    Great service at the pharmacy. My prescriptions are always ready very quickly. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful.

    I went to the store last night on 2/18 and there were FOUR male employees all up front at the…read moreregister loudly talking about idk what. That's fine I think employees should be able to have times when the store I empty to chit chat. The store was full of female customers who were in need of assistance and I watched as we all got ignored and told to wait so they could talk more. They do not give you eye contact if you're not a man. A woman had to go out to her car to get her husband to talk to them for her. I was in the store about 20 minutes looking for duct tape as I'm working on repairing a few things temporarily and was not able to get help to find it in the store. I'm extremely disappointed in my customer service experience and how Walgreens hires people who hate women is disgusting.

    Based on geographic convenience, I have reluctantly used this Walgreens location for the past 10…read moremonths - but today was the final day - no more. I neglected to write a negative review on 4/26/22 when getting a COVID booster, I had to return to the location and get someone to document my booster after the tech forgot to annotate my booster on my card. The Walgreen's response "My Bad". I get it, a simple mistake - but in the aggregate across the past ten months, too many "simple mistakes". I have had another booster appointment scheduled today, for a week, only to be called moments ago by Anna - who was polite, but she informed me the system double, and triple booked appts and that I was now cancelled. Walgreens offered no proposed solution and deterred me from coming in by chance someone would cancel - they indicated that was highly unlikely. This location has created numerous other inconveniences for me over the past 10 months - that went undocumented. Not this time. Goodbye Walgreens at 3200 Speedway...I can only hope you're a franchise and my google and yelp review coupled with my bad mouthing you at every BBQ and cocktail party either forces a change to your business practices or drives CVS to replace you. Good riddance.

    if i could give less then 1 star i would. this is the review i sent when they requested to share my…read moreexperience the other day. i went to the one at grant & rosemont. horrible customer service, which i've received by this cashier before. :( i was there on 6/16/25 at around 11-11:30 or so. i didn't get his name but he was wearing an earring in one ear with loops attached. the earring doesn't bother me at all, his horrible customer service did. no smile, no acknowledgement (just as he has in the past). then he put my med bags on the counter to ring me up & realized one wasn't mine. not good :( he put it back & went searching for my other prescription. he wrung it up, took my payment & that was it. i had to be the one to say to him "is the pharmacist going to go over my new meds?" which, if i'm not mistaken, is his job. not the customers. i know cause the cashier always asks. he said ok & pointed where i was suppose to go. honestly? seriously? really? OMG. i know it isn't easy getting help these days, but with help like that, i'd rather ring myself up. i'm sure i'll see him every time i go, but someone needs to point out, to him, that his customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! maybe a re-train? if he absorbs it of course. :) so hopefully this answers your question about what type of service i received on my visit to the Grant Rd/Rosemont CVS. i pray it helps cause if not, i will start going to go to Walgreens from now on. i'd hate to do that since i've been going to CVS for a very long time now. i hope i get a response from someone. if not, i won't be happy with that either. have a good day. jessie :)
