Nice, clean store in an absolutely crazy busy shopping center. Layout similar to my usual Walgreens, so everything I was looking for was easy to find. I was third in line to check out, but the line went fast. Be careful in that parking lot, people drive a bit fast. read more

Covid-19 phase: Masks worn by workers and required! Great experience! Great rewards program! I was sent an email to get money off that was expiring soon so of course I needed to use it! I went and the Walgreens is very clean and safe. I ended up getting gum. I checked out and the worker was very nice. I got my rewards discount and left. Great service and great store! They have it all from food to medicines, make up, etc. Highly recommended! read more

This location is good for easy local access (despite median for westbound traffic (u-turn required)). Parking is never full and the interior is reasonably clean. The store's look & feel /décor is dated and doesn't have any amenities that the locations in the cities offer. But for Fresno, this is a good location. read more

I travel for work and take Suboxone and these guys refused to fill it even after my doctor calling ten times and them losing my prescription and now I have a refill sitting there they refuse to fill they shouldn't be about to withhold your prescriptions especially one that's helped me stay clean over 3 years these ppl are so judgmental and all they do is fill scripts they aren't even doctors read more

the pharmacy and Walgreens staff were very friendly, communicative and eager to help. Liz and staff were very kind and let me know that my prescription was a little behind, but from there stated that there will be a text sent to me and or I can wait in the store as it was only 10 minutes from pickup time. the pharmacist was also very kind and detailed about my prescription, letting me know all side effects. this store is very clean and the staff are so helpful! read more

Don't go to this pharmacy and try to talk to a manager regarding an issue. My mom has COPD, in a wheelchair, and they rejected her for the third vaccine...said she didn't qualify. That's how ignorant and uneducated the pharmacy staff are at this location. I talked to the main office and they tried to contact the manager (totally agreed my mom qualified) but couldn't located management. Finally forwarded me to a number provided and it was a disconnected number. I tried calling three times and was disconnected. I tried central operations again and was forwarded to their consumer relations...put on hold forever so... I am going to tell my mom to pull her prescriptions out of this pharmacy and go to another location. If the pharmacy staff are this lazy, scares me how careful they are with their prescriptions. I was in this store today to pick up a few items. I was able to find them with no difficulty. This is a very nice, clean store. Will have to say it's one df the better Walgreens I've been in. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I was surprised to see how much adaptive equipment they had in stock..high rise toilet sprats, canes of all sizes and styles, long handled shoehorns, front wheeled walkers, wheel chairs, and the list goes on and on. For those of you who don't know. This store is too scared of people to tell them they need to wear a mask inside because apparently corporate says they aren't allowed to tell anyone if they walk in without a mask to put one on. This kind of sucks because the police department is less than a mile away and all they have to do is call and say these people are being defiant of current law but instead they're scared and won't do or say anything and serve these people who are too stupid and ignorant to wear a mask. There are people who have severe health issues and are highly at risk yet they are expected to deal with these morons who don't have to wear a mask because they choose not to. Terrible experience at the FedEx in this store. I dropped off my package to be sent back to the company I ordered from. I had 2 shipping labels but the girl scanned just one. Knew she f'd up from the git-go. I told her I had 2 but that both items are in the same bag (it was an outfit from the same company, but for some reason, it gave me 2 diff shipping labels). Her response was something along the lines of oh, it'll be up to them to decide to refund for both...um... really?? Gonna keep the (negative) words to myself. Anywho, it's been 2 weeks since I dropped off that package. Not sure if it went around town or what but I keep tracking the package and guess what, it's on its way right back to me. Mind you, I haven't received the package JUST yet. But somehow it's taken 2 weeks to get from the fedex at Walgreens at fig garden back to me, which is about a few miles away. Basically, I tried to return my package but somehow it's coming right back. Total inconvenience. That girl needs to be retrained or something because this was a big inconvenience. I have been going to this particular Walgreens for at least 10 years or more. I am tired of these pharmacist treating me as if I am a drug addict. I am being treated for several illnesses that I will continue to take medication for,..for the rest of my life. My prescriptions are all legitimate and the same medications for the last 10 years. These pharmacist are not like their ads on TV. The technicians are also rude and after 10 years, I would think they would know my name. Except for Shay...she is always professional, kind and helpful. Staff never smiles, never say hello and are always short trying to rush you out of the line to where I don't even have time to put my money or cards back into my wallet. I called the 800 number to complain and they displayed very little interest in my concerns. I took a prescription in for my pet poodle and they would not fill it. Now, where am I supposed to fill a prescription that a vetanarian has written for my dog? I was thinking of changing pharmacies, but it appears that old fashion curtosie is gone for good. read more

Don't use this pharmacy. Warning danger. The pharmacist manager has zero people skills or empathy. I've been going for 5 years. Not anymore. Take my warning. If you want the prescription your doctor has approved this is not the place to get them. Just call her calm down Kim. That's what she told me after they've bounced me back to my doc 4 times. It is unfortunate that I write this because my prior experience wirh the Pharmacy had been great until I had to deal with the pharmacy manager. She will literally lie to prove she is right or did nothing wrong. There is a pharmacist named Shirley or Cheryl who found problems on how my script had been written. To give her props there was a problem but she made a statement that demeaned her coworkers and when she stated that same statement to a person who at my doctors office and when I told this pharmacy manager what she said this manager literally lied and said that she never said that because she was right next to her when she called me and when my doctors office called. So i asked her if she was calling my doctor's office liars? This is when the manager cut me off and said she wasn't going to have this conversation with me and hung up. I called the corporate office to complain. I later went to pick up the prescription that they didnt fill and there was a bigger blow out with the Pharmacy manager named Kim who acts like she is far superior than any customer and couldn't care a rat's ass what you have to say or complain to corporate about her. Kim literally told me I was banned from the store. I gave her a couple of F bombs and after the second is when the asian male worker yelled the same thing and came rushing at me. I've complaiined once about this store but I never found out what became of that complaint. I can only presume nothing. Moral of this story stand up for what you believe is right after all you are the customer and the customer is always right read more
