Great people there, but of course, they put sales over repairs. For the longest, they only had 1 person doing repairs so they had long wait times fot repairs.So that's why I went to another place after buying 2 chairs from Wyatt's totalling ~$3000. We tried for several months to get Wyatt's to remedy a problem with a $3500 bed we purchased and the side rails broke within 2 weeks. Even after a partial charge back to our credit card, still no help. They kept telling us the part was ordered and in November made the claim they received the parts. Nothing. We have a bed that cannot be used and is currently a large Nic Nac in the living room. Very disappointed... Next will be a you tube video regarding this problem..... All we want are the rails... I have a rare auto immune and am on over 18 different medications from injections to testing supplies. This pharmacy is the only pharmacy to ever be able to get my prescriptions right. If and when We move I am even contemplating driving ten miles each way just to keep using them bc they are the only ones who can seem to keep my medications in stock consistently and help me when I need it. I went in to Wyatts to look at a scooter for my Grandma. We walked out with a scooter and a chair. My Granny is over the top excited. Angie helped us and she was awesome. This is a mixed review because I actually thought I was really being helped however I was duped TWICE (2X). I first ordered a pumped through this company because this is who my midwife sent the prescription to. The first experience as far as not receiving the first pump I overlooked it because I was gifted a breast pump (medela pump in style). Moving on down the line, two months later while traveling, I lost/ misplaced my pump in the airport (baby and bags who knows what happened). I spoke to my insurance company followed by contacting Wyatt pharmacy and I totally understand things take process however there was/ isn't nonsense of urgency saying it would take five to seven weeks for another approval and the other pump was still in limbo I assume. Now I'm back at work (active duty army) and of course I have to have a pump now and I actually broke down and decide to go to the pharmacy to purchase a pump in lieu of waiting on approval for another pump. I was helped and excited about getting another pump and I was actually helped to find a pump option that was conducive to my busy work life..... well she asked me to step back out the model room for her to get me a pump from inventory...... I get the pump home and it's clear that the pump I purchased with my hard working money was the example pump that everyone has touched, samples, etc. needless to say I'm not a happy camper and highly disappointed. I'm not sure how to move forward however I'm just Moving on and praying for a break through. read more

I've been using Wyatt's for about 30 years. I've seen teenage assistants grow, go to college, become pharmacists and now have families. I cannot stand chain pharmacies because Wyatt's has set the standard so high. Noone can match them. Need a special price? Ask them and see if they can help. Do you need medical equipment? Their prices and customer service are hard to beat. Wyatt's will always be a part of our family. There is still a little Mayberry left in lithia springs where they call you by name and know you like you ARE a member of their family. read more

This is a great pharmacy. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. Close, convenient and clean. Like others, I do not like the chain stores and this makes Wyatt's a step above the rest! They have young adults working here and its very nice to speak with teens that have manners.
