Due to their lack of urgency my infection has spread. Had a previous issue with this pharamacy but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt last time. I had another prescription sent here yesterday at 3pm. Estimated time was 5:46 which I did not mind. I flagged it as urgent to see if it could be rushed. 6pm comes around nothing. I call the pharmacy no answer. 7pm. 8pm. I decide to drive there to see what's going on. Mind you these antibiotics are crucial to get into my system because I have a staph infection which if spreads to blood and organs can become deadly. I get there 35 minutes before they close and I stand in the line for 14 minutes before someone finally acknowledges me. When I bring up my prescription the lady casually tells me that the antibiotics I have are out of stock and won't be available til Monday. Mind you it's Friday. I'm upset because they could have called me 5 hours ago to notify me about this issue so I could find another phamarcy. Of course being frustrated with the lack of urgency and consideration I ask them if they could transfer it to the local walgreens that is 24 hours, so I could get the prescription ASAP. The lady tells me to call back tomorrow at 10am to do that. I explain that it is urgent and critical for me to get these antibiotics. She says they are closing soon and to call tomorrow. I called first thing in the morning @ 9 to have them transfer my prescription to walgreens. Call back at 12pm and they still haven't faxed it over. Called again at 1pm and still nothing. I ended up going back to my Dr to get a written slip to walk in to walgreens which is ridiculous because I shouldn't have to do all this. I'm extremely weak from this infection and the last thing I should be doing is driving around to do this all this when all they have to do is transfer it through their system. It's been a long 48 hours. It's extremely frustrating as my symptoms are getting worse and they have no sense of urgency when it comes to getting people their prescriptions. This is my second bad experience in a row here at this CVS when it comes to urgency with my prescriptions. I'll never use this pharmacy again. It should be their main priority to get people tbeir medicine as promptly as possible. read more

Best CVS in town. Such a friendly front store staff. They always greet you warmly and offer help. Today when I went in, they were out of stock on the item I needed. The nice young Jessa, offered to call another store for me. The associate in the isle let me know about flu shots being available, I will be returning to get mine next week. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Had two horrible experience, the second last night/this morning when they screwed up a med my wife badly needed. Totally rude and unprofessional staff. Go to CVS in Target Pharmacy at Horizon and Green Valley or the Walgreens right there. This place needs to clean house or shut down. I've written two bad review in my life, both about this place. This CVS location is just terrible. I called them this morning to make sure they received my prescription, I was told very rudely yes and they are working on it. I came to pick it up and after sitting for 45 minutes in the drive thru line I was told sorry.....we don't have any of that medication in stock. Huh?!!! Would have been good info when I called this morning.....and how about this CVS.....call your customer and tell them which location they could do to pick up their script! Terrible customer service. Pharmacy department they're un organized I drop off a prescription in the morning they told me they're busy so I need to come back after 6pm that day but when I come back after 6pm still not ready they haven't call my insurance nothing is done no calls nothing very bad customer service so all of my prescriptions took it to Smith's pharmacy and I'm glad I did !! read more

We go through drive-thru just for them to tell if they can't take the coupon do drive thru, then they make us come inside wait in line at the counter said we have to go down to another counter they can apply the coupon, then instead of bringing us back over the counter to pay for it and make us go back to the back of the line again and wait in line for a third time making a 5-minute drop off into a 30-minute drop off. This is terrible customer service and wife CVS pharmacy is struggling to stay in business I would never return. read more

Pharmacist is rude AF. I went there to pick up a prescription. The doctor told me they sent it there but it ended up being at another location. The pharmacist shot the papers back through my car window and slammed her drive thru door. All CVS location work together. She could have easily pulled it from the system and filled it at her location. Instead chose to be nasty. I definitely will not go to this location again for any pharmacy needs. Healthcare staff who have no care, compassion or common courtesy do not need to be assisting anyone with life or death situations. I hate this Pharmacy...I mean, HATE IT. I only come here when the Target pharmacy is closed, and even then...sometimes I think twice. I didn't have that option last night. The service here is just awful. I was in there last night filling a script and again this morning for a price match on my drugs. What I hate about this pharmacy....no matter HOW many people are working behind the counter, they are inattentive and not very nice. So I picked up another prescription and the same problem. . After speaking to the Mgr nothings changed.

