Without my receipt and with my credit card receiving errors while scanning, Lisa was able to pull my record from the day before and help process my return. Lisa was also very helpful when I initially purchased my the knee brace which wound up not being needed by my grandmother. I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond. This place is getting worse vs getting better with service here! The store is great but the pharmacy is horrible! I used the drive thru the other day to pick up prescriptions my NP called in for me. Next thing you know the pharmacist comes to the drive thru & asks me if I've ever had a medicine before. I had no idea what medicine she was asking me about? Her English wasn't the best. Once I figured out she was asking me about generic Zofran (Ondansetron) which she wasn't pronouncing correctly I told her "yes" she then proceeds to tell me that there's an interaction with fiber. Not sure what she was talking about so I had asked her if she was ref. to my allergy to Metamucil & she said "yes." I told her that I have had lots of Ondansetron filled here & its all over my profile so it made no sense for her to ask me if I've ever taken Ondansetron before. Back in January my NP called me in Ondansetron that they never filled. I called them about it & they told me that is was never called in. My NP called it in with phenergan which was filled. Also about a mth ago my MD called me in a steroid twice that they never filled so I went into the store to inquire about this & the girl told me that it was never called in when it was. I was sitting right there when it was called in & left on their answering machine where providers can call in RX's. CVS you need to check your system for calling in RX's & having them electronically sent over since this has happened to me more then once. The girl was rude in the store & never apologized or offered to call the MD. I'm tempted to go to another CVS location. Luckily I don't have to use this location often for my RX's since I do mail in but when I get RX's for less then 90 days I do go here. There is always new staff working here & that ought to tell your customers something!! read more

Unbelievably unprofessional pharmacy. They blatantly lied to me. I called to see if they could fill a prescription that's been out for nearly a month and that said if my doctor called it in they could. I go through all that effort and then they tell me they don't have it -- and moreover say they never *said* they did! Have never been more frustrated and angered. I hung up on them after that kind of treatment. Will never be a customer again! read more

These people that work at this pharmacy very unprofessional don't have sympathy to their clients. I am 5 feet away. Doesn't even acknowledge nor even say hello from 5 feet away. She's asking me for my name. Under HIPAA laws they're not supposed to ask you 5 to 10 feet away. What is your name and your birthday on top of that when I walked in there they made me wait in line for five minutes not even acknowledge my presence then I asked for the pharmacies help because the medication he's giving me. He couldn't even answer my questions for being a pharmacist and then I have an old lady that doesn't even work there started laughing at me and mocking me and I did not want to disrespect this old lady, but this pharmacy is ridiculous and the pharmacist I don't even know if he is a pharmacist very unprofessional very rude. read more

Getting my second Covid19 buster vaccine 2022 I made an appointment last night for 1pm. CVS text you confirmation and a link to check in 15 minutes prior to appointment. Within minutes to check in I was called in. I was sitting at clinic but it was at pharmacy. So happy because technicians at clinic didn't look too happy lol The door opened and this nice technician smiling called my name. We were laughing until it was over. Great job Amanda. Not just you did super great, I didn't really feel the needle but your smile and courtesy made CVS get a 5 starts for excellent service and experience. Literally the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I normally go to Costco or Smith's, but had my doctor send my prescription to this CVS location due to insurance reasons, my prescription was due this past Friday but when I called, I was told I would have to wait until after the holiday weekend which is a Tuesday, so I called Tuesday morning in which I was told they should have it ready sometime Tuesday, for me to call back later in the day. I call back later only to be told it should be done by the end of the day. I end up calling the following morning, which is Wednesday almost a week after my prescription was due to be told that my particular prescription is on a two week back order!! Why would Cvs not decide not to tell me they would not have my prescription in the first place so that I could have my doctor send it elsewhere ?!!! Finally, this morning after speaking with Cvs, and being told, it was on a two week backorder I called my doctor and now I'm trying to have him send it to Costco and I'm having trouble doing that because it's hard to get a hold of him because he's with patients. Super frustrating all around, considering everything that people go on with in their life you don't know what situation I am in and what medication's I need. Obviously my prescription is due on a certain date for a certain reason. I could've just had surgery, given birth, have cancer, you don't know my situation and the fact that they don't have my prescription and probably other patients is pathetic. I will never come back to the CVS to buy anything or to fill a prescription and I recommend that you do the same and avoid this CVS at all costs. read more

