The staff seems happy to work there, are very friendly, the pharmacist is very helpful. I have never experienced such a 180° shift at a business before. I have been using this pharmacy for the past 3 years and I have always had a great experience. My prescriptions have always been ready quickly. I receive text messages telling me my prescriptions are ready for pick-up. I had received an automated call to pick up my order but I couldn't come the day they were made available. 2 days later (today) I received a text reminder they were ready. So I went o pick it up. The pick-up line wasn't too long, only 2 people in front of me and it moved along quickly. I decided to look around and found some things I haven't seen before like Reese's dipped pretzels and Duke's Peach BBQ smoked sausages. You are going to pay more for food items here. Duke's are normally $5.99 at Target and they were $7.99 here. Also the Bang energy drinks were $0.90 more than at Target and the flavors were the very common ones you can find anywhere. But you are paying for convenience here. I am not sure when they started offering a self check-out but this was a first time I used it. Pharmacy gave prescriptions to someone else. They then began to try to blame and accuse me of trying to pick them up twice. Rather than try to help resolve the situation they wouldn't look at cameras or give me information. I had to call prescription company, file a police report. Then they even canceled my prescription, transferred me to another cvs and had to start all over. Do not fill prescriptions here. read more

There was already an extensive line through the drive thru. As the lady gives me the receipt to sign she must have left to go to the restroom because she left for like 15 minutes. 2 hour experience. Went to the PICK UP window to pick up a prescription, and was told it wasn't ready. Came back to the PICK UP window an hour later, with only one person in front of me. One. She dismisses me with a wave of her hand, saying she doesn't have it, and to go to the Drop Off window. Drop Off? You pick up at the Drop Off? So...now I'm waiting in another line, to check if my prescription (which the doctor assured me was sent to them 90 minutes ago) is here. So they now have ONE prescription. Doctor's office says that both prescriptions are on one page. Cvs says there is only one. I don't appear to be the only unhappy prescription-needy person here...so I suppose that's a plus? I will definitely switch to a different CVS read more

The pharmacy is getting worse and worse with the bad attitudes and lack of any type of professionalism at all. It seems that they hire anyone off the street and the turnover is ridiculous. I was there the other day and was literally screamed at by someone weird looking woman working in the pharmacy named "G". She literally screamed at me because for some reason, they did not have my insurance info in their system when I have been coming to this stupid pharmacy for years! "G" cussed at me and said to me in a loud, nasty rude voice "SHIT! Don't assume that we're psychics and we know your insurance info. - show us your cards every single time!" I couldn't believe that she had said this to me! She then continued on complaining about how difficult her job was. I told her that it was probably time for her to move on to another job and she had no business treating me like that. There is also another rude woman working there named "Courtney" that is nasty and rude to every single time I call, she has a major attitude problem. These people need to learn some manners and treat their customers with respect. There is absolutely no reason to be so rude to people when we are the ones keeping them in business. Decided to try their photo services where you order prints that you want and go pick them up at CVS. I always just do Shutterfly but I'm so sick of paying the ridiculous shipping fees and have to wait over a week to get photos. I ordered almost 60 photos send paid $8!!! They emailed me two hours later and said it was ready for pickup! Seriously going to use them from now on! It was so easy and so fast and of course the customer service at this CVS is so OUTSTANDING it's crazy! I'm always greeted and everyone is just really nice and seem like they enjoy working there. Prescriptions sent over that day are never even looked at until you get there and have to ask for them, then they ask you if you need it that day? Well obviously you wouldn't be there if you didn't need it. I waited 24hrs to pick up a prescription and they still made me wait 20-30 min because "they had to find it in their system" unacceptable service. read more

