The pharmacist that was there today on 5/31/2026. I hope management does something about this pharmacist Uranga states RX but is the one there today. Every single time a prescription is send here this pharmacist that I have never before this pharmacist had a problem with filling RX according to doctor. This particular pharmacist does not know what she is doing. She calls the doctor and has doctors resends RX again. It has been every time and never had I had this happened. will never send anything again to this location with this pharmacist is always a problem and harassment does not know what she is doing. You have to call doctor all the time with their busy schedule because she does not know what she is doing. You will get a message stating they need more information.NEVER HAD THIS HAPPENED TO ME AT ANY OTHER CVS BUT ONLY WITH THIS PARTICULAR PHARMACIST AT THIS LOCATION. Total harassment unprofessional and does not know what she is doing to question doctors because and is every time because she is not a good pharmacist. Will not be going here ever again. This pharmacy is always so disorganized always having issues. Today I came in at 8:00 and the pharmacy was still closed it's very upsetting when you're trying to get your prescription and there is lack of awareness for the customers here. I'm always having to come here before work and I can't always make it on time and today they didn't have the pharmacy open until 8:20 am if the pharmacy says 8:00 am is the opening time they should be opened at the time stated read more

A bit of a messy store. However the gentleman at the till was awesome, he was so helpful. An asset to the store for sure.

Two associates around the store, both on their phone, when one finally came to help me get hygiene products...she was eating a bag of chips. The general manager ringing us up was on the phone & trying to rush everyone paying. The store lighting is dull, cluttered & not welcoming. Located in the Publix plaza right at the corner or 67th and Miami gardens drive in a very busy area. I wouldn't say that the store itself is crowded but due to the Publix and party city, it becomes difficult to find parking at times. The only time the store is busy is when the high school next door is dismissed. Students flood into the plaza and its stores. The store itself is pretty narrow but it isn't hard to find what you need. I haven't needed assistance finding anything I need during the times that I visit, however I do notice that the staff is not super friendly and engaging. For those looking to pick up prescriptions it is important to note that there is not a drive through at this CVS. All in all, its a decent convenience store. read more

Waiting on the pharmacy line for 30 minutes when it's finally my turn lady at cashier tells me it'll be a few more minutes even though I had dropped off my prescription at 8:30 a.m and said it will be ready at 2 I recommend going to any other pharmacy. read more

Every time I come it is a wait but unfortunately this is where my grandmother fills a certain prescription. Very little English comprehension by the older lady who is the cashier - same every time. The lines stretch out over the aisles no matter what time you come! AVOID and try Walgreens instead! read more

I love coming here for any little thing, printing photos or picking up prescriptions. They have a huge selection of cards for any special event. They have extremely friendly and helpful staff. The pick up line at the pharmacy can be long if you go too late in the evening, so try to avoid that if possible. read more

Horrible manager. Went for a passport photo and when I went to the Kodak photo machine, it seemed like one machine was available due to COVID measures being taken. There was no paper I could see visibly on it saying it could not be used. While I was mid way trying to look through Kodak machine, he flips a paper out of nowhere on to the screen and says I can't use this machine and demands I step away immediately from the machine. He does not ask me what do I need help with or anything since he was busy arguing with another employee. Worst service ever. read more

Honestly this is the worst CVS pharmacy I have been to. Every time I go there is 8 people in a line to pick up. Only one person at the register and several people around them doing other things. You would think they would get on the other register to assist with as long as the line was. read more

I went and spent $130.00 in this store. When I asked the manager to if I could use the bathroom she claimed it was broken. I'm pretty sure it was a lie. She wasn't polite about either. As I walked away I could hear the employee that was speaking to her laugh. I was also not able to withdraw cash from the register when I paid. They had a signed that read no cash back. The cashier that attended me was very nice though. read more
