I genuinely think that these people don't want our business. I placed an order for an essential medication to be refilled on the app; got a notification it would be ready the following day and they were out of it. Then when it came time to pick it up, the medication was out of stock Again, and was not in stock that day as they said it would be. i tried calling the pharmacy and could not reach them thanks to the automated messaging system that would not work (tried six times). I then was able to reach them, finally, and they said they didn't know when the medication would be in stock again. common blood pressure medication. I asked if any other CVS near me had it, it's an emergency I need a refill-they said they don't have access to that. however, the app did-so that's questionable isn't it? just terrible all around. please if you value your health fill the script somewhere else read more

Most incompetent people working at this pharmacy. Do not trust these people with your medications. I really should blame myself because there have been several times I've had an issue with them and i keep coming back. From closing early, or giving the WRONG medication, to over billing me!! Terrible customer service, this pharmacist is a lame representation of the professional field of pharmacology. Her annoyance with foreign names was extremely offensive, ironically she has a foreign accent and she is difficult to understand. I was told about southern hospitality before moving to Texas, I greet everyone as I approach them. Apparently she missed the memo. Her anger and disdain is so flagrant, it's frankly sad. I understand it's Monday morning but the whole world starts work on Monday morning. They don't necessarily drag their negativity and impose it on its customers(aka humans). The store is well organized and for the most part the staff is friendly and very customer service oriented. If there is one thing that I can recommend is that you sign up for the CVS Rewards card program. You can sign up and use via app or an actual card. I would recommend using the app bcse you can load coupons and rewards automatically to your card and have them readily available when you do your shopping. No more remembering paper coupons or gift cards....it's all preloaded. In addition, by joining the rewards program you get special offers for 25%, 30 %, and sometimes 40 % off of your purchase or an item. Sign up...you'll be glad that you did! read more

Litterally one of the worse CVS pharmacy in Houston. I came in to pick up my pictures that I ordered ahead online. I came to pick it up at the time they told me it was estimated to be finished. Unfortunately when I waited for assistants Tammy the person helping me couldn't look anymore annoyed. She blamed the machine at first for not having them printed, but as she walked over there she literally pressed the print button right when I got there. Unacceptable, do not blame the printer if you haven't printed it yet. Next thing, the printer was actually jammed and broke. To my luck, there was already someone up front helping customers, she went up to the front to help other customers before calling for help... she left me waiting for an hour just to reroute me to another CVS store to get them printed. I just don't understand the poor customer service that was offered. Avoid this store at all cost. There are plenty of other places to get your medication and goods around the area. Traveling a bit further will not be as worse as the headache they have given me or anyone else. read more

Horrible pharmacy!! Their employees are super slow and incompetent. The past three times I tried to fill a prescription they didn't have the medication in stock. Also, the drive thru window is awkward and you may cause major damage to your car if you try to actually pull close to the window. My advice to you... find another pharmacy. I know I will. Minute Clinic: Just used the Minute Clinic at this location for the first time. I work very close to this CVS and this was the quickest option for me during the work day so I opted to go here. I was pleasantly surprised! I checked in electronically at a kiosk and was in a room within 10 minutes. I was a Walk-In. Once I got in the exam room, the nurse practitioner treated me with phenomenal care and listened to all of my questions thoroughly, then made her diagnosis. After that, she called in a prescription for me (I had her call it in to the same CVS) and they had it ready for me within 5 minutes. Everything happened quickly and efficiently and I am very happy with my visit! Now I am on the path to being healthy again and it all happened during my lunch break! read more

I scheduled an appt online for a COVID test @11:40 AM. The instructions provided included a confirmation #, wear a mask and go to the drive thru for my appt. I arrived promptly. The service rep., couldn't understand my confirmation number so I removed the mask after repeating it 6 times. She then said, "it's not working", stunned I asked what's not working and she said the confirmation to which I asked what do I do next given that it's not working. She said never mind, I'll fix it. Well, it isn't like I can fix their system!! Then she handed me 2 plastic bags with items enclosed. After I spent considerable time staring at the bags and flipping them over, looking for instructions, she asked "do you know how to use it" to which I replied that I did not and she goes on to state, "I thought that you did". WTH??? She doesn't know me, how can she think anything about what I know or do not have knowledge of? I'm sitting there in the car and thinking, this is ridiculous. She continues to throw problems for what purpose. I just told her, I don't know if you're having a bad day nor why you are treating me this way but it needs to stop. I went in to use my gift card. Their wasn't really anyone shopping in there. I went in there to scan my cvs card and I had to search for the scanner machine, it was located in a weird spot, usually it's in the front of the store. Their was only one lady working in the front, nobody was at the picture station. The store was very clean and organized very nicely. Parking was a breeze to do. read more

