This location has been confused with the 1400 Precinct Line Rd location (located inside Target). This review is for the standalone store located at 1233 Precinct Line Rd (the corner of Precinct Line Rd and Bedford-Euless). The pharmacy at this location does a good job of accurately and quickly filling prescriptions. They recently implemented a policy of putting labels on many items at the last minute because so many prescriptions are not picked up promptly. This has slowed down the checkout process a bit. This may be a new policy at all CVS locations. While this location isn't the largest, it is sufficiently large to stock many convenience items, like food, snacks, shampoo, body wash, along with a reasonable supply of health related over the counter items. The people running the store are friendly and helpful, but can sometimes be very busy.

Horrible customer service. Rude people. Awful attitudes. No use in complaining to corporate they don't care either.

My collection of an order was with them for several days before I contacted them, and when I went to retrieve it, they placed it with the outgoing FedEx mail. Fortunately, FedEx returned it several days later, but I was unable to give dvd's to my family that was in town. I never received a call from a Manager apologizing for the inconvenience. When I did speak to a Manager a few days later he wasn't sympathetic at all. Once again, I had an order sent from Imemories, and this store did not inform me that it had arrived. Consequently, I will no longer place orders from this location. On a positive note, the employees who work at the front door are all very friendly. Additionally, a lady named Sam is exceptional.

I was asking for just a few days worth of each medicine to get me through the week. The pharmacist came out and said they are just going to refill them ahead of time. They contacted the Walgreens in Georgetown where I normally get my meds filled, confirmed my info, and shortly after I was done. Thanks to the pharmacist, and thanks to Karla for taking care of my need. We need more people, and customer concerned businesses in this country.

I went to Wal-Mart neighborhood store yesterday for sustenance for myself and my family and fuel for the mobile transport unit. Wal-Mart is genius at this. My location is always clean, always stocked, and dtocked with helpful associates willing to help. The pics? Okay, so those are the outcomes of my foraging the wilds of Wallyworld for Pillsbury croissants, Black forrest ham, sharp cheddar cheese. See how purty they came out? It looks like a bakery did it. Nope. Ya boi got skills. Yes, they came out of a can. You just have to apply some patience in letting them get to room temp once opened, a loose rolling up, egg wash, and boom! Puffy, goldeny, purty rolls. Anyway. It all started by Wal-Mart having everything I was looking for to put it together. I do not get the low rating of this location. They retrieve the carts, keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. This store is 5 of 5 every time. Would my blanket O' pigs lie to you? Be well, everyone. Check on you buds, especially the ones keeping up a smile. Check in on yourselves as well. Today, we have sunshine. Immerse yourselves in its warm embrace. Put on short sleeves and get your vitamin D. Need supplies? Hit up my Wal-Mart. Bye now.

I stopped by, just in case, to see if I could be seen as a walk-in. The NP was so sweet and asked a bit about what I needed. I told her, and she was able to see me without having to wait. It's odd to say you had a great visit when you're not feeling your best, but this was a great experience. The NP was open and listened to how I was feeling, and actually helped with finding new and better vitamins to help boost my iron and other supplements. At the end of my visit, I needed to stop by the pharmacy, and they had my prescription ready in less than five minutes. This was during lunchtime, which was really impressive. If I don't visit my regular CVS, this will be the next one on the list. Again, like the one on Central & Harwood, the customer service is excellent!

Today's unprofessional behavior: I had a script that I should have been able to fill around June 21. It was June 26, today, Friday, and nothing on my Walgreen's app about this prescription being available. So based on my previous experience (which was atrocious--see my previous review), I called my doctor's office. The nice woman who answered the phone, Maria, listened to what I had to say about not getting this script and my previous "adventure" with this pharmacy. She asked one very good question, "What reason are they giving you for not letting you pick up the script?" I thought that was an excellent question, so around 12:00 (I had talked to Maria at 8 am with no notice that my script was ready to pick up), I called this awful, unprofessional pharmacy (I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone). The person who answered was the head pharmacist; I recognized her voice. I said, "My name is [first name, last name]. My date of birth is [XXXXXX]. I need to pick up a prescription for [X] today. I talked with my doctor; he said that if you have a reason for not letting me pick up my script today, he needs to know what it is so that he can address the issue." That was it. Short, sweet, to the point, no foul language, no mention of the past. The head pharmacist said to me, "So you want to go from zero to 100 right away? Really? That's what you want to do?" I have dealt with countless pharmacists during my 60 odd years; I have NEVER had a pharmacist speak to me in this manner. A pharmacist might be grumpy in tone but professional in their actual words. This was unprofessional wording and in a tone of combativeness!!! I am nobody. I don't even have that many prescriptions in total. I send a friend there maybe 3 times a month to pick up my scripts. Why they have targeted ME, I don't know. Maybe they can't think of a better way to fill their time, add some drama to their deadly dull lives????