Beyond the worst pharmacy. I have a prescription for hormones and needed some needles to administer my medication. My original cvs was out and recommended me to go their sister location. I walk up to the pharmacy and gave me a hard time. I did not need a refill. Just the needles. For starters the girl was wearing sunglasses the whole time we had interacted. Very unprofessional and rude. Needed needle for a script that I still have and needed needles administer my medication. She denied me and told me they can't sell me my needles because my year supply scripted was from December 2022. After telling them numerous times I don't need a refill I just need needles. The girl seemed to only have 2 Brain cells. I will not recommend this pharmacy runs quite different in the most inconvenient way. This is the pharmacy that I usually go to, but I may be switching location. They seem to have a new pharmacist there, who absolutely has no personality and there seems to be a bunch of people in the pharmacy but they look at you and they don't acknowledge you!! That is one thing that is such a deficit in this pharmacy location .The other pharmacist in the past or wonderful, and they acknowledged everybody on the line. That's all it takes . There is one gal that kind of has shoulder length hair and she seems to work the whole pharmacy not just the back area and she seems very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't remember her name. There is an Asian girl there that does the cashier and the drive up, and she is absolutely wonderful and efficient. She acknowledges you and she's been there for a while so I appreciate her customer service, but everybody else sucks. They even look at you a couple of times but they don't say anything ! Who does that??? There could be a line around the corner, and they still just have one cashier. The African-American girl I'm sorry, but she doesn't seem very knowledgeable or efficient. I don't know who the manager is but the pharmacist should be managing the pharmacy I would think and she doesn't?!!!Clearly! Not even the pharmacist acknowledges you!! NO thanks. read more

What doesn't CVS have? The go to and have all place, it's funny too! Everything under one roof, plus a pharmacy! Every time I shop at CVS I find items that I need and cannot live without. On this most recent trip, I walked through the sliding doors and grabbed a cart. With the dawn of the holidays near, I happen to see the store employees hanging Christmas lights. What a wonderful stunt that this employee was achieving? They should give her a raise for the air acrobatics she's performing hanging these lights. Now here's what the store employee is doing. She was up on a ladder suspended in air with a train of lights dangling as she fastens each inch of the strand. She did not wobble or move! Wow, then from her perch, she greets me with a lovely hello. Then this employee in mid air asks if I need help with anything. I was blown away, the employees here are so amazing. I did decline her offer of help though! Making my way through the store, alone without help I head to the holiday area. The Christmas candy is out and so are the candles that make your house smell like pine! Finding more than I need in this area cannot get over how comforting a beautiful candle is. My house needs to smell like pine so those go in the cart. While leaving this area I happen to pass a Santa Klaus that had a long luxurious soft white beard. I could not help myself I had to pet Santa. Its the little moments that make us smile and help us endure the darkness, by replacing it with light. Santa uses Rudolph to light his way to bring joy and happiness all over the world. And CVS has some amazing decorations to bring Santa and Rudolph joy to your house. Finding my joy as I shop I continued to maneuver the store visiting the medicine aisle for Zantac and Tylenol. On the laundry aisle I again found the joy of life as I was shopping. If you don't know, let me enlighten you: recently in the news teenagers have been eating Tide Pods. Tide decides to ensure all of our children's safety from eating these laundry pods by placing a warning label on the outside of the bag in bright lettering. Plus they put a zipper pull tab to make it harder for anyone to open. Wow this is the "child safety lock" so kids will stop taking the Tide Pod Challenge. At least CVS, and Tide are doing something about this issue. CVS has it on a bulletin trying to educate parents on the dangers. Bravo at least for trying! Should this be an issue hiding our laundry pods? After a stop to the candy section stocking up on all my chocolate favorites such as Reese's, Andes, and Hershey's favorites, one can never have too much chocolate. Chocolates make the world keep spinning and my sanity in this crazy day to day. A visit to where they keep iced coffee which is my magical juice that ensures light not darkness and we are off to checkout. I cannot express though how well stocked this stores candy section is. The organization of the candy and confection aisle is beyond neat and orderly. It would seem that all CVS's are uniformed in most ways, but this aisle stands out here. It's nice to have clear labeling of all the products and the pricing clear and concise! At the check out counter the fantastic cashier was friendly and even genuine about it. As I placed the purchase on the counter she rang them up and placed our loot in a bag as if she was bagging her own stuff. The acrobatic employee that was stringing the lights up had moved further down with her decorating. With all my purchases in a bag I swipe the card and sign the receipt and it's off to put them in the trunk. With another adventure to the local CVS it's time to close this one. Came in for a brief visit today to receive my annual flu shot. Walked to the back area where the pharmacy is located and the gals got me checked in and registered. This took about 10 minutes because the gal checking me in didn't know how to input my medical information, but after calling my insurance- I was registered for the flu shot and had no co pay to pay, so I was happy. The pharmacist is who administered the vaccine today. She was super sweet and personable. This was different from what I'm used to, normally I would receive a flu shot at my workplace for free from a nurse. This was definitely a first time for me receiving it from a pharmacist. I'm glad that the process was super fast, and easy. I would recommend you to get your flu shot here since it's so convenient and they take most insurances. If they don't the vaccine is only $40 out of pocket. read more