You're probably wondering why I checked in to a Joe Blow chain drugstore. Well, I'll tell you why... Maybe you'll think twice about this establishment. I decided to go through the drive thru pharmacy. Convenient, right? Wrong. I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes. Yes. That's right. 12 minutes that I'll never get back. Some jackass refused to park causing the delay in line. There were cars behind me so I could not escape. FML. There's a CVS app to check the status of your prescriptions. Of course I did that prior to coming. According to this app, my prescriptions were ready. Right? Wrong. So what do you think happened when I get to the window? " Sorry sir your prescriptions are not ready. You'll have to come back tomorrow" Yeah right... Guess what pal... I'm not leaving without them. I checked the status and it said they were ready... so you'll have to work overtime. I stuck with this company because they took over Longs Drugs. Yrs ago I used to work for Longs Drugs. I've had this as my primary pharmacy for years and have encountered problems that I have been shrugging off as possible bad days for them. Like I've had them give me a different medication than what was prescribed only to call me about it a month or so later to tell me their mistake. And more recently I've had more problems. The staff is incredibly rude. The last 3 visits I had, I was given attitude or more simply just not treated like a person. Twice they made sure to let me know with their reactions that they hated me using goodRx coupons (they saved me over $100 each time! Of course I want to use them!) And once for just a simple transaction I got purposefully cut off when saying pleasantries. It wasn't even busy. They also seemed upset and questioning about prescriptions my doctor prescribed??? So I've realized that the rudeness isn't just isolated to one day. Choose a different pharmacy. read more

When she gave me an attitude I was surprised but then when I went inside and saw how rude she was to the elderly my heart sunk. She covers her name tag too. I've never used the pharmacy here so I don't know how good it is. This CVS is clean and there's nothing wrong with the store itself. My big complaint is the waiting to check out. They never have more than one clerk, even if there are four or five people waiting. Tonight I came in around 9 PM, got what I needed and headed for the checkout. I figured maybe for once I'd get in and out fairly quickly. Nope. Although there was no one waiting in line, there also was no one behind the counter to ring me up. After saying "Hello?" a few dozen times, someone finally showed up. It's not the poor clerk's fault, but the management needs to hire and staff enough people to where customers don't spend as much time waiting in line as they do shopping for the items they need. This pharmacy is horrible! On my first prescription they put the wrong label on it. I went back to clarify and they were not giving me the time of day. After speaking with the pharmacist and the pharm tech... They sent me over to a 3rd person, the other pharm tech.. She was able to help me. She relabeled my medication. My second experience was a couple of days later for my other medication. I went through the drive thru which took me 25 mins! The pharm tech.. Leslie i believe was her name provided no customer service! Imnot asking for 5 star service but a hello would be nice. She ran my transaction, gave my meds, and never looked at me again. I stood there for about 30 seconds just to ask her if everything is done..... She never even looked at me. When she the meds in the box she didnt say anything either. Usually you get a " here you go" or have a nice day... Nothing. Horrible service. The only individual who has any courtesy or sense here is the female asian pharm tech. So today I came in to drop off a prescription for a pain medication because I am passing a kidney stone. No kidding it has been compared to giving birth on the threshold of pain. I am in major pain. This guy named Angel took my prescription and started acting like he was the FBI or something. Instead of helping a customer he started interrogating me about why did I bring my prescription in, he doesn't know if it will get filled-as if he is working for the DEA. I was lost for words, due to my pain and how this idiot was treating me. He was all "I'll have to check if the pharmacist will okay this prescription. When was the last time you were on this?" And a bunch of other crap as if he is on an episode of COPS. I was just thinking to myself, wow they hired an idiot. People like this are usually the ones doing the illegal stuff and they are trying to create a facade to hide their real agendas. I mean whoa dude, chill out. Not sure what kind of background you're assuming but man I am starting to worry about your own ethics. Anyways the pharmacist was like "no problem-about an hour." This Angel person made a big deal out of nothing. An hour later I came back and was able to collect what I wanted to say to this Angel. Told him he needed to improve his customer service skill and I did not appreciate his attitude and investigation especially when I am about to piss out a kidney stone. This Angel person apologized as if he took a chill pill. He probably assumed I am some addict trying to score some narcotics. I don't appreciate this treatment so I will never return to this Ghetto pharmacy where they think customers are only there to score. Walgreen wins. read more

I totally appreciate CVS Pharmacy. There are so many in Fresno, this is very convenient, don't need to drive far, there is always a CVS Pharmacy nearby. I shop frequently at the Milburn & Herndon CVS, it's a pleasure to shop in this clean & organized store; it's not too large that you have to walk a mile to find each item. I love the staff at Milburn they already know me and are super helpful, as I have some disabilities. The pharmacy is always busy, yet, pharmacists will take time to give council & assist anyone in making recommendations. The cash back coupons for up to $10.00 are fabulous!!! Too bad I sometimes let them expire, rats!!! Anyway, I prefer to shop at CVS also because it's not crowded like W_mart or TarG, that makes it a pleasant shopping trip. read more
