The kiosk to sign in was a bit difficult to deal with (I believe the focus shifted to unanticipated parts of the screen). It also could have been because I am not a frequent user. After finishing with that, I sat down. Less than a minute later the nurse practioner came out and greeted me. Through my exam she was personable and kind- I found out she did not have a home store (which explained things she needed for my particular visit were not found easily). At one point she had to go to the other Minute Clinic room. When she did so, she left the door open. I did not care too much, but it would be best practice to shut it. Shortly after returning, she concluded that I had strep. I was provided a sheet that listed the medicines I could take to help with the symptoms. I walked out and headed for the consultation window. The pharmacist (Craig) and intern (Charles) not only helped me find the section for the products that I needed from the visit, but suggested products they knew would help. They saved me MAJORLY on TIME and MONEY. I proceeded to the pharmacy registers for a prescription unrelated to the visit. A new (to me), friendly technician soon met me there. Not only was I helped there, but was greeted from afar by a technician (Jordan). From my time here at this pharmacy, she seems to be really good with names and does well with having patients feel like they matter when she works with them. Even though I have worked at this pharmacy consistently (for 6+ years), until recently, I can still write a positive review about them. They do not have to be genuinely nice to me solely because I have worked with them. And I'll explain- When I worked, I focused on patients and getting most of the work done that I could in between rushes. Due to this there was little time to socialize (I only hung out with two co-workers regularly outside of work and they left way before March 3). The pharmacy staff treated me the way they did because they 1) are genuinely nice people and 2) enjoy healthcare.

The drive thru is very accommodating when you don't feel like going inside the store. The store carries a large variety inside which is nice if you need to pick up milk, snacks or household items all in one stop.

She then noticed the lottery ticket on the POS screen, and asked my grandmother if she started playing the lottery. The cashier interjected and said that it was from the previous customer. This is a classic scam, from a low life individual. My grandmother is quite senile, and totally would have been taken advantage of, had she not had someone looking out for her. Be aware of this, and inform any elderly people you know, who may have to visit the store.

I stood at the consult window while 2 pharmacy personnel reviewed something on the computer for over 3-4 mins. Yes, those minutes can be long when you're patiently waiting for help. I did hear one speak saying we'll be right with you. I was able to decipher from reading the ingredients what I needed to know and proceeded to self checkout, which made the rest of my visit a breeze.

Heard them mention making me get the shot and then charging me $72. I have insurance that would cover it. All of this is from me overhearing them. They tried to charge it to my Medicare part b but it wasn't going through despite me having UHC connected to Medicare. I also have Medicaid. They couldn't just apply the UHC and Medicaid like most people do. They kept walking off. There was a massive line forming behind me when I decided to just leave. Ridiculous. This was all at the pharmacy.

It can cause suicidal thoughts if abruptly stop taking it. I went to CVS in hopes they could get me 12 days of my prescription (usually get delivered by mail from CVS Caremark). Zachary Wallace went above and beyond to get my prescription filled and I am so appreciative of his efforts. My vacation and mental health are saved - and quite possibly my life. I've never skipped it more than a day and even one day is enough to affect me. My refill was "in process" for a week until I waited a half hour on hold to finally speak with a pharmacy technician. Walgreens is no better. We visited the pharmacy at a large discount store, saw about a dozen workers and NO line, spoke with one of the employees there and moved our prescriptions to that pharmacy. The pharmacy tech at CVS was so stressed she had no time to answer any questions about the sudden downturn in service, and I had no need to delay the ten people in line behind me with my questions.
