The coupons are an issue to use. Many times I was told I "already used that coupon." Not correct. I am also being told " our new system doesn't accept it that way." The pharmacists are helpful, respectful, and friendly and the pharmacy technicians are well trained and go out of their way to assist in answering any questions that a customer may have. I went in with my two sons looking for cough medicine for my husband who was home. I asked if they carried a particular brand to a cashier who was on her phone, named Chrissy who simply shrugged, rolled her eyes, and mumbled something. I decided to go and peruse the aisles myself and unfortunately couldn't find it so I got something similar. When I got back to the front area, she was angrily shouting demands to the younger male and female coworkers who appeared to be doing their best to tend to the customers at the photo booth and at self-checkout. She seems downright miserable and resentful to be there. read more

Front desk staff and managers are so helpful . This is especially true at the photo booth where we have been guided several times by red shirted management staff. Other staff have searched stockrooms to find items not on shelves, while others have advised of delivery dates of hard to get stuff. Every CVS is so different, even though they are all part of the same company. It gets annoying, as I am an avid couponer at CVS, but this location didn't disappoint. While anyone who doesn't really take the time to notice would think every CVS is relatively the same, that's actually quite false. I've been here at least twice now, and while there is always good service and they are well stocked, there is an issue. It may seem petty and irrelevant, but as a couponer I'm frequently purchasing items I don't actually need or will not use if they are free or negative with coupons. This store's items are priced not significantly, but noticeably higher than those of the Concord Street CVS (which is five minutes away). Sure, I'm not driving a half hour to go to the Concord St location every week from my house (since they actually have the lowest prices I have yet to see, and I've been to SO many CVS stores), but there is no reason to me to come here when I can save just a bit more over there. While it doesn't really matter, that store is close enough that if you're buying a lot of stuff, you could save some significant cash by going to that store. Besides that, this particular location is clean, organized, has a new ExtraCare Coupon Center (that red machine that EVERYONE should be scanning their card at!), and an expanded food department. They are also the only pharmacy that is open 24 hours in Framingham (note: the Walgreens down the street is not open 24 hours any longer), just to note. Decent store, but for my purposes, unless I'm in Framingham at 2am and need something (cannot see that happening anytime in my entire life), I'll go to the Concord St location. Store is decent and I do like the management here, I would suggest this place out of convenience for Route 9 travelers. Especially over the Walgreens down the road. Not only is CVS better than Walgreens, the one down the road is exhausted inside and out between a lack of staff and need of major renovations. 4 stars for this CVS. read more

my mothers prescription was supposed to be ready for pick up 2 days ago. i had a prescription to pick up today as well as my mothers and was told this afternoon they would be ready by four. it is now 7:30 and i was told i have to wait 30 minutes for them to fill them. as i'm waiting in the waiting area there is a seat with blood on it and a tissue with blood directly in front of it on the floor. i mean, come on. who is in charge here? read more

I will admit the place is huge and they have quite the selection. I stop here once in a while on my way to work when I've realized have forgotten something. Maybe it's because I stop in the 2 o'clock hour but I don't find the service to be that great. I can never find anyone on the floor for questions. This CVS location is close to my home and easiest for me, however, this is not a place I enjoy going to! The interactions with the staff are always cold and often rude. for example, I was doing the self check out, and the machine kept telling me to place my item on the scale... it was... I went out of my way to ask a member for help, and was looked at, ad treated as though I had committed a crime! read more

This pharmacy and other CVS locations in our area are extremely slow. They never have enough people to service the long lines, calls, drive thru and people standing in line. I recommend them closing if they can't handle the business. At least I'd understand then. read more

Absolute worse Pharmacy I've ever been to. Long wait times even after I paid in advance online for express puck up.

This location is very convenient for prescription pickup which makes it a busy pharmacy. Expect a long wait if you use walk-in or drive thru. Unfortunately the pharmacists here do not deviate one inch from what they require and the needs of the customer. If you happen to run low on your medication two days before the refill date they will not provide any carry you over. They recommend that you call your doctor and get another prescription. The Pharmacy is good, but DO NOT trust their photo services. Plus the customer service is a big zero at the front desk. I went in 2 weeks ago with 5 - 35mm disposable camera to inquire about film services - wanted to make sure I have all the info before I place the order. The technician was helpful with all questions and informed me that the film processing is cheap but the negatives are converted to CD (free) and the prints are charged. I specified that I do not want any prints but just developing them - then was told that the prints come in by default and you pay for what you pick - so drop all prints and they will charge you for just the developing the roll which is about 2-3 bucks. I liked the idea and filed out 5 forms (one per roll) but just for sanity added special instructions on the form that I DO NOT want any prints. I went in today to pick up my roles, and was asked to pay for all developing and all prints. They refused to update the order despite the defined instructions and options agreed to. After a lot of back and forth - The customer service person - Brandi forced me to pay 8 bucks per roll for developing and CD or else I wont get anything. The CDs are supposed to be free and the developing cannot be $8. The manager was not available and after this, I did not trust them to leave my CD/Pics etc with them. Walked out paying $34 after tax with only 4 rolls. They actually lost/misplaced the fifth roll it seems. Never going back to them with anything other than the pharmacy. read more

As the local pharmacy is becoming a thing of the past, many of us are turning to the larger chains. However, there is variation of quality from store to store. This CVS on Route 9 and Temple St is exceptional. The pharmacists get to know their customer. Yuval and George and great people as well as attentive pharmacists. They are always willing to answer your questions and research them if necessary, even if it is very busy. They make you feel like you are their only customer. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. The extra care discount displays are extremely misleading. When we went to the checkout and mentioned that the discount didn't appear to be working, the associate could not be bothered to help us. We eventually got her to deign to allow us to sign up for a new extra care cards, and the discount still didn't work. She mumbled some useless explanation. We eventually paid full price and walked out. We will never ever return. read more

I have had horrible interactions with the pharmacy since I moved to the area. S bad, in fact, that I have now transferred my prescriptions. They are slow, frequently wrong, and NOT helpful. If you have kids, not somewhere you want to go. The rest of the store is nice, with a good selection of beauty products-- which is why I am still giving them two stars. Awful pharmaceutical services! This pharmacy failed to provide me with one of my medications, despite the documentation on both the bag and receipt. At first I took complete responsibility for not checking the actual contents of the bag before I left the store. However, when I called to bring this matter to their attention I was immediately accused of trying to scam them into filling a prescription they had already filled. Infuriated by this, I returned to the store refusing to leave until they showed me any evidence that I had received all of my medications (other than a receipt). Finally after standing at the counter for an hour, while receiving dirty looks from both employees and customers of the store, my medicine magically appeared! To end this dreadful experience, when the mistake they had made was corrected, no one had the decency to apologize, or even explain to me how the mistake was made. A simple "Found it! I wonder how it got here.", and I was on my way. read more
