Minimal wait. Tonight I hit the drive-thru because I had the pups in the car with me. They love the staff because they receive treats (sounds like early halloween). They work quick - my prescription was ready tonight, but was originally told it might be Monday Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great location, too....right at the corner of Precinct Line and Cheek Sparger (Mid Cities), next to Andy's and across from the high school. The drive-thru is decorated with need-to-know information. You can even ask for over-the-counter items. Inside is a sterile environment...right? The prices are normal, plus they give you coupons for further cost savings on other items. read more

Loved my visit to the MinuteClinic. I tried to make an appointment online, but they didn't have anything available during the time I was hoping for. I stopped by, just in case, to see if I could be seen as a walk-in. The NP was so sweet and asked a bit about what I needed. I told her, and she was able to see me without having to wait. It's odd to say you had a great visit when you're not feeling your best, but this was a great experience. The NP was open and listened to how I was feeling, and actually helped with finding new and better vitamins to help boost my iron and other supplements. At the end of my visit, I needed to stop by the pharmacy, and they had my prescription ready in less than five minutes. This was during lunchtime, which was really impressive. If I don't visit my regular CVS, this will be the next one on the list. Again, like the one on Central & Harwood, the customer service is excellent! read more

Pharmacy manager Karina (spelling) and one brain cell employees. I tried to get allergies meds but he gave me 24hr and not 12hr. So I refunded it and tried to get 12hr. Of course the system flags it bc it thinks I'm trying to buy over the legal limit. When I asked the pharmacy manager she's clueless ON WHEN I CAN COME BACK AND BUY MORE... I can't believe she's allowed to fill meds. Period. read more

The pharmacy sucks! Every time I've called I've waited 20 plus mins for someone to pick up. When they finally do pick up they never know what they're doing! Forget the drive through!! 1 hour yesterday waiting in the drive through. What's the point?! If you can't help the car at the window send them around once! Move on!!! Today's adventure...was told the rest of my daughters meds would be in. Went to get them, said give me 15 mins. Went back in 15 and was told sorry. The meds where never ordered. So you lied and added fuel the fire. Then "couldn't" get a the other CVS in the phone and just told me to show up and they'll know what to do. It doesn't work like that! I had to tell the women what to do! I ended up calling the CVS and they answered the phone in less than 2 mins. They got everything taken care of and off we went. read more

The Pharmacy at CVS 1401 Ira E. Woods in Grapevine is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Amir, The Pharmacy Manager, always goes the extra mile to make sure you have your prescriptions in a timely manner. In a recent incident, due to supply chain issues, one on my prescriptions was very difficult to find. Amir searched for two days and finally found one package at a sister store not to far away. He didn't have to go to that much trouble but he did and he always does. Linda the other Pharmacist is also great and the techs are friendly and efficient. I plan my insurance around making sure that My CVS is a viable option for me. Way to go! read more

I wish I could take away stars..Avoid this CVS at any and all costs! HORRIBLE customer service!!! I sat in the drive thru for close to 30 minutes to drop a prescription off. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours... it wasn't. Went back a third time and was told they could not give me the prescription because their system was down. (How did they do it in the "old days"?!) So now I'll have to make a forth trip, my prescription is held hostage and my son cannot take his daily medication. I wish I could say this was the first time, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find a better pharmacy! I know I will be!! read more

It's a CVS so there's not much to expect. I usually go to this location to grab something really quick but the reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I had ordered photos to be printed on this location online late at night one time to pick up early in the morning. Well, the day got away from me and I didn't go to pick up my photos until around 3pm even though it would've been ready at 8am and...they never printed them. I had to wait another hour for my photos to be printed. So what's really the point of online ordering if they're not gonna be ready after 7 hours of when they said they're going to be ready? The people that work here are really slack with this place. read more

Horrible customer service at pharmacy. I usually go here for prescriptions when my usual pharmacy (Tom Thumb) is closed, since CVS is open later - and hadn't had issues before. But my most recent visit was a very different story. I had a prescription for a product that is apparently no longer available in Texas. Tom Thumb told me right away that they'd be unable to fill it, but that if I found a pharmacy that still had the item in stock, they could help. Took it to CVS who took my script and said it should be ready in a few days, that they would call. No call. I checked back about a week later and was told they couldn't fill it, and no one else could either. (Did they ever plan to contact me about not being able to fulfill the script?? I'm guessing not...) The lady then said they would contact my doctor, and to check back the next day. Called the next night to be told that no, they didn't contact the doctor and what were they going to contact him for anyway when the prescription can't be dispensed... Serious customer service breakdown, and now I'm more than a week out with no prescription, and no substitute from doctor since the pharmacy didn't deem it important to let me know they weren't going to fill it in the first place!! No stars here - and, one less customer on top of that! Yelp is making me select at least one star, but given a choice, I wouldn't give any. read more