Appointment July 17 at 17.10 and had to wait in the car till almost 18.00. Had ear problem and pain on left shoulder. Being seen just to be told to go to UMC since she couldn't take care the shoulder problem and ignore my pain in the ear. Left the place in pain for nothing just to get email saying they canceled my appointment. What! Such a horrible place to look for a health care. After reading the reviews, it would seem to me that in the case of this particular pharmacy, "CVS" should stand for "Care Very Sh*tty"

I went into this pharmacy the other day and I was helped by Jess. She could not have been more helpful, and she did it happily. I have three very expensive prescriptions that I take and I was having trouble getting set up with a discount card on one of them. She called the company for me and took the time to get me set up and saved me about $300 on that particular prescription. I am sure if I tried to call them myself it would have taken a lot more time, and I am very grateful that she was so helpful. read more

Since I am a regular at this pharmacy I figured I should drop them one good review. Everyone tends to complain about the slow service but I find that I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes (unless there is a line) to pick up medication. True, they are not very attentive - you might have to cough a little to grab their attention but they are pretty nice people. If you want your pharmacist to talk to you about the weather and gossip - you can't complain about them being slow anymore can you? The fact that they don't ask questions makes it very quick. In and out within a couple of minutes. If you drop off the order right there and its not a narcotic, they would fill it within 15 minutes. I normally don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Other customers complain that they forget but it's never happened to me and I have to go to CVS Pharmacy practically three-four times a week since October of last year. The phone service is also very nice, no matter when I call someone always picks up immediately and quickly answers any questions I may have about the medication. Overall, this is a great pharmacy. I don't know what everyone is complaining about. read more

This seems to be a very busy pharmacy and they all work super hard, tediously. John is my favorite, it seems like he's always there and no matter how busy they are, he"s extremely helpful and courteous. If something is messed up with my prescription, I feel like he actually cares, and does what he can to help, instead of just blowing me off. He is the 4th star in my review. read more

UPDATE: Just found out that the problem is the Pharmacy Manager at this location. I will be picking up the prescriptions and changing Pharmacy's and I will be calling the corporate office. Be prepared if you are filling narcotics at this location. New Pharmacy Manager and new rules. I am a care giver for my mom and dad. I do everything for them and I work so I time manage myself because I work. I drop off two RX's like I always do once a month. I'm told that they will have to contact the doctor to find out why my mother needs her prescriptions and I tell them that I have been dropping the same thing off for her for months now and now it's a problem! Ok I know the game because this started last year back east and now we will have the same issues. So I call my mom's doctor and let them know and they tell me that majority of their phone calls are from CVS for this reason. So I'm thinking WOW that pharmacist must be making phone calls the entire shift for hundreds of people every day! My solution to everyone out there, when you go to the doctor get the clinical note from your doctor or PA and take that with you to the pharmacy. If you fail to do this I really doubt you'll get your RX the same day especially on a Friday when most offices close around 3pm. Think about all the phone calls your doctor will have to make at the end of each day! I guarantee it won't happen and you'll be without your medication until the next day or two. Also this is not just for Narcotics, this new rule for this pharmacy is for the following, if you take a Benzo with a sleep aid or a benzo with a Narcotic and a sleep aid this pharmacy will not fill anything until they talk to your doctor. My suggestion is to NOT go to this CVS. I will be going to another CVS that has better service that I have been using for my own prescriptions and I never have a problem and my wait time is never more than 20 minutes. I feel bad for all the people that will go to CVS and drop off their medications and be inconvenienced by this new Pharmacy Manager. Good luck to everyone out there! Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. If my insurance didn't force me to go here I would go to Walgreens. There are 5 people working inside and I've been waiting for 15 minutes. This has been my neighborhood CVS for the past couple years. For some reason I must love driving myself crazy because I keep coming back despite the awful service at the pharmacy. It always takes 30 mintues to an hour to fill a prescription here no matter how empty the place is ! They've forgotten my order 3x now (oh oops you were waiting? Oh, we forgot to fill it). So frustrating! In any case I'll be switching to Walgreens come Jan 11, I just hope their pharmacy isn't worse! read more

