Specifically, he told me not to fill a prescription written by a doctor at Primary Care because it was wrong. That was confirmed when we saw a specialist. He's gone and so is the care that Giant used to offer. Giant no longer calls to let you know that prescription is not going to be there because a prior authorizations is needed or because it had to be special ordered by Giant. you find out this when you arrive at the counter when I asked the tech about notifying patients she said they don't do that. Good to know!!! The day they tell you it's coming in doesn't mean it's coming in that day or the day after that. When you call to see if it's there if the person is not a tech the tech said they won't be able to tell. WHAT?! Today, Giant almost sent me over the edge. Seriously, I was there. I was on the phone with Mary. She was looking up details on a prior authorization that the doctor said he submitted twice. Having many yes it's here turn into no it's not here I specifically asked for the medication by name . She said she would check on the details. A few minutes later the line went dead. I immediately called back and explained that I was just disconnected and waiting for Mary. The person on the phone said she left. What?! In the middle of a call? The person said yes, her shift was over and left. She had a message for me ( I guess she knew I'd call back) to call the insurance company because the authorization was still not approved. I'm sure telling me this on the phone would have taken 30 seconds. I told the person that answered how shocked I was that she just hung up . Her response was that " her shift was over" I'm still in shock. Unf-ing believe able!!!!

    My provider sent a script to the pharmacy due to needing something specific this pharmacy offered…read more I have never used this one before. After nearly a week of waiting after the initial text that they received the script, I called for an update because I hadn't heard anything. They informed me they had been trying to call me (I have no messages from them) and the script was ready for pick up. I arrived to them not having the script ready and having to wait an hour after being told it was ready, then it would be ready in "a few seconds," yet it's still not ready an hour later. I left and will try again at a later time. *other people seem to have wonderful experiences with them, hopefully I just had an abnormal experience for them.

    I'm wondering who is giving these kind reviews. My Family has been treated by the Pharmacist so…read morerudely. He used to be pleasant and over the years has been so rude to us. He promises to update us if having issues getting certain meds. And nothing. I don't even get emails from them anymore when or if something is ready to be picked up. My Mom and her Husband go there too and get the same rude treatment. I constantly have to call them to see if something is refilled or received. No communication on their part. They make me feel like I'm bugging them when I call. But if they did their job, I wouldn't have to constantly call. Had to have a prescription filled from another Pharmacy last month that they had for 3-4 days, only to find out they didn't have any and had to call my Dr to send it elsewhere. They didn't give me enough time to barely get it filled in time since they had it for 3-4 days. This is so upsetting and bad service. We've used them for well over 6 years. Sad.

If you're going to lock something up, at least have the decency to have an employee in that location readily available to 'help'! I can't stress enough how poorly managed and staffed Walmart is - every.single.location. Their 'rollback' pricing is a joke and so false - I've purchased enough items over the years to know exactly how much something is and when they claim 'rollback' they're just plain out lying. Unfortunately in order to stretch my food budget, I'm stuck with them. No other place is affordable for this family.

    This Walmart annoys me for several reasons. First, the personal shoppers are ALWAYS…read moreunapologetically in the way. They'll park their cart in the middle of everything or cut right in front of you. They couldn't care less. Customers in the store are absolutely last. Second, it ALWAYS takes forever to check out. The stupid self-checkout lines are always packed, and despite having a long row of registers, at best only one or two will be open and it will be manned by a geriatric or autistic person who functions only in slow motion. Carts are often broken, and usually disgusting. The store manger always walks around, never wearing anything identifying himself as the manger, and never helping anyone. Pushy gypsies will often approach shoppers and store management does nothing to stop the harassment. Parking lot security is poor, as demonstrated by the fact a guy towing a boat ripped of the bumper of my less than one week old car and Walmart said they had zero footage despite camera everywhere. As usual - customers last. BUT, the shelves tend to be well stocked and there is a better selection than other Walmarts. The pharmacy is the gem in this building with competent and helpful employees, though the hour long break in the middle of the day rather than staggering lunch times between employees to keep customers moving seems dumb.

I wasn't greeted by either one of the older female associates working that day, but noticed one of them staring while I sorted through the scrubs racks. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. TL;DR: the scrubs selection is okay but the customer service, at least for me, was poor.

Multiple stories come out for each reason why medications cannot be filled. This is my final straw. It started a few days ago. On March 19, 2025 my son's Pediatrician changed his medication. On the CVS app, that night, it said we were waiting for pre-approval from the insurance company. No surprise. The doctor had already told us that would happen. Waited 2 days. Approval supposedly went through. Then this cvs was not stocked with this medication. Okay no worries it happens. Then the app said it would be ready on March 21, 2025 after 7pm. Came out the next morning to pick it up and the girl at the window said there was an issue. She said it could not be dispensed before March 19, 2025. -- but today is March 22, 2025. She said it's an issue with the insurance company. I need to call them. While on hold I get another message from the CVS app saying that the pharmacist had questions for me. Okay I went inside. The question was whether or not the doctor had switched medications or not. To recap. I would like for someone to look into the leadership and the policies that are in place here away this particular cvs. My time should not be wasted for no apparent reason. It happens almost on a monthly basis where my time is wasted by incompetence. I think I should just be done with CVS.
