5.11.24 Stopped in to have a covid/flu test at the Minute Clinic. I signed up for an appt online and was informed that I would receive a text at my appt time to check in, which I did. This alerted the technician of my arrival. I was called back right away. Given the symptoms I have experienced which included a sore throat, coughing, and muscle aches, I was tested for covid, flu, and strep. Thankfully all three test came back negative. I was told it was a viral respiratory infection/bronchitis. I really loved my experience at the clinic, which was easy and seamless. She prescribed a cough suppressant so I popped over to the pharmacy to pick it up and it was ready when I arrived at the counter. The only concern and annoyance I observed is that the pharmacy line went unanswered. That didn't affect me, but had I been the caller, I would have deducted a star. read more

The manager at the CVS Fulton Pharmacy is very unwelcoming and rude. He tried to close down the pharmacy line and send us all away while we are all waiting to get our prescriptions because it cut into the lunch hour. While I understand the need to take lunch, there should be an alternating staff to help/service the customers instead of shutting down the entire line right in front of us and ordering us to return later to pick up our meds. The manager always looks unhappy and angry as well, and it is clear that he does not want to be there. Avoid this place. read more

This CVS should be called Super CVS! It looks so nice inside. They have isles that remind you of a department store. It's really impressive. They also have just about everything you would need and some. Endless isles of perfectly placed products, make it picture perfect. When it was time to pay, I had purchased more items than I wanted to scan and I found myself in the line of the assistant manager. She was so helpful, nice and we had great conversations about the stores coupons. Be sure to send your coupons to your card, so you don't miss out on deals. It's the little things read more

I wish every CVS could be like this one! I can't speak on the pharmacy side though! Was here recently and soon as I walked in, I was offered help. This time I didn't need it but at least it was offered. My experience at other locations is that when I do need help I can never find an employee! The store is very clean, organized and I felt like I was in an upscale place. Talk about fancy schmancy! Their beauty section is really nice and bright. I found what I was looking for and more and I got to use some coupons I had! This isn't the closest location to me but I'd come back just because...it's worth the extra drive! read more

I am a fan of the Minute Clinics at CVS. I like the ability to schedule an appointment online for services. As well, I like that Minute Clinic has expanded their services over the year. I now only visit my primary physician a two-three times a year because of Minute Clinics service offerings. This visit was for travel medicine and ear wax blockage. The Nurse practitioner hooked me right with up with the Vaccinations I needed. She also able to clear both ears of wax. Yay, I can hear again. Worth the visit for minor and common health issues. read more

The pharmacy no longer accepts phone calls. You must leave a voicemail. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Drive thru is a joke. There are two lanes, but only one open. Apparently, it takes 25 minutes for each Covid test... at this point, put the Covid testing people in the other lane and leave the first lane open for medication pick ups. Every time I come here, I get stuck behind two people taking Covid tests. It's pretty late in the pandemic and it's shocking that people need so much help being talked through how to take a Covid test. read more

This CVS is not located close to my home so I don't use their pharmacy, but it's a large CVS and has a nice beauty/cosmetic department so I like to stop by occasionally and check out what they have new and interesting. On our last visit we bought some cosmetics (that I don't need!), some office supplies, and a 2020 Christmas tree ornament half price, not so much as a reminder of this awful year but more as a collectible. Rich bought some shampoo and after shave The staff is really friendly. The young lady in the cosmetic department was very chatty and helpful. I don't come here to fill any prescriptions from the pharmacy. I am more concerned with purchasing sale items that are usually sold out at the CVS location in Laurel. The Fulton location is often in stock even when the sale is ending on Saturday (last day of sale). The cashiers are friendly and welcome you as soon as you enter the door even when they are busy with other customers. The lines to pay are short. Keep up the great work! read more

Pharmacy is abysmal. Totally rude, indifferent. I got in line outside at 5:57pm on saturday and they shut the window in my face. I honked and the pharmacist said he would help me out but insisted I was late getting in line. I let it go, got my asthma inhaler (which I was waiting 2 days for with no notification it was filled!) After I paid he had the balls to bring it up again and I told him I would like to see the tape, can i come inside. After a few choice words on my part, I departed. NO service here at all. Bad treatment and adding insult to injury. You guys FAIL! I am transferring all my stuff to a different store. You guys suck rotten eggs! read more

After surgery for a detached retina my doctor placed an order for prescriptions on aMonday morning. At 3pm on Tuesday it's still not ready. There has been no improvement in service here. Management needs to take action!!! read more

I have had nothing but problems with this CVS. Not having the meds in stock, not filling scripts timely, saying that they haven't received the scripts even when faxed receipt says that it went through. In addition, no customer service or compassion for patients. You can be the only one standing there waiting and 5 staffers don't like at you or recognize you are waiting. read more

This pharmacy has gone downhill for a couple of years now. Seem to be rotating pharmacist who are inexperienced. Poor follow-up on their part do not work to resolve issues. Go somewhere else a 1 star rating is to high and Not good is a generous rating. read more