This CVS Pharmacy is unreal because of the employees.. Janelle at the drop off counter at the pharmacy is very rude and not helpful. I understand that you are busy but come on you need to change your attitude especially when i am being nice and calm to you. If you are feeling under pressure then change your job instead of being rude and short with people. I walked away from the counter and then came back and she was on a call with a patient but to be calling someone foul names in front of a customer waiting and the pharmacist and other workers are there laughing as well, that's very unprofessional.. One of the best CVS stores I shop at! Every time I'm there I'm always greeted and treated with respect. The workers, and even manager are always very polite and was happy to help me find what I need. They're always working with a smile and are more polite than most retail workers. I'd definitely recommend shopping here if you're looking for a good shopping experience. read more

I will never ever go to another minute clinic again! In Vegas to work a convention and developed an ear infection. Went to this minute clinic in hopes of receiving quality care. The nurse practitioner was very nice but every time I go to a minute clinic they are afraid to prescribe antibiotics. Was sent on my way with drops even though my ear canal was almost completely blocked. Called back to get some antibiotics after having increased pain levels and no relief. Talked with a different nurse practitioner that basically told me that I should go to an ER or to a urgent care. All I wanted was some antibiotics. I will never ever go to another minute clinic again and I suggest anyone considering minute clinic go to another provider that knows how to provide proper care. read more

Hate this location. Recently moved so was excited to have a pharmacy so close to me but that excitement quickly went away. The drive thru is extremely slow- so slow you could practically watch an entire season of Game of Thrones while you wait. Two occasions I have gotten to the window only for them to take 10 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Then the woman says "Oh, yes the prescription was called in 30 min ago but we just got it and it'll take an hour." Um that makes no sense. Why not start preparing it once it's called obviously and how can you just get it when they literally picked up the phone and spoke to you telling you to fill it. I work in healthcare and I know what calling in prescriptions entails. Just ridiculous. Waiting in line an hour only to be told to come back in an hour. The woman was not friendly at all and made no apologies for the wait. I'll switch over to Walgreens thanks. read more

I love the fact that they have a quick care clinic here. Its much easier and convenient then going to the emergency room for something minor. We don't come here too often to use the pharmacy as we prefer the Walgreens down the street as they can be way more friendly and efficient. However, the quick care is awesome here! read more

A particular CVS sloth cashier needs to work in the back or better yet be fired and it's one of the reasons I stopped shopping at CVS. I have never in my life met a human so callous, rude, impolite, detached, miserable and angry all in one person than this pathetic employee. It was so much effort for him to ring up my items. He couldn't smile, look at me or speak. He purposely mumbled my total so I couldn't understand him and then just pointed to the register's total. What a pathetic jerk. Obviously the guy doesn't want to be there. Why do companies hire these losers who just hurt the business. He couldn't even take the items out of my basket that I placed on the counter. I had to do that for him and then he couldn't take the basket off the counter, I had to reach over the basket to get my bag and receipt he placed on the counter instead of handing them to me. Quite pathetic. Not in his job description to be courteous, polite? This is who CVS hires? I'd fire his butt so fast but that's probably what he wants. I am so angry I stopped at this store. My wife & I have been using this pharmacy sine 2000. Sometimes it takes longer than usual but can't blame the workers. Many times the MD's presecription never arrived. Many times the HMO, didn't as usual do its part, and many reasons beyond their control. We don't mind waiting as we know these competent people are doing their job accurately and as soon as possible. I take several medications but CVS pharmacists have always found those new medications that are adverse to each other and could potentially harm us. They have prevented us many health problems by eliminating drugs, if used together, could have had potentially harmful effects. We have been to other pharmacy and received hideous results like wrong medication, improperly given dossage contrary to MD's prescriptions, shorted by cashier, etc. This CVS is not perfect but we think they as good as it gets! read more