Horrendous service. Made a covid testing appointment two weeks in advance. I received a confirmation email and two confirmation texts. Upon arriving I was told I was not in the system and I was spoken to rudely as if I were a criminal for coming in "without an appointment." No one would even look at my phone confirmations or check the confirmation number I received for the correct date, time and location. I am in shock CVS employees are allowed to speak to someone the way I was spoken to and treated today. Stay clear of this location!! read more

Dr. Matthews did an excellent job helping me! She is pregnant and I was here last patient. She successfully removed my ear wax build up. I was impressed with how precise yet caring she was. Minute Clinic, the name is such a joke! Today, 11/28/2018, I was signing in at 11:15 am and as usual the nurse steps out with exiting patient and states it will be 45 minutes to an hour before she can see me. Mind you no one was waiting. Since the Minute Clinic was begun at this location neither I nor my wife have been able to get service with no one waiting in less than an hour. We are both retired, 1995, so we arrive at various times. Can only suppose the nurse requires a one hour nap between patients. However, today was my last attempt. read more

This pharmacy is awful! Always a wait and rude pharmacy staff. Called in prescription last night to be refilled. Got the approval and date that it would be ready. Come in wait in drive through line for 15 min to have lady tell me she doesn't have anything for me. I show her my precipitation bottle to look it up. She tells me at 2:00 today will be ready. I come back at 2:40 , wait it drive up line again to be told it's still not ready. They had me circle around again and finally receive prescription with no apology and given an attitude. I need to find a different pharmacy that's better with customer service. I understand times are hard with COVID but at least apologize with better attitude. read more

I like this CVS for their photo area and the folks working the shopping area counter are usually really nice and helpful. They usually even help with coupon issues and usually are really good about taking them. The pharmacy has finally ticked me off ... The other day I went to pick something up I called in that morning and requested for at 7pm. I got there and they had to expodite it and I had to wait 15-20 mins with my hungry & tired 5 year old. Last night I waited behind someone in the car line for 20 mins and it took me 10 mins to even get someone to help me once I got up to the window to pick something up for my mom & they had to go get it ready even though she had called it in on monday. They didn't have it in stock Monday and said they would call her once it got in ... fast forward to thursday she calls & they had gotten it in but never called ... then I still had to wait for them to get it ready. I saw at least two people drive up to fill scripts and they were not going to be ready until the next day at best & at least one other person decided to go else where because it was something she needed right away. The regular store staff deserves 5 stars ... the pharmacy deserves no stars ... they never had issues when they were 24 hours like the store which I honestly think they should go back to if they have been backed up for the last month like one of the pharmists told me who had come in from another store to help. read more

Had to wait 10 minutes in drive-through pick up line on Tuesday, June 27 at 3 PM in the afternoon. Unacceptable! Was told that the customer in front of me needed to have all of her insurance information added to their system. Why wasn't she asked to go in to the building to take care of that kind of business? My doctor's office left a voice mail at this CVS pharmacy refilling a prescription 2 days ago. I called the pharmacy to check on the status or my refill and was told that there was no record of any prescription being phoned in, and then she proceeded to tell me that my medication did not exist! I said that's impossible since I was holding the empty bottle in my hand that had been filled at another CVS location a couple of months ago! She then "put me on hold" and HUNG UP ON ME! Wow. Went to the drug counter at the CVS North Richland Hills, Precinct Line location to get a flu shot.. Lady at drug counter said they were too busy to give one and go over to the new medical area. I went over there and was required to fill out this mufti-page questionnaire on a computer. I left and went to another location. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. After that I went to the drive thru for a new prescription and they tried to tell me the cost would be $67.00. I have had the same insurance for over two years now and have repeatedly had to give them my insurance card. You would think that they would get it right by now. Honestly I would switch pharmacies if I could but my insurance company requires me to use CVS. I am tempted to switch insurance providers, that how bad this CVS is. read more

Awful CS in the Pharmacy......I might even go back to Walgreens *shudders* The people they have working in the drive-through and register have been some of the most incompetent, rude people I have ever talked to in my life. Specifically the young girl with glasses working drive through tonight at about 8:10pm, which I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with - Actual Pharmacists are smart/nice, however I pick up a monthly prescription and it's never the same 2 people filling. Based on other reviews - it makes sense why they have such a low rating for the Pharmacy. You are probably better off filling your medication somewhere else.....otherwise you'll probably need a new prescription for having to deal with their rudeness and stupidity. read more
