Lazy pharmacy techs for tonight's shift and the girl answering the phone had an attitude problem.

Workers here are lazy. They close at 10pm and they stop letting ppl into the store at 9:20. They close early and stop letting ppl in because they all want to go home. I am extremely disappointed with CVS. On two separate occasions, I purchased gift cards from their store, and both times the cards were damaged -- the numbers were missing or unreadable, making it impossible for the recipients to use them. This not only made the gift cards useless but also caused me embarrassment as the giver. Instead of being a quick and easy gift, here I am again having to spend time calling and now I'm waiting for CVS to "investigate" the issue, even though the problem is clearly due to how the cards were handled or sold. It's frustrating to spend money on something meant to be thoughtful, only to have it turn into a stressful situation. I expect better quality control and customer service from a company like CVS. After two bad experiences, I will not be purchasing gift cards here again. I should of known better from my first experience but I thought if bought a different gift card it would be different but it wasn't. read more

Even though there are six CVS locations within a mile of my home, I always drive to the Walnut Park location because of their outstanding service. I've had consistently positive experiences at CVS Pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I can rely on them for quick, efficient service. The pharmacy is well-organized, and I appreciate how easy it is to pick up prescriptions, whether I've ordered them in advance or need a last-minute l refills. Please don't ever change the pharmacy manager, Ernest--he always goes above and beyond to make sure that my prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly. This is one of my neighborhood CVS's, and usually every trip I take here is nice. This last visit I really appreciated the customer service that I was given. I bought an item that was on sale or so I thought and when I went Nancy was very helpful. She checked the price and was able to help me get a refund for the wrong price. I appreciated her patience and help. I think the staff here is good a few new people I'm sure because one of the associates seemed like if he was new but he looked for Nancy when he needed to be sure of something. I don't mind the CVS here because the store itself and staff are usually good. It's sometimes the other customers who can make it a bad cvs trip but that isn't something the store can do much about. read more

Not convenient to close 20min before 10pm on 8-3-2021 my baby was In need of cold medicine and I raced to the CVS store located in walnut park when arrived at 9:43pm I was stopped by a young kid not wearing any cvs attire and was told the store was close and had the doors closed. The kid said we are closed. I asked what time the store closes he responded " I don't know I close when my manager tells me to close" that is one poor customer service and the wrong non educated person working there. Who ever was the manager this night should be fired to one have someone like this kid closing doors before schedule and not only to close before to rudely advise customers they are closed and show no sign of care. They closed early today. Super frustrating we got to the store at 9:50PM and all we needed to get was baby formula. Store was supposed to close at 10:00 I'm going to call corporate and place a complaint on this location. I went this evening to this cvs location and The cashier Amanda was rude. I told her it will be two transactions she said she will charge one and I'll have to make line again. That is ridiculous, have in mind I only had less than 3 items. She stated because the line could get longer is she serious there was only one person in line. I absolutely love this CVS. I live close to a CVS but travel just to come here because of the service I receive. The store is clean, the staff is very professional and the lines are hardly ever long. The staff greets you as you're walking in. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and medications are hardly ever out of stock. Parking is convenient. I hve a great experience when visiting this location compared to the one I live closest to. Keep up the good work read more

Not to mention this lady was letting people in the restroom, when we asked she said no!!! When we clearly saw her letting people in the restroom. Don't come here, This location should close down! Worst pharmacy. Here I am in pain from having all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The doctors prescribed me medication. And the pharmacist looked at me like if I made the prescription myself. They were giving me a hard time with my address even though I showed them more than one evidence. Like if I was lying . No! I'm telling the truth , and showed you proof ! Avoid this place. They give you a call and let you know your prescriptions are ready but when you go pick it up it's out of stock! Seriously? Then why call and waste my time. Come back later for the rest. At least show some compassion and help find a solution like "hey I'm sorry we called to tell you your prescriptions where ready when they actually aren't. Would you like us to find another cvs that does have it in stock?" Nope. I had to tell them to track down an actual cvs to get my medicine. People now a days don't give a damn and just go collect a check. read more

I've always been a paying customer, I've never stolen anything. This cvs had me feeling like if if I had. From the moment I walked in I came to get hair dye a lady with orange hair carrying a basket followed me through out the entire store not even trying to be discreet but making it completely obvious. I was in the hair care products section and to test out if I was being followed or not I moved to the stationary low and behold I turn and she's right there. As I'm in line to check out she goes behind the counter. I am not going to cvs to steal hair dye I deserve a little more respect especially in a drug store. Cvs do better read more

Pretty good cvs store. I had never been to a cvs where everyone spoke Spanish. So I had to ask for help in Spanish. There is also a lot of latin products here as well. I liked that. Over all my experience was great and got some medications which I haven't seen at other cvs stores. Check it out. read more

I like to shop for my cheap alcohol fix here, and for gift cards for people's birthdays when i don't feel like putting much thought in getting them anything else. Oh and the sugar free gummy bears. I hate that there's usually only one cashier all the time so the line sometimes looks like it reaches all the way to the back where the actual pharmacy is. That is why I come in really early and look like an alcoholic buying Vodka at 9 am. Oh yeah they charge you for bags here too, so I just walk out with all my purchases in my arms as if I'm stealing them because I'm too cheap to pay an extra ten cents for a bag. read more

today 11/18/17 i went to the pharmacy to drop off my prescription JASMINE her hair is really dark black and she always wear dark blue scrubs! she then showed my prescription to another pharmacist and that pharmacist advised her that they could accept it so the DARK HAIR chick just handed me the prescription slip back and said we can't take this ! i said okay why not and she then explained! her whole attitude is RUDE if u didn't want to work with customers then u shouldnt have became a pharmacy tech! i just got my wisdom tooth pulled and in severe pain and my attitude is better then hers! read more

Received the worse customer service at this location. I went in to get pain killers from the pharmacy half an hour before they closed. There was two representatives there and both denied to help me because they said they were about to close. I had been in a car accident and pleaded with them and told them it was just pain killers I needed. Once again, they denied helping me and said I had to come back tomorrow if I wanted them. read more
