Every CVS is so different, even though they are all part of the same company. It gets annoying, as I am an avid couponer at CVS, but this location didn't disappoint. While anyone who doesn't really take the time to notice would think every CVS is relatively the same, that's actually quite false. I've been here at least twice now, and while there is always good service and they are well stocked, there is an issue. It may seem petty and irrelevant, but as a couponer I'm frequently purchasing items I don't actually need or will not use if they are free or negative with coupons. This store's items are priced not significantly, but noticeably higher than those of the Concord Street CVS (which is five minutes away). Sure, I'm not driving a half hour to go to the Concord St location every week from my house (since they actually have the lowest prices I have yet to see, and I've been to SO many CVS stores), but there is no reason to me to come here when I can save just a bit more over there. While it doesn't really matter, that store is close enough that if you're buying a lot of stuff, you could save some significant cash by going to that store. Besides that, this particular location is clean, organized, has a new ExtraCare Coupon Center (that red machine that EVERYONE should be scanning their card at!), and an expanded food department. They are also the only pharmacy that is open 24 hours in Framingham (note: the Walgreens down the street is not open 24 hours any longer), just to note. Decent store, but for my purposes, unless I'm in Framingham at 2am and need something (cannot see that happening anytime in my entire life), I'll go to the Concord St location. Store is decent and I do like the management here, I would suggest this place out of convenience for Route 9 travelers. Especially over the Walgreens down the road. Not only is CVS better than Walgreens, the one down the road is exhausted inside and out between a lack of staff and need of major renovations. 4 stars for this CVS.

Absolute worse Pharmacy I've ever been to. Long wait times even after I paid in advance online for express puck up.

It's decent. They seem to have everything a CVS should, the people are pretty helpful, and I don't feel like I'm going to be robbed here.

BRAND NEW CVS/Pharmacy in Framingham. After a trip to…read moreMarket Basket down the street, I just happened to pass this brand new CVS store on Route 126 in Framingham, and decided to stop. The store was VERY new, clean, and organized. They had a well stock of everything and the store seemed much brighter than some of the others. The staff were somewhat friendly and helpful at checkout, and the parking lot has no issues at all. On Route 126 between Framingham Center and the Ashland town line. UPDATE 2016 : I visited this CVS store for the third time this weekend. It's not as great as it was when it opened (doesn't that happen with everything). Yes, the basics are still good. The store is clean, large, somewhat modern, and has everything you'd normally find in a CVS-like store, plus more. The best thing about this location that I always am happy with are the prices, which fall just a bit below any other CVS store around (don't know why). If you are buying a lot of stuff, you can actually notice the difference (especially using coupons). While I will not penalize it's rating, what it lacks is music. Specifically, 2 staff members working in the Valentine's candy section were SO LOUD and talking about their other jobs and other junk. I don't care, and would prefer to NOT know. There's nothing you can do about customers being a bit loud, but really, employees! They were the only voices in the entire building. Somewhat annoying and did not create a peaceful, quiet shopping experience, which annoyed me a bit. Store is still good, and definitely the best place in the area to stop, but they still have things to work on!

By far, I feel that Hopkinton drugs compounded medication works much better than the medication I got from the other compounding pharmacies. I had used Belmar to fill a compound prescription for a year. I recently switched over to Hopkinton for that same compound medication. The difference is, I actually feel like my medication is working now. I took the same thing for over a year and didn't have any results. The price at Hopkinton is way better than any other compound pharmacy I have found. I have never had a problem with expensive shipping costs either. If I remember correctly, the shipping for my medication was either free or less than five dollars. I have always had professional and pleasant phone interactions with employees from Hopkinton. I have never had any problem filling a prescription or paying for it. If the pharmacy does not accept your insurance anymore, that doesn't mean they're a bad pharmacy. It is the consumers responsibility to be sure they go to a provider that accepts their specific insurance. I have had no problems working with Hopkinton and I will continue to use them as my main compounding pharmacy. I appreciate everything they do for me.

After explaining that she was a legal accommodation and the requirements of the ADA, I was again informed that I was not permitted to have my dog in the store, with the justification that if they allowed my dog in the store, they would then have everyone thinking they would be able to bring animals in the store. Even without the conflict over the service dog, our experiences with this store have not been wonderful. The store is small and a little chaotic. It feels very much like they're trying to cram too many products into far too small of a space. It would definitely be an inconvenient stop for someone with kids, a stroller, or a wheelchair as there isn't much room to maneuver. Navigating the store with a service dog was not the most comfortable, but it was a convenient stop in on our walks. Just to be clear, we have been in the store with a service dog before without issue, and even without being ejected from the store, I would not have given a particularly glowing review because of the store being cramped and chaotic. However, being denied a legal accommodation and being told I had to tie my service dog outside if I wanted to shop there crossed the line with me.
