FRAUD FOR A YEAR NOW!!! Advertises Black Box wine at $ 16.19 if you buy 6. But 'THEY ONLY STOCK 4 EACH' of the various, Merlo and others. So they told my wife and I we can't buy 4 at $ 16.19 ea. We have to pay the regular price of $ 17.99 ea. Saying, "...it's all the buyers order for this store each week..." We don't mix our flavors. Not helpful. They can't keep Pharmacists so their hours change daily with no notice. Staff are nice though.

I guess in this pandemic some of us consider ourselves privileged. And CVS in Green Valley on Continental sure wasn't enforcing the mask ordinance and the signs on their front doors requiring masks inside. I know for a fact that chemo patients go in here to pick up their prescriptions. If I could give them no stars I would. read more

Do not work at this location. Too much favoritism, bullying and harrassment. Very poor environment for employment. Managers do not do their job to change anything as far as these issues go. I worked there for almost a year and when this girl got hired it all went downhill from there. She brought out my old bosses true colors so I quit and I will never be back. I don't recommend looking for employment there. read more

Why does CVS Pharmacy think it's ok to close during lunch hours M-F and not be open AT ALL on the weekends? Do they think people don't need to pick up their scripts during the lunch hour or on weekends? Or are they just trying to reduce their customer base? read more

We took the entire family in for flu shots today and felt so grateful for the thoughtful staff. The young lady at the pharmacy counter was thoughtful enough to wipe my insurance card with alcohol before returning it to me. And Neal was incredibly gentle and personable while giving us our shots. Living in this area for almost a year, full time I like CVS Pharmacy, especially now they have delivery of "some meds" Not all though, Would be better if they had a drive-thru. I have no issue picking up my mom meds, and the staff is friendly for the most part LOL read more

Tolerable since it's the only decent pharmacy in town. Their service is fine enough as long as your doctor doesn't write a fill date on your prescription! In that case they will not do anything about it until you come back on THAT day to fill it. But at least they're well-staffed and will fill within the hour even with long lines, which is the only pharmacy in town you will get that. Trust me on this. I've tried them all and I have lots of scripts to fill every month, some controlled. I shouldn't even be telling you this because their lines are already long enough. Makes me want to keep this secret! On the flip side, the parking lot there is a known risk factor in itself. Traffic mayhem with old people pooling there in masses because of the large shopping complex. Still, for me, it's worth it since all the other pharmacies SUCK big time. read more

She also proceeded to tell me that it is "not her job" to make sure I have the right medication. This pharmacy needs a drive-thru like all of the other pharmacies have in Green Valley. I brought this up to the pharmacy staff and was told that they will never do that for fear of some elderly person driving through the building! They told me about the older person who drove into the front of the Safeway down the way. Ridiculous reasoning. I would not use this pharmacy if I had a choice. It's a real pain in the @%# for me to drive into that store plaza with the world's worst entrance and exit traffic mess, find a parking place, and trudge into the store to retrieve my prescription. Hope my insurance will allow Walgreen's again. read more

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. Pharmacist on staff had no perception of what customer service is and feels it is ok to talk down to customers and refuses to accept any responsibility. First time I've ever complained about service at any pharmacy, ever, but if this post helps one person avoid a bad experience it is well worth the effort. My suggestion would be to drive into Tucson if you must use a CVS. read more

Twice in the past month we received phone calls that our prescription was ready. However, once we got to the pharmacy we were told first, they did not have the prescription, and the second time that they never received the prescription!!! In both cases they were condescending, ie are "we sure the prescription was sent", "you want to all your doctor", and other such nonsense. We called another CVS branch who verified the prescription and in the latest case saying that the Continental branch had it for 3 days !!!! Not only are the staff condescending, treating the public as if they were both deaf and senile, they were unable to find the prescriptions!!! We have never experienced this incompetence in other CVS branches in other states. Our biggest fear is this branch not correctly handling medications that are necessary for life!!! ours are not life critical, fortunately. Time to make the drive to the Tucson branches. read more

Good location and stocked well. Sometimes the line is long to get prescriptions and I miss the little blonde lady that was so helpful. I switched pharmacies when this gal left the pharmacy. It's nice to have people that remember your name and are friendly. read more