Rude, indifferent, disorganized over-worked people behind the pharmacy counter. Used to be great but things turned poor about a year ago. They never answer the phone anymore and forget trying to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy -- they won't do it for you. They keep some bags of prescriptions on the floor, so unsanitary. The only worse pharmacy is the CVS in Laurel. So many negative stories but here's one -- my 80+ year old father was waiting in a long line for his medicine and when he got to the front, the pharmacy did not have all of his medications ready, despite having called him. They were very curt told him that he would have to wait another 30 minutes, that they would call his name, which they never did. He waited for 70 minutes and went back up to the counter to ask about his prescription, they were mean to him and told him he would have to wait again in the long line...when he got up to the front after another 20 min, they told him the drug he needed was out of stock and had no idea when another batch would come in.... read more

I got the bill for a service that is 100% covered by my insurance and I'm deeply disappointed in the minute clinic. Be warned that you may waste your money and time if you come here. It sort of seems like fraud, that the system somehow is configured to not accept insurance that has been confirmed to cover. How many people have been forced to pay out of pocket, simply because the system doesn't work and some of the providers are not equipped to deal with it? Some nurses will go beyond out of their way to help and have even figured out a work around for this system failure. But there are also two providers that do not care at all and will go out of their way not to help you and don't even care about how their incompetence affects patients. I don't think anyone is going to fix this system issue any time soon and the burden is on the patients. This CVS is the nicest I've been to in appearance and that's why I went there but my experience at the minute clinic has been overwhelming and disappointing. read more

There is a pattern of being unable to fill prescriptions or medicine is not in stock. They do not communicate this to The Patient.

If 0 were an option, they would get it. Made an appt at the pharmacy for a flu shot for me and my son. Showed up accidentally at Minute Clinic and were directed to the pharmacy, which was understaffed. After advising that they were out of flu vaccine that day ( with no notice to us - we did have appts), went back to minute clinic, who did have a open spot for one, and vaccine, got my shot there. Have to go back for my son. The pharmacy didn't say anything about rescheduling , just we don't have any vaccine, maybe tomorrow. Terrible service, go elsewhere or to Minute Clinic within the store. read more

I normally have a good experience here but caution against having a prescription filled here or any nearby CVS at the moment. When I went to pick up a prescription the other day, one of their pharmacy staff informed me they and all nearby CVSs are woefully understaffed at the moment - with no improvements expected in the near future. They have a 1-week backlog filling prescriptions. Best to take your prescriptions elsewhere for the time bring until corporate gets their act together and fixes the problem. For other needs though, I recommend this store. read more

Ok this Pharmacy has some serious issues, not only are some of the people who work here incredibly rude but every time I have tried to get a prescription filled - sent from the Doctor - they never have it. I don't live near this CVS but chose it because it was on the way to and from my office. Never again after making several special trips I will not use this Pharmacy again. CVS needs to work on their procedures because something is definitely wrong here and Having spoken to another customer last night I am not the only one having issues. PISSED is the only word to describe how i'm feeling. Walked in at 8:24 and knew the clinic did not open until 8:30. I tried to check in on the computer but it said there was no appointments open. All I needed was a flu test or covid test. The women working there (Danielle) ignored me until I asked very nicely if there was anything open. I made her aware that I tried to check in but nothing was available. She then asked what I needed and I explained to her what was wrong. She IMMEDIATELY cut me off and got extremely rude with me basically saying that if I don't have an appointment and i'm not feeling well then I needed to get out. Completely out of pocket. I also saw her get snappy with an older lady looking for something. You work at a minute clinic???? Aren't you supposed to take care of sick people???? Love these guys. Between the pharmacy and the Minute Clinic, I've had some really good experiences there. Nice, helpful people. Prompt, courteous service at the pharmacy. Quick drive-thru experience, especially if you use the CVS App on your smartphone. Seriously, I'm transferring all of my prescriptions there. I don't even live near there, but I've been so impressed that I don't mind driving there. Much better service than any of the other CVS pharmacies that I've experienced. They are SUPER behind filling prescriptions right now (like a week behind) and not even notifying you of the backlog until you show up to pickup your prescription. They're also not answering the phones when you try to call in! Take your prescriptions to Walgreens or any other pharmacy! read more

This pharmacy has horrible customer service. The folks that answer the phone has no customer service training, keeps you on hold for a long time without follow-up and only way to talk to someone else is to hang up and call again. They do not fill prescriptions on time and if they are out of stock does not follow-up to let the patient know. Every time I come here something goes wrong. Always a long line and takes forever. Rude pharmacists that seem to have no customer service training and do not know how to be professional. On my last visit was told via text my prescription was ready and when I arrived after sitting in traffic forever that it was in fact not the correct prescription and when I asked them to call other pharmacies the lady behind the counter on the computer rolled her eyes and the coworkers presided to laugh.
