I don't know what I would have done without those meds, thank you so much for being a great worker, the world need more caring and loving people like you.

1 STAR -- A COMPLETE CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE…read more This was not simply a bad customer-service experience. It was a complete breakdown from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope CVS corporate sees this. Last night, CVS TEXTED ME to schedule my vaccines. I followed the link, booked the first available appointment for September 7 at 12 PM, and my CVS account showed it as CONFIRMED. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to find the check-in kiosk needed to be rebooted. I am the CUSTOMER--not IT support. I then tried the QR code, but CVS couldn't locate my appointment. I sat waiting for approximately 25 minutes. Employees in the pharmacy could clearly see me, yet NOT ONE PERSON acknowledged me or communicated that the MinuteClinic apparently wasn't operating. I finally approached the pharmacy myself, only to receive a nonchalant, dismissive response with no apology, urgency, or accountability. I then called CVS customer service. The automated AI couldn't even recognize my birthday. After another 15+ minutes, I reached a representative, only to be told he couldn't find my appointment and therefore couldn't even submit my complaint. I also couldn't speak with a manager. So CVS confirmed my appointment, couldn't find my appointment, provided broken check-in technology, failed to communicate with me, and couldn't even document my complaint. DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM HERE? Technology fails. Staffing issues happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and respect for my time. I wasted nearly an hour trying to get a CVS-confirmed appointment honored. I AM DONE WITH CVS MINUTECLINIC. I will never return to this location and absolutely DO NOT recommend it. STAY CLEAR. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Kroger across the street. CVS corporate: You can do better. Your customers deserve better. To make matters worst I'm attaching picture evidence of the foolery which is their website that still allows you to make appointments for today ... said "holiday".

You can't compare this type of customer service to anything other than a home-town pharmacy. The big box stores just aren't capableof delivering this type of genuine personal care! This type of care has completely spoiled me and my family! I have raised 4 grand daughters 2 daughters and 1 son with kindness and patience. They call us and check on us! Mr. Chavers has even caught errors in prescriptions writen by doctors! Now I have two GREAT GRANDSONS on deck! You can rest assured they are going to be getting their stuff there also!!!!

The owner/operator and his wife are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. There is no doubt they actually care about what they are doing and the people they are doing it for. It's sad that a lot of large insurance companies are trying to partner up with big name stores to push the "little guys" out, but even with that they still have better prices and service thank Kroger, any and all Walgreens, as well as Walmart. CVS and Walgreens tried to charge me more and wait for way longer. Walgreens and Kroger didn't even have the prescription I needed. On top of all this, the items they have on the shelf like toilet paper and disinfectant spray are even better priced. If they have it on their shelf I will be going to them first because that have been so good to me every time.
