Store has improved a lot but poor experience. Wanted a specific razor blade. Clerk said out of stock, come on a few days. So I went back 6 days later. No luck. Idiotic. This couldn't happen in Singapore! Fortunately another CVS had the blades. Understand stores only get restocked weekly. Ridiculous. One store could ask another to send supplies in the interim. read more

I am appalled by the way I was treated at this CVS, I was hoping to walk in and ask an employee to direct me to the direction of the hair care aisle, sadly that is not what happened. I came and I asked one of the workers there ( Zack ) if he could point me to the direction of the hair care section, he reluctantly helped me and rushed me when I would ask questions about certain products. It was my first time and my last time going here because of Zack, he was rude and impolite, cvs pretty much hires anybody, they really need to get there priorities straight when it comes to hire employees with good customer service. Cvs really needs to rethink their hiring choices / hiring process. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. one person tells you they have the medication in stock and are preparing it, and the next person you speak to when you go to pick it up has no idea the prescription is even in the computer, and then first has to order it from elsewhere (which could take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week). twice in the past month, i had to call another pharmacy and have the prescription transferred over in order to finally get my meds. they give no instructions when you pick up your meds, even if something needs special attention like refrigeration, and if there is another add on that you need for administering, they do not tell you. they also hardly ever answer the phone when you call. there is no coordination and no thought put into what they are doing. also they give little to no help on what insurance will cover. definitely go somewhere else. read more

Worst location ever. Took passport photo went all the way to the my appointment only to get rejected because the picture didn't qualify due to the lighting. Wasted my time and passport appt!!' Went back to CVS to get a refund took a look at the comp turns out the picture didn't even pass the qualifications yet the employee still printed and sold it to me and sent me on my way. This is such a convenient store with ample parking but is almost always short of cashiers. Today there was one cashier for 10 people in aline which took over 30 minutes. Two elderly people left their baskets and simply walked out. Wonder if this store could hire more cashiers or move staff to the front when line exceeds 5 customers. read more

Great parking! They definitely need a 3rd cashier to move things along, there are usually 2 (or 1 and then another 1 adds on after the line hasn't moved in a while). The pharmacy is great! They address everyone by name. They give great advice, friendly, comparable to most cvs locations. Stock is usually low. None of the cvs locations get many of the Enfamil 2-pack refill boxes. Those are always sold out. Kinda ridiculous. Difficult when you have twins. I went in to buy a mascara and there were only 2 Maybelline define-a-lash mascaras left (one waterproof, and 2 regular). I had to exchange the one I bought because when I opened it, the stick came out with no brush on the end. I didn't get back until over a week later. They didn't even have ONE in stock. Not one. I guarantee that they didn't sell out of a rack in a week. They never have before. So that means that before I bought the mascara they hadn't restocked in probably over a week, and when I came back to return over a week later, they still hadn't restocked since my first visit. On Wednesday my physician sent prescription for insulin. On Thursday, i went to pick it up, and was told to wait because it is being prepared. After half hour I left and told them I will come back the next day. On Friday I go again to pick it up, and was told that it has been ordered and will arrive on Monday. Today, Monday I was told to wait, and left after 45 minutes of waiting. This is as bad as it gets. read more

I just called the pharmacy to see if it had a specific drug in stock and to transfer a prescription from Express Scripts so the pharmacy could fill it locally. I got a pharmacy tech who thought he was a wise ass, who apparently never heard of Express Scripts, had no idea the pharmacy handles Express Scripts prescriptions, and had not idea of how to contact Express Scripts. I asked him if he were new to the job, he said "relatively new." And I then asked his name and he wouldn't give it. He did transfer me to the pharmacist, who knew what he was doing. CVS apparently doesn't vet its pharm tech applicants for common sense and doesn't train them to be at least moderately polite. This location is also known for its long lines. Avoid it. read more

Amazing prices but slow lines. Have everything I'm looking for and nice people. It is a big place with very good deals on candy and drinks. They also have very good deals on their otc drugs and soap, cosmetics and shampoo, people at the pharmacy are nice. read more

Worst CVS I have ever been to. There is always a line as they usually have only one cashier. They do not have self checkout either like other CVS's. Yesterday went it to grab something in the middle of the day, as soon as I walked in and saw the line walked right out!!! Will never go back to this CVS. read more

Good variety of products but don't go here for the pharmacy. The staff is slow and there always seems to be a problem. There is also a long waiting time when waiting for a prescription so do not go here if you are in a rush. read more

This is the single worst pharmacy I have ever been in my entire life. I have been filling up my prescription here for at least a year, and they somehow manage to completely mess it up every time. At this point I believe they are completely scamming me and everyone else who orders prescriptions to their store. My prescription requires two sets of needles and a vial. Usually the vial arrives late or the pharmacy doesn't get around to actually ordering it until the day I say that I need to pick it up. Now that I have learned to work around this, they have decided to scam me with my needles. Never once have they given me the correct set of needles. Sometimes they forget an entire set or "mistakenly" given me the wrong length of needles. Most likely, they believe they can switch needle lengths without me noticing. For my latest pickup, they "forgot" to give me an entire set of needles. When I called to tell them, they somehow knew which set they forgot to give me! Then, when I arrived to pick up this set, the needles were an entire half an inch longer than what I normally use. To reiterate, I have been ordering this needle length for an entire year now. I confronted them about this, and they gave me syringes with the correct needle length on them. Yet, when I arrived home, I realized the needle and syringe fasteners were not compatible with the other set of needles they had given me! Incidents like this having been going on all year. I have never seen the same pharmacists there more than twice, except for the manager who is usually gossiping with customers while absent-mindedly filling out prescriptions. The only reason I have been going here is because it is the most accessible pharmacy for me, but due to this latest incident I will tell my doctor to send my prescription to another pharmacy. This CVS pharmacy seems to only value laziness, which can translate to public endangerment. This place is a scam, and I advise anyone else who is able to take their business elsewhere. read more

cvs gussack plaza has the worst phone system - almost impossible to speak with a pharmacist and on many occasions i have waited 40 mins. for a staff member in the pharmacy to pick up the phone and then have been disconnected - the rudeness is unbearable. in addition they don't have backup personnel for deliveries -- so, if a delivery person is out for the day customers don't get their deliveries. this situation has been going on for a long time but they do absolutely nothing to change it. read more

Prices are crazy high, compared to Target, although maybe your credit/debit card is safer. Minimally staffed but the staff are pretty nice and helpful. Pharmacy usually has a waiting line but the pharmacists are very friendly and eager to assist. Kudos to the underpaid staff, boo to the corporate that sets the prices. read more
