Came here just to collect my FedEx package. While on this visit I decided to print out some…read morememorable photos. The photo device, wire connection didn't work properly so I use the QR code to scan to use Bluetooth way and the connection was very slow. It's took too long for my photos Upload, even though it have a maximum of 20 at a time it only managed to upload eight out of the 20, and I did it once more and it only uploaded three out of 20. Passport pictures are 2 x 2 for $16.99. And if you print you out a regular picture at a smallest/ Wallet size, which is a 2 x 3 that probably be under one dollar. Theirs no option to just print a 2x2 on your own.

There is nothing they could do to improve because they do NOT care! There is a reason why they have…read moresuch terrible ratings. Firstly, the pharmacy got the prescription FOUR days ago. The meds come PREFILLED, but when I went in to pick up my meds, I'm told it'd be 30-45 minutes--to GRAB TWO FREAKIN BOXES!!! I only use Walgreens for two meds only because my local pharmacy doesn't carry those two. I generally don't leave reviews especially with these large corporations because what difference does it make to them if they lose my business. They'll be ten more people to take my place. That's sad because it allows unprofessional, unethical, and undesirable behavior from employees. I genuinely HATE giving any money to Walgreens. It doesn't matter which one it is. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!! Buy local as much as you can. Don't give your money to these terrible companies that have forgotten what customer service is supposed to be. I am always kind and friendly, and I know that the customer is NOT always right! As a former employee in the customer service industry, it disgusts me the way these people behave! Walgreens is the #1 winner for worst customer service! However, there are a few people at this location that are very kind. And. It's not their fault that the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians behave the way they do!

Probably the best HEB I've set foot into.... so far. It is clean and well-organized with expansive…read moreselections in my favorite areas of a grocery store. Those areas happen to be the produce section, the deli, ready-made meals, and the wine/beer area. I have not participated in the butcher section but I will eventually given all the positives written about it. There's plenty of check out options although I always go through self-check out and fortunately there's never a line when I'm there. Not sure why people always want to have a person scan items for them. But I suppose they need that human interaction. The only downside (and it's a major downside) is the dreaded parking situation. You will spend a good 10 minutes trying to find parking. And if you're coming on a weekend or day before a major holiday/event, expect to add another 10 minutes on top the 10 originally. I used to live near this one when I was in Energy Coridor but I go to the HEB off Shepherd due to proximity of where I live now. But if I'm ever off I-10 and I need something, I make a point to stop here. And every time I step in, I'm reminded of what a real HEB should be!

It appeared that both the cashier and the bagger were more focused on their phones than on assisting customers. I was charged for an item that I did not buy. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that I wanted to pay for that item separately, which was incorrect. I had handed over certain items that I did not want, but organic sweet potatoes were not among them. I purchased russet potatoes, not organic sweet potatoes. Customers should be able to trust that their purchases are scanned accurately and that concerns are listened to and addressed professionally. I hope management reviews this issue and provides additional training to prevent similar mistakes in the future!!