ZERO STARS. This location is terrible. Horrible management. Took photos in to get 1 HOUR prints. Came back in one hour and photos were not ready. Half were sitting on the printer and the printer was out of paper and no one had checked. The prints that were done all had white edges and were printed crooked. They said to come back in another hour and they would reprint them. Me and hubby came back in an hour and they still were not ready. No one even called me --even though they had my number. This time the machine was broken. They gave me my 5x7 and 8x10 prints but I had to wait for the 4x6. They said the would be ready by 8pm--the next day! So the next day at 8pm they actually call me to tell me (.....drum roll) that my photos were not ready! LOL. What a joke this place is. So the NEXT DAY (day 3 if you are keeping track) they call me and tell me they are ready. read more

Norma assisted me today, as i walked up to the counter with my hands full she stepped from behind the counter to help and carry my items from me. She then scanned my items with the best attitude i've ever experienced at any CVS/Walgreens/walmart location hands down. I had stopped coming to this location due to other reasons but will now continue coming back to this location due to her amazing customer service skills. I even acted iffy about coupons after seeing the total and she explained everything with the upmost respect and etiquette. She also assisted me with utilizing the app and mentioned their minute clinic for future reference. I'm not sure if she is the manager, but if she is, great job! I'm telling you now. You have an open wound, leg cut off, dying of pain, do not waste time coming here. I've called on three separate occasions about my prescription and each time I was let known that my concerns did not matter. I'm not asking for a holly jolly personality, but if I am trying to get information to verify what I need is taken care of; than handle it. The first time I called I couldn't understand a word she was saying, I'm asking her questions to make sure all my prescriptions were sent and she's rushing me off the phone ignoring my questions. The second time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes, so I called back. Third time I call back to give me information and still have questions answered, I'm told to come into the store. I can barely walk, let alone sit down to drive. It's 30 minutes til closing and they are saying they can't fill one of my prescriptions. Now that isn't my problem because if the woman was to slow down and handle business the first 3x, I wouldn't have to write this review. I would have all 3 of my prescriptions filled, now wouldn't I? CVS by Champions and FM 1960 services are getting worse each week. Only several in the pharmacy can speak decent English and I actually received prescriptions from others! The general manager is never friendly and moves around like he can barely walk. His store manager iOS not friendly either and actually tries to argue with you when asking a question. CVS is my favorite place to do a quick shopping trip but today I popped into this CVS and left upset. I came in for Halloween candy and a couple of new lipsticks and I did have a coupon for each item. The cashier informed me they will no longer be taking more than one coupon per transaction and wouldn't take my coupon for lipstick because they were on sale (her words exactly) I didn't want to argue so I took my Halloween candy only and left. This is for the Minute Clinic (not pharmacy/store). I have used the Minute Clinic at the Louetta location on numerous occasions and had a pleasant and efficient experience each time. Unfortunately, that location was closed when my daughter was ill. Even though kiosk stated that we were "next in line", she called another patient (who signed in after us) and was in room for an hour and 20 minutes. Then, when she did call us back, she was overwhelmed and frustrated. She did not want to do the 5 minute illness tests that I requested on my sick daughter because of the "poor woman outside who had been waiting all this time for just a shot". (After I had been waiting LONGER to get my daughter seen) She complained about people scheduling in clusters, having to do tests, waiting the 5 minutes for results of tests, inputting information in the computer, you name it. I told her that we would go outside so she could give the woman her shot, and she declined. It was a horrible, dismissive experience, where my daughter received no diagnosis or help. She was frazzled to the point where perhaps the company should reconsider if this is the right position for her. read more

Came here to do a coupon deal I had wanted to do on baby care. Got the items I needed gave him the coupons and ecb I had. At the end it usually print out my ecb (store ) coupons. Manager didn't want to print it, don't see why when I had bought all that was required. So he refunded my transaction gave me my ecb and coupons back went to a different location but I couldn't use my ecb. I was told I needed to head back to the store where I had used it at and have them reprint it. So me and the wife go back. She starts telling the manager what had happened and he starts getting loud with her for no apparent reason. She tells them that he doesn't have to get loud with her. Some random off duty hpd guy comes in and tells my wife if she doesn't leave she's going to get arrested for trespassing when all she did was tell the guy not to get loud with her. read more

I have a jpeg file and would like to know if that is doable just to develop instead of taking another ones.
