SAVE TIME DONT COME HERE! This has to be the worst pharmacy hands down. I live down the street from here and now I have to drive 3 miles away to a pharmacy that has there sh** together. My son takes a medication that is for his heart and it never fails they never have it ready, I'll be down to last of his medication and I'll have to bug just to get it. That's not the only problem with this place they have long wait times inside and out, there always understaffed. Don't bother calling because when you do you'll wait on hold and then when they answer they hang up on you. Happened twice today. An employee literally told my wife that we couldn't get the medication today because they were understaffed and they couldn't check there inventory because it was too busy. Change for the better at this CVS pharmacy. I visited my doctor twice in the last 2 months, having them transmit my prescription to this CVS. On both occasions, and before leaving my doctors office, I received notifications saying my prescriptions were ready for pick up! Thinking this couldn't possibly be true, I gave it a chance and made my way straight to the drive thru. The pharmacy techs had awesome customer service and brought me my prescriptions right away. The pharmacist was also very informative in giving my consultation. Very impressed with this mass improvement. read more

I had to transfer my prescriptions here due to my insurance dropping Walgreens. Every time I have had to deal with this CVS pharmacy, the service has been unbearably slow. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive up window line and there were only 2 cars in front of me. At Walgreens, this would have been only a few minutes (I went there for years). This CVS pharmacy has also mismanaged fulfilling prescriptions. 3 visits, 3 negative experiences. I hope their corporate office reads this. This pharmacy's service is horrible. If I could, I would go back to Walgreens. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Not sure what has happened to this place. I have been coming here for years and was very happy but within the past 3 or 4 months the quality of service here has gone way downhill, so it is not like I had one bad experience and then left a crappy review. It has been building. The girls they have working here are rude and seem to be lacking the basic knowledge to effectively do their job. If there is a problem with your rx they put a hold on it and don't bother to notify you so you can resolve it. I have spent over 2 1/2 hours on hold today, collectively over 3 call trying to find out why my order is still not ready despite it being a refill that I have every month for years, and it supposed to be ready hours ago. I am now waiting to be helped. The other people in line were just as appalled as I am as we heard the tech speak to a customer in an incredibly rude, unacceptable manner. Ive been a pharmacy technician for 8 years and understand the patience required to work in a pharmacy. However, I've been disappointed in the customer service of the tech's at this location a few times but today was the worst. The woman I spoke to cut me off twice. The second time putting me on hold while mid sentence. It was extremely rude. That's after she argued with me about my insurance copay and deductible. She assured me my prescription was generic. She was wrong and that was the issue. If you're going to be rude, at least be right. I'll be transferring all of my scripts. read more

Can't believe how rudely I was treated in the store yesterday! I guess customer service is completely gone. It made me cry it was that bad and rude! The pharmacy always sucks but usually the check out ladies are so nice and lift my spirit! Instead I was completely crushed! I have no reason to ever go in there again. I actually would give them NO STAR.. Mainly the PHARMACY.. PHARMACY EMPLOYEES are so slow and doesnt seem to know what they are doing. Doesnt seem to make it work with the customer and treat the customers properly.. I do not think they have the efax or electronic communication because there was a problem between the communication between them and the doctor's office (1) dermatology office cannot find them (2) obgyn office have sent them the order already several times and still didnt get them. I had to keep coming/ calling back and forth between CVS and the doctor's office.. Lastly, one of the employees in the Pharmacy told my mother-in-law there will be no problem picking up her skin ointment and when i got there to pick it up for her, they told me my mother-in-law was in the system and she had to pay for it.. So i went home and brought my mother-in-law with all her cards with her and she only paid $1.07.. TERRIBLE. Please dont come here although their location is convenient.. Came in after work to pick up my prescription. I was helped by a very polite pharmacist, but then was transferred to the technician Caitlin or Kaitlin and she was Extremely rude pharmacist/technician whatever she is. She spoke to me in a very condescending tone and after i gave her the same attitude back started to act more polite i didn't appreciate the way she spoke to the person before me but i didn't say anything, i went on with my day but when she did speak to me that way i was like "oh no" i just got off at 10 hr shift at the office. I have insurance and mind you i could go to Kaiser for my prescription but i i choose CVS bc it's on my way home and the few times i go the ladies have been very polite. But it a shame to know i won't come to a pharmacy that treats clients or people the way Caitlin does. Nobody should be allowed to give the customer service she did. When i had my consult for the prescription i was picking up she interrupted and stated "what was your last name" and i informed her and she said "somebody dropped their ID and i just wanted to make sure it wasn't yours" and she said it in a way like telling me you dropped your ID come get it. Bc i told her my name and she still took it up to the cashier as lost and found. Like are you serious? Who works like that? Who works around that? I walked up to the cashier before i left and i asked if someone brought an ID up and she said "oh yeah" and she gave me my ID and that's when she told me the Technicians name was Caitlin. Do not recommend coming to this pharmacy any longer after coming here for over a year now. I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews but she really triggered me after having a great day, her attitude is not okay. Lmao read more

The large white female cashier here is extremely rude. After several horrible encounters with her I have officially decided that I will not step foot back into this location. I don't know what her deal is. I witnessed her being very rude to other customers on my previous visit as well as others. She should not have a job. She acts as if the customers mean absolutely nothing to her and are more of a bother than part of her responsibilities. I have never seen anyone in my life that appears to hate their job more than this lady. I'm not sure if she is just worn out and ready to call it quits or something but WOW you just cannot go around treated other people so badly for no reason other than you are unhappy with your own job and these poor people decided to shop at the place you work. It's a shame her boss hasn't done anything about her poor behavior. If you are a cashier you are sort of the face of the company and when customers are met with attitude and arrogance, they may start to think poorly of the company. I know better but I won't return to this location anytime soon. read more

Went to the urgent care down the street from this location. Thought about waiting to go to the pharmacy because my script was being sent through escribe. Went right after to my pharmacy and was surprised my script was already done! This was also during there rush hour. This is my go to place now. The pharmacist knows what he is doing here. read more

I visit here frequently. The pharmacy has greatly improved over the last 6 months. Employee's in general are very nice. Although there is one young lady I avoid she is very loud and obnoxious. I know she is trying to be nice but she is over the top. read more

This pharmacy is horrible. If you drop off a subscription in the morning they will assure you that it will be prepared by 4pm. When 4pm comes around they still are unprepared, they lag on their phone calls to update you on your medications. They do not work with my primary efficiently. Need to change my pharmacy as soon as possible. read more

One star for this pharmacy. If it was possible to rate no stars I would without hesitation. Employees act as if they have no idea what they're doing, it takes about 3 visits to actually pick up a prescription I've already put in, they say that they can't fill a prescription because they're "under staff" but the medication is simply a prepackaged box of birth control. Absolutely horrible service!!!!! Just went to pick up my prescriptions and only one was ready. One of these medications was supposed to have been filled last week and was told the Drs. Office never called it in. As I proceed to download the CVS app, I see that the other prescription is in my history of medications. I called the pharmacy telling them that I was just there and that no other prescription was ready, according to them. She proceeds to say because my husband asked for prescriptions filled today and not if I have any waiting for pickup. Totally putting blame on a customer rather than taking responsibility.
