She told me it would be filled in a month. It was a monthly med and I was 29 days past the last script filled. My Dr sends in 2 at a time and she couldn't figure it out so I walked her through it. She was actually the most incompetent out of many incompetent employees. What made it better was she was sweet. Sweet, kind, helpful are not words customers use for this pharmacy. When I 1st started using them about 10 years ago the male at the window was not just rude, he was scary, threatening. A simple way to 4xplain their total lack if competence us this. Im 77, and I can't open child proof caps. It's on my record they pull off. I ask every time to make sure its not the childproof type. If I didn't ask or a family member picks it up I get childproof. If they are unable to read that, and give me the proper cap how can we be surprised when they make other " mistakes" The worst thing for me instead of ever apologizing, or being nice they lie to try and cover their mistakes up. CVS Corporate doesn't care. I think its time we turn to whoever governs Pharmacists. People including me continue using this pharmacy because its open 24 hours. In our busy lives that helps.

worst experience ever!!…read more I went to pick up my photos at CVS, expecting a smooth process, but instead, an employee named Javier publicly accused me of shoplifting--yelling across the store. It was humiliating and completely unfounded. I left feeling upset and shaken, and I really hope they handle this better. No one should have to go through that. Especially a 53 year old with severe MS!! He should of handled it so much more professionally. I had no idea CVS employs people with no character or class! Unbelievable!!

I love that we can actually take our time to shop here, since it's not as crazy as the Costco nearby. The workers here recognize my dad and I and stops to chat and say hello to us. It almost feel like a neighborhood small market, even when it's not. We have no problem returning things here when we need to. Their store hours is a lot accessible than Costco. It's easy to check out here and they have great brand selection of items. It's always so clean here as well!

The medication in question is one without any side-effects, and is the ONLY medication besides opiates that works to relieve my pain. As a disabled diabetic, the neuropathy in my feet and hands is severe. I even asked them to confirm my dosage with my prescribing doctor over the telephone, which they DID, but refused to fill my prescription anyway! I remain dumbfounded and in pain. If you should choose to try your luck here at this location, I wish you better luck than I. As for me, I'll not enter that location ever again, their egos be d*mned.
