I just went to pick up my prescription, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the Hispanic lady at the pharmacy counter. Yesterday, when I checked on my medication, she responded in a very rude manner. Later, she informed me that they didn't have the item in stock and needed to place an order, asking me to return today. Today, when I arrived, she charged me for my prescription and another item I purchased, but she couldn't find the medication I needed. She and two other staff members looked for my package but did not apologize for the inconvenience. Despite my limited ability to stand for long periods, I waited for about 15 minutes. At the end, I received no apology or thank you. Due to this experience, I have contacted my doctors to request a change of pharmacy. read more

Good organized place. Placed a pick up order and was ready in 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly.

My rule of thumb says; don't complain if you don't know about CVS. Not all CVS' are alike. I have much better experience here than the one near my house. One day, I was gonna use a coupon for a free energy bar. The cashier said, "wait, we can't sell this expired product." I saw the date was only a day over and I knew there isn't anything wrong with it. I told her, "don't worry. It'll be in my stomach before you finish packing." I wish all staff at other CVS stores are friendly The parking lot and the store are always free of clutter. It's my number one choice to shop for cosmetics, seasonal items, as seen on TV goodies and nutritional products. Especially, I always find everything I need. Never empty handed. read more

This place is a pice of shit left the hospital from surgery to get medication called pharmacist to ask why weren't all medications filled and they stated "Its cheaper over the counter" asked them they wherebt we told that insted of " its not ready"? I love this CVS. In a pretty bad part of town the the staff as well as the maintenance of this place is usually above the average CVS's that I have entered. A bottle of Tylenol 4 and amoxicillin. Obviously I'm in a lot of pain. Why would it take 2 hours to fill this order? Here I am 2 hours after drop off and they need 5 more minutes to wrap it up? You mean you've waited until the very end of the time you quoted me to even try to fill the order. Never ever again. I HATE THIS PHARMACY! I have had so many problems with the pharmacy refilling my rxs. I continued to refill my rxs here only because it is the nearest 24 hour pharmacy to me, but I sooooo regret it. I have had another CVS pharmacy send a request to transfer my rxs to their location (249/Antoine) twice, but this pharmacy has never done so. I believe it's because they don't want to lose my business considering my list of expensive medications I have gotten refilled here. And to top it all off, I requested that my new doctor be contacted to refill a rx I get refilled every month since the amount needed had been changed, and the pharmacy tech verified the dr and said it would be done. When I went to pick up the rx days later, it was never done because they contacted my past doctor and he denied the refill and stated the dr "I need to come in and see him" . HE'S MY PAST DOCTOR, AND PAST DOCTOR FOR A REASON!!! My current doctor, who I've been seeing for almost a year, and has authorized rx refills for 5 of meds at this pharmacy, read more

Every time I go to this CVS they are super polite, but this one time really showed that they are a million times better than most. My son, 10 months at the time, came down with a stomach virus and went to the hospital afraid of dehydration due to vomiting and loss of appetite. We didn't leave the hospital until 8:45 pm in the med center so I was unable to make it back to pick up the meds at 9 pm (closing time). I called in the morning and the manager and pharmacist said I could go pick up the prescription an hour before the pharmacy even opened (2 hours after my son was suppose to have another dose). I couldn't thank them enough for helping my baby and me. It was just in time before his vomiting kicked in again.. I will definitely stick with this CVS! read more
