest room and sliced her hand on the door, she told the associate who was in the area ,he was very helpful and he explained that's that is an ongoing issue that he has reported a number of times, we go to the managers office and the manager of the Day, Panduka who refused to give his last name, or the store phone number and would not complete the incident report professionally. I walked around for an hour for the photos to print, expecting for them to be ready by than... but this is Walmart and they are who they are. So I walk back up to the photo department after an hour and the guy working there says my photos won't be ready for an hour, and I said It's been an hour I'll wait here till he prints my photos. Than he comes back 10 mins later and says their all out of card stock and can't print pictures anymore.. I ask if they can print them on anything else and he says no.
