Filthy store! Received a text that my rx was at this store located 1233 Precinct Line Road. This is because my local pharmacy was out of stock for rx. When I went inside, the staff never looked up, nor acknowledged me. I blanked my keys a bit and someone said" be there in a moment " When I gave all pertinent info she said no, there's nothing at this location for me. I was 99% certain my text had given this address. But my phone had died. I drive to my normal CVS, located at 1500 Precinct Line Road inside Target. The pharmacist showed me on their documentation that my rx was waiting at the other location. He saw me begin to tear up because I'm disabled and had driven 20 miles outside my usual activity level. I'm disgusted to know that some people are relegated to this level of treatment for their rx. I will never allow anything to go to this store! Over appearance and pharmacy team, Probably 6 workers, no one in their drive thru. I was their only person but, ignored, lied to, and turned away! Finally a decent person working at this location. Today when I came to pick up my prescription, there was a young woman that helped me that had glasses and was wearing a head wrap. She has been the nicest person I have ever encountered in the pharmacy location not the retail area. Usually they have great employees and customer service. Every time before today that I would go to CVS, whether it be inside or through the drive-through to pick up my prescription. There has always been a rude employee there. Even today as she was helping me, I saw both of the rude employees that are always there, and I still can't believe with the amount of reviews that are here that they are still employed at this pharmacy. The only reason why I continue to go to the CVS is because of my health insurance and the CVS versus the CVS and target directly across the street normally doesn't have my medication. Although it is easier to come to this location, I would much rather go out of my way to get my medication, but unfortunately, I don't always have the time. read more

Don't go here for proscriptions. The main pharmacist is beyond rude. They also don't care about your insurance and insurance timings. Will mark you for non insurance price. Not a pleasant experience here. Adding to the 1.5 star overall review. read more

This location has been confused with the 1400 Precinct Line Rd location (located inside Target). This review is for the standalone store located at 1233 Precinct Line Rd (the corner of Precinct Line Rd and Bedford-Euless). The pharmacy at this location does a good job of accurately and quickly filling prescriptions. They recently implemented a policy of putting labels on many items at the last minute because so many prescriptions are not picked up promptly. This has slowed down the checkout process a bit. This may be a new policy at all CVS locations. While this location isn't the largest, it is sufficiently large to stock many convenience items, like food, snacks, shampoo, body wash, along with a reasonable supply of health related over the counter items. The people running the store are friendly and helpful, but can sometimes be very busy. read more

Made an appointment for a drive-thru COVID-19 test. Arrived 10 minutes early to wait in the drive-thru line. As soon as I got to the window they shut the security gate and told me they closed for lunch. Not sure why they would allow me to schedule that appointment time if they knew they were going to close. I went inside to ask for an acception and they denied me the test with my appointment. I could not reschedule as I selected that specific appointment time for a reason. Very unprofessional and dishonest. read more

CVS lost a customer for life due to being verbally abused and berated by Star. To make things worse Larissa a co worker of hers witnessed the entire incident and refused to assist me in filling my prescription. The manager was out sick and these two girls took complete advantage of the lack of oversight. read more

This pharmacy is so disorganized it's a joke. The workers are not friendly and they provide grossly inaccurate estimates for how long it will take them to place a box of pills into a bag. They also restock prescriptions after a day or two if it's not picked up but they aren't supposed to do this unless it has been two weeks without pick up. Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone ever. read more

I was told that a prescription would be $2.23 but they didn't have it in stock. (this was what I managed to get the price down to after requesting they check one of several discount plans I had on file) They told me to come back later in the day to pick it up. I asked them if the price was going to be the same when I picked it up later in the day... I was assured that it would remain the same. When I arrived later in the day, the price changed to $116.00. They told me they would not honor the price from earlier in the day. I will never use CVS again. read more

This has been the worst pharmacy for many years. Tried again today. Still the worst. The are so disorganized and never even close to being on time. Always slooooow at every single thing they do. I have never gone out of my way to leave reviews like this because it has never been necessary. Here, it is necessary. Please do not come here if you have another option. Look at all of the google reviews for the pharmacy. They will yell at you upon arrival, aggressively gesture at you, and throw things across the counter at you... When I arrived a man was yelling at customers in front of me and looks at me and starts aggressively pointing to the next register even though he is helping someone and starts rolling his eyes at me. He then has to ask me each question at least 10 times and yells my personal information at me over everyone. A blonde woman comes up to again repeat the things I was told 10 times and I said "We already went over it" and she throws her arms, rolls her eyes, and YELLS "someone else help HER." All of this is happening while the employees are arguing with each other When I check out the man "helping" me starts reaching around and doing all of the check out on my confirmation for me and when I told him I need to look it over and can do it, he threw the bag at me. I hope this was a social experiment and not how adults are actually acting at work... in a pharmacy.. read more

Samantha in the pharmacy is the most unhelpful & inconsiderate person I've meet. Brought my friend in to get his vaccine and doesn't care that he's on crutches, doesn't care he doesn't have the strength to do the damn maze, doesn't have any type of empathy at all or even pretends to care at all. The pharmacy department is the worst. The guy there was very condensing and rude. My prescription was transfer to this ovation and after he asked why I was there like 10 times I asked do you have the medicine here ? He said yes but is in our inventory but I have to go back to the other location. I wish I can give this location a negative star. read more

I've been coming here for years and I've never had an experience like I had on Monday. I went to park and the other woman whipped in like she was going to back up but she waved me to go and there were 3 open spots in front of the front door. She yelled at us saying we stole her spot. Then backed in and was parked in 2 spots. She reparked and when she got out of the car shy hit my car. I just left the dealer ship, a brand new car. She ran off and said nothing. When my mom came back she told me that she worked there and took care of her and was snooty the whole time. Employees shouldn't park right next to the front door first of all, that's very inconsiderate to employees especially at a pharmacy. I didn't catch her name but she had long braids and drove a black car. If this hadn't happened I would give this place 5 stars. read more
