Horrible experience.. Pharmacy crew is lost.. Long wait on phone and in store. They write up the wrong prescription and the tell you that you can not get a print out of your prescription. This location's photo dept is absolutely worthless and the people who work here are incompetent. Today I had my second negative experience with them. I will never order photos from this or any other CVS location again. In both incidents, they were not able to fulfill my order and no one bothered to call, email, or text me to inform me that my order was unable to be fulfilled. The worker even lied and said he called 3 times. I checked my call log, no calls. If you want to get any photo products done, I would strongly advise you to not use this location. Been trying many times to have the luxury of using my neighborhood CVS and at this point, I've realized I can't count on them to do their job ever within the promise time of pick up. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a prescription sent here they take over 5 hours or more to fill the prescriptions, which although inconvenient, may not be as bad if they actually had the prescription ready when they say they will. After going through the trouble to put my phone number on their text list so that when my prescriptions are ready they will let me know. Half the time the never let me know, the other half they tell me it's ready and it's not actually ready. This means I wait in their long ass drive through line for 20 plus minutes only for them to tell me to come back because it's not ready when they said it would be. With as many people as they have working in that pharmacy it's a shame that they can't do the basic jobs needed to maintain good customer relations or simply fulfill their job descriptions. It's no wonder their ratings are so low here. Hopefully they will sell the building to a business that's worth the space in the community instead of this useless CVS. Management obviously doesn't care either because their ratings have been low for years, obviously the consumer doesn't matter here. read more

They make so much money filling people's prescriptions but it's always only 1 person checking out and a long line of customers. There's always 5 or 6 associates behind the counter talking and 3 open registera, but they always only open one. And then they go slow checking you out. I feel sorry for the elderly and disabled who wait in line for almost an hour. Thats ridiculous. Im changing my pharmacy to krogers or Walgreens and I recommend everyone else does the same. CVS simply doesn't care as long as they are making money. What a shame because once this was a really good store. read more

If I could give this store less and a 1 star I would. The employees are less than helpful and incompetent at doing their jobs.

I had to wait for 4 hours for the chef in the white coat to inform me that the chicken wings I ordered were "not available." I don't think I have ever been to a restaurant that didn't have tables, there was no host or hostess, no menu (apparently your order has to be "called in" by someone else) and they can't even offer you a drink while you wait? Not sure how this place is still open but I am utterly disappointed and most likely will never be dining with this franchise again. I'll have to give Walgreen's a shot next time, hopefully the wait staff is a bit more attentive there. read more

Horrible service- Attitude from the attendants- Long wait when you get there. Drive-through is not available. Different information depends on who takes care of you. Last month they told me I could not get a discount for my out-of-pocket-paid prescription this month I talked to someone else and they said I COULD GET a discount. read more

Went for a walk-in Covid vaccine. The sign on the door and website says they take walk-ins. There was no one waiting at the pharmacy. I asked if they were giving the vaccine & the pharmacist said Nope - make an appt. Not good. read more

My favorite of all CVS's, such a favorite they know me by name. Services is always magnificent, professional, and quick. Not overpriced for medicine and always have meds in stock. Employees are well classified for postions, and knowledgeable about answer health questions. Location and parking is great well lit area, for safety concerns, and drive thru for pharmacy is secured. Located right next to Family Bingo and Sears if you are a Bingo player, need automotive services, or just want to do a little shopping. Store is always clean, inside and parking lot, and no lottering around the building. read more

I like this CVS because they stock and organize every week according to the weekly deals. They work really hard to make sure that everything is by the book on the stocking and presentation. And the cool thing is that I never see anything out of place everything is in its place at all times. The employees always make sure they ask if you have your CVS card with you. Well it is mandatory that all employees ask that because if they get shopped by a secret shopper and they are caught not saying it they get fired. Before at different CVS I have caught a few employees not say it. Getting Extra Bucks is always the way to. You should subscribe to the weekly deals on the website. If you get the specific product or item that is promoted that week you get extra bucks which is FREE MONEY! It is worth it and you will save money. read more

Always, always so very, very slow. I come to get office supplies, gifts, candy and such ever so often and have for years and am always surprised at how slow it is to get checked out. One cashier 99% of the time so there's a line before you know it. I spend more time in the line than shopping! I prefer WalGreens. read more

The service at his pharmacy is just horrible and just prove they're only a business and they don't care about patients well being. This is the Tarth time I came for a prescription and they don't have it, again it's gonna take between 3 to 5 weeks to get a new shipments. Even with alegal prescription they CAN'T tell me if another location has my medicine, so I have to go and stop in every freaking CVS to see if they have it. Last time I went to 10 CVS to look for my med. once again it looks like I going to miss my mes for a couple of days. How am I supposed to get better if the pharmacy is NO HELP AT ALLa And that means THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL. Bye bye CVS. If I could give zero stars I would. This CVS pharmacy has employees working behind the pharmacy counter that have no regard for their customers. I just had major surgery and was attempting to fill a prescription for pain medicine. They didn't have the medication, and refused to check with other branches to see if it was available at any other pharmacy. They told me I should just drive around until I find somewhere that has it. It's obvious that they should not be in the business of helping people. They should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this CVS branch. They do not care about helping you in any way at all. read more

I work literally two blocks down the street, so if I'm in a hurry and need something quick, this CVS is my go-to store for any quick grabs. I'm actually more of a Walgreens girl out of habit, since I like their prices and rewards programs better, but as I said, this store is often visited out of necessity. That said, I really DON'T stop at this particular store unless I absolutely have to. While the staff is nice, and they do seem to do a good job of keeping items stocked, I have NEVER had a quick in and out visit. The lines are ALWAYS long, no matter what time of day I stop in, which is frustrating as all get out. The last time I was there, there were three lines open, and it STILL took 10 minutes before I reached the front of the line to check out myself. So every quick grab is more of a "closer-to-me" grab. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! They lose points for that. :/ read more

Good news/bad news - this is a really nice, new CVS. The staff is super friendly, the store is clean and the pharmacy ladies are awesome (sooooooo much more grateful for my business than Walgreen's).
