I stop at this CVS because it's on my way home. However I must say this CVS is quite pricey. I have noticed some of the items at this location are higher than other CVS not located in Broadripple. The pharmacist wasn't friendly or helpful. She was also reprimanding when I expressed frustration for the high price of the medication I had to take. I drove 2 hours to get to the pharmacy before the 1:30 pm closing for lunch, and though there was plenty of time to fill my prescription, she told me to come back after 2:30. Only after I explained the inconvenience to have to return, she reluctantly had it ready in 5 minutes- ample time before closing for lunch. She was rude and unprofessional. I am moving to the neighborhood and this was my first visit. I will now look for another pharmacy. I"ve never been treated so poorly by any pharmacist anywhere. Cecilia is super rude. She Was having a bad day (which she admitted to when I asked since she was being so difficult) had been yelled at by a previous patron but instead of putting that behind her when I came up, she proceeded to act like I was inconveniencing her by needing her assistance. I told her I had $1.15 In cash that I handed her, she told me my total without the cash, I told her you haven't added in the cash, and she's like "I didn't know you wanted me to" well lady what did you say think the money was for? A tip? Not for your service... Then she told me I gave her coins not cash, I said coins are cash, and she's said not to me... Then I told her I wanted to use all my coupons and she proceeded to read each and every coupon out to me, I told her she didn't need to, and she said well someone yelled at me earlier so I have to make sure I read every coupon out. Like lady. Take a break if you're gonna be a bitch to customers. The manager was nice, but he wanted Cecilia to wait because he was printing a receipt so I could transfer to the regular register since I was using cash, told Cecilia or whatever her name is, this and she proceeded to keep scanning. 2 stars is for the managers customer service as well as the fact that the store was stocked and I had a good amount of coupons. Tiny store. When I was in they only used self-check-out which I have a love-hate relationship with. The workers are nice.

I was treated extremely rudely by the pharmacy staff here - mostly the blonde male pharmacy technician. First he turned my mother away when she wanted to speak to the pharmacist because they were busy - understandable I guess. Then I went in an hour later to pick up a script that I thought was ready. First I noticed they were rude to the old man in front of me. Then when it was my turn they rudely told me it would be an hour. Sometimes in the past when I ask if it can be sooner, they can do that, so I asked if it could be any sooner and that my doctor seemed to think it would be ready in 30 mins. The blonde male pharmacy tech started literally yelling at me - "No, you didn't talk to anyone here, its going to be an hour PERIOD." I asked if I could get this script filled at another location and they said I would have to call. I could not get a hold of any other CVS pharmacy so I decide to wait. I go back an hour later and they tell me they had put it on hold because said I was going to fill it elsewhere, which I didn't know about. Then they said if I wanted it filled today I would have to go to a 24 hour location. This entire time I had a migraine and was in extreme pain and just wanted my migraine medicine. Absolutely no sympathy and no inkling of customer service from this CVS pharmacy. read more

I don't buy anything but my scripts and over the counter meds here so I don't know about the rest of the store. What I can tell you is that the pharmacy here is awesome, they are all very professional, very polite and have never messed anything up for me. The OTC meds are always stocked, they have a nice selection and good prices. I have been getting my meds from here for the past 7 years and am very happy with the service. read more

Neighborhood CVS is so perfect for Broad Ripple, and perhaps the best part of it are the people who work there--So friendly and so helpful. They definitely make this place our local pharmacy. It's always clean and fully stocked. I wish their photo and printing services were expanded a bit, but they do well with what they have. read more

I'd like to be clear that the staff for the convenience store portion of this location are super helpful and friendly. That said, the pharmacy staff are insufferable. Both my girlfriend and I will be filling our prescriptions elsewhere after repeated rude interactions. The pharmacy staff are strangely accusatory, and tried to shame me for using a coupon to get my prescription down from $300 to $240. I was stunned and said something to the store manager. This is my neighborhood pharmacy and besides the amazing coupons offers and easy in and out experience, the thing that keeps me happy to come back is the staff. The manager is SO FLIPPIN NICE its kind of nuts. She always asks how your day is going and if there's some kind of special sale that you may have missed she will mention it as you are checking out and is totally cool with cancelling your check out so you can go back and exchange your selections. Also, this location is really never that busy. Don't get me wrong, they have customers but some CVS' s have alot of traffic and it seems like everyone is checking out all at once with only one cashier on duty. Well, like I mentioned, the manager is great so if shes doing inventory and sees more than 2 people in line, she will stop and open another register to help. Impressed! I came to this CVS to fill a prescription for my little ones ear infection. I walked right in and the place was SO CLEAN! I went to the drop off counter and the pharmacist took me right away. We realized my LO did not have a profile and he patiently set that up for her. He filled our prescription and the other pharmacist checked me out and asked if I had any additional questions. Being the inquiring first time mom that I am, I had many questions. Normally, I do not write any reviews but this CVS Pharmacy left me ON-HOLD for for a long time. They picked up and said please hold no other message 10 minutes later they picked up again just saying the same phrase "please HOLD" 15 minutes later I hung up the phone. This was crazy!!! All I wanted was to know if they had my prescription ready as it showed up online that it was at 11:00am. The reason why I called to verify was because I had seen that the online status is not sync to the real time. In the past, I have gone to pick it up my prescription when the status was ready online but it wasn't. I am not sure if the pharmacist have timed quotas. Anyway, I went to pick it up (4:15pm) and it was not ready. Their excuse was that the doctor's office had just submitted the order but that was not the case since I had confirmed with the nurse that it was submitted at 8am this morning. The lack of ownership and the long wait on the phone for a simple question got my one star rating. Sorry, not sorry. read more

The nicest and most helpful staff you could find. Always. Yesterday I needed a diaper rash product for a grandson. It looks like other reviews on here are about the pharmacy. This review is about the main store. I picked out 3 things and went to the counter. The lady asked if I had a cvs card. I said that I didn't have it with me. She started ringing stuff up. I realized that one item was on sale for less and told her about it. She said, "That's why I asked you for your cvs card"! "Do you still want this item"? I told her, "Not for the higher price". She started to return it. I told her to return it all &that I would be going to Walgreens instead. She said, "That's fine"! I went to the pharmacy to find a manager to complain to & they said, "That is the manager". I am not sure why the manager was not at all concerned about providing good customer service. She really just wanted a confrontation in my opinion. I called cvs corporate, then went to Walgreens where I saved $3 without it being on sale. read more