I frequent this pharmacy every single time I need a prescription filled. Im very sick and had my 2 year old and 1 year old in the car... who are also very sick. My kids have strep throat, ear infections and lung congestion. Every one is sneezing, coughing and runny off at the nose. I came through the drive through to pick up my 2 medications. I basically begged the guy at the window to grab me a bag of Halls. He refused. I explained that I had two very small and sick children with me and begged. He cut me off saying "No". He couldn't leave the pharmacy area...to go to the pharmacy area to grab a bag of lozenges? That is ridiculous. Worst CVS I have ever been too. Not surprised they have such a low rating in Yelp. I tried to fill a prescription that my doctor put in a few days ago. When I went to pick up they said I need to come back after two because they are closing the whole pharmacy for lunch. What!!!! When I waiting to speak to someone, a female worker walked rudely and said asked if I had a question. I told her that my doctor put in my order a few days ago and why it's not ready now, She said "why didn't you get your order a few days ago. Another What!!!!! I hate giving bad reviews because let's face it, we all have our undesirable, non-efficient, oops moments! However, if perspective helps people choose best options and has the potential to help a business grow, honesty is best policy. Sooo, this CVS Pharmacy needs extra help or a revamp of operations. I've come here for a couple of vaccines and on that day, going through the minute clinic, service was reasonably fast. My last 4 visits, 1 for another vaccine and 3 for scripts, I have waited in excess of 20 minutes with just a few people waiting. Mentioning perspective, I'll offer one: I think we are definitely in a time where people are sicker/have more medical issues than there used to be, making medical care facilities and pharmacies crazy busy, but corporate should shift accordingly. Help your stores and workers out. Come on, CVS...I'm pulling for you! read more

If I could give ZERO stars! Worst location ever!!! CVS on the corner of Eastern & Horizon Ridge Pkwy I absolutely HATE coming here! It's unfortunate that my insurance requires me to pick up prescriptions from CVS. First off they NEVER answer the phones! I have had to wait multiple times for an extended period of time in the drive through lane and today when I went to pick up my prescription for which I had just received a courtesy text two days prior to pick up my prescription within 8 days they said it had been put back on the shelf and to come back within 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable!! I refused to come back I told them I would wait in the drive they lane until they filled my prescription per when it was promised. The manager came over the intercom and told me I could not wait in the lane and if I didn't move she was going to call the COps on me!!! This pharmacy is a complete joke. They have their operations so inconsistent it makes me baffled to think if there's anyone in charge here. There has NEVER been a time where everything went according to plan. I encourage all the good people of Henderson to choose another place to pick up your prescriptions. Go in the day after Easter, Christmas or any holiday and they will have their stuff marked down. Perfect for next year. I used to go in after Easter and buy the baskets. I normally use Walgreen's as my pharmacy of choice, but due to my normal store was rationing their flu vaccines to only over 65 I had to come up with a plan B. I called on the phone to verify I could be accommodated prior to driving over and was super surprised to speak with a human in under two minutes. I normally wait up to 20 minutes on hold at the normal place. They lady was super friendly and informed me walk-ins were welcome. I arrived and they processed a small line very quickly. Every employee I interacted with was super friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in under 15 minutes walking in. I may be moving my prescription provider to you guys. I certainly do not receive that customer service at my normal place. read more

I was really proud of CVS for immediately updating their COVID-19 vaccine schedule page to allow people who are immunocompromised to schedule a third shot. I scheduled one right away at my local CVS and went to get it today. No dice! The pharmacist told me that even though people can make appointments for a third shot -- assuming they qualify -- they can't give shots because their computer systems have no way to enter the third shot or bill for it. So I drive a mile away to Walgreens and got the shot as a walk-in customer. read more

This location should get zero stars! Went to drop off a prescription for my wife and there were 5 employees working like sloths. I waited at the drop off counter for close to 10 min and not one of them ever acknowledged me or said "be right there" , "hello", nothing! I finally got one of them to make eye contact and I asked, "is this where you drop off". She said, very rudely, with a smirk, yes but we're all busy and we'll be right with you. They weren't busy. I would consider myself as very patient person especially when recognizing someone is very busy and I have to wait for service, no problem waiting, but this was RIDICULOUS!! They weren't busy AT ALL! It was shocking the type of customer service this Pharmacist allows right in front of her, maybe this is what she teaches, she should be ashamed and embarrassed. There are so many options for a Pharmacy, so please take my advice and visit any other Pharmacy, I did and it was a far better experience than this place. Consistently terrible service. Dropped off a prescription on a Tuesday, was told it would be filled Wednesday. Called Friday to see if it was ready (cause it happens all the time) and I was told it would be ready at 3. Showed up at 5 and was told it would take 10-15 to fill. Worst experience and I have no choice to use this pharmacy. And of course every single time they get the insurance and I have to explain every single time that they have it wrong. Went to the walk in clinic for one of my eyes that was bothering me and it was a really easy process for a walk in. You digitally fill in all your info, why you are there, they give you a wait time, then text you when to come back. I had a 40 minute wait so went to Target real quick and then Ma Lucia Aligaen (took a picture of her name tag to remember her name so I could write this) She was amazing! Had great bedside manner and was good at explaining what was going on with my eye. Luckily it wasn't anything like I thought but was glad to go just to double checked.
