I've come in several times now, and it's never looked untidy or dirty. It seems to be staffed the times I'm there, usually at peak times. They have a pictures area and that's also where you'd find the magazines/batteries. It's not immediately noticeable, hence why I'm commenting on where you'd find it. The shelves are not very empty. I've come in for various items and always had my pick of products to choose from. The staff are business polite and really that's all I need. I've, however, never been asked whether I require help. Not a big deal to me but might matter to you. My rating is a 3 however because a few weeks back I attempted to do a same-day delivery order via Postmates. First off, it wasn't clear that the same-day delivery was not directly via the store itself but rather Postmates. Second, they accepted my order, allegedly packed it and had it ready and waiting for pickup. The order was placed and accepted at 3pm. It was ready to be retrieved by 4pm. My Postmate went to the location, only to call me and tell me the store was closed. It was now 5pm. I checked the corporate website, Google Maps and Yelp and all the hours said they closed at 12am. As it was around Christmas/New Years, I chalked it up to a mishap and let customer service know so that they'd refund my credit card, which they did. Then a few days later, my partner went to the store himself. Again we double-checked the hours, gets there and sends me a picture showing the new posted hours and directions to the nearest 24 hour location. It was after 5pm and the store was once again closed. I went there myself a few days later and saw the new posted hours, and yet there's been no mention of the hours change on the store website. I know everywhere has a staffing shortage. My beef is that they're still advertising being open until 12am, when that isn't the case. So long as I only need them between 8a and 5p, I'll come here for my pharmacy needs, but I'm definitely annoyed by the last few interactions I've had with them and so yes, 3 stars only for this location.

This location is usually stocked with what I need. The customer service is good when they have enough people, alot of the time there is only one person at the register to ring ppls orders. Also they have started encasing alot of things in locked plexiglass so you need a worker to unlock it to get certain products which can be a little irritating and sometimes I just prefer to go to another location that doesn't do this.

The gentlemen who work here have always been friendly and helpful. The usually always have my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. And they are always good with providing reminders when it's time for a refill on my allergy medication or any medication that is due for a refill they are willing to call and remind me. This is a nice and local pharmacy, they also provide card assortments, hair products and other medications but the prices are a bit more moderate and you may be able to find the same items for a better price range elsewhere.

This is a controlled antipsychotic with grave secondary effects to my other meds. They denied this & I had to end up getting blood work done to prove a controlled antipsychotic was in my blood stream. I am careful to what I take as I am allergic to most meds. I forgave it as I figured it was a mistake & there are not many pharmacies in the area. In September I was told not all my meds were available after me paying, that I should pick them up at a later date. Today, I get a routine call to pick up my refills for October. I explain that I have meds paid for since September. They stated I don't & they won't honor my owed meds. Apparently I am the only person that uses the medication I use & they have a 100 pill bottle since September...30 are missing. I only received 6. He kept saying I was giving the meds when I wasn't. I don't know who is newly employed doesn't know what they're doing & possibly stealing from them but the customer service is poor as of the past few months.

This time was a completely different story. They ignored my initial outreach and when I did finally get through to a person the ordeal was just beginning. Confusion (on both ends) about what parts were needed, getting those parts ordered, shipped and delivered -- what a nightmare. To top it off, they're using some third-rate shipping company whose package tracking site is a sad joke and whose trucks are apparently powered by turtles. IF the last parcel arrives on schedule it will be one month from the day the order was placed. Additional information: I've added a star to my review because the parts arrived two days ahead of schedule, so ignore my remark about turtle powered trucks. I have also had to communicate with the account rep at Tiger Medical for some direction on lift installation and was very impressed with the prompt and professional response I received.

I ordered two exam tables over a month ago, and the entire process has been a complete disaster from start to finish. First, they messed up the initial order, which took two full weeks to correct. Then, after finally getting the replacement shipment sent out, it took another two weeks to arrive--only for the tables to show up damaged and broken. I have photos documenting the condition they arrived in, so there's no excuse. To make matters worse, they said they would send replacement tables, but now those are just sitting with a freight company, going nowhere. At this point, it has been well over a month, and I still don't have two usable exam tables. For a company that supplies medical equipment, this level of incompetence, delay, and lack of quality control is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend ordering from literally anywhere else. Dealing with Christian Robles is a nightmare!!!

They took my order and delivered everything within just a few hours of my call. They have no idea how truly amazing they are--absolute lifesavers! I highly recommend them!
