Very pricy. The pharmacy is not very nice and charged us when then weren't supposed to then had to refund me when I went in over a month later! Sometimes the front cashier is nasty too. Needs to work on service! But much better than Walgreens! read more

The most professional, courteous clerk assisted me Wednesday evening. I was dreading the errand because i had already been to 2 other CVS's that day -- the first was having trouble with its computers so a line of customers waited to process their transactions; the second CVS I tried was closed when I arrived (I'm baffled by the varying business hours among CVS stores). So i was not optimistic when I arrived at the Inwood CVS. But as soon as I stepped inside, a gal greeted me warmly and processed my transaction with a smile. Wish every CVS had such excellent customer service. Really made my night. read more

They literally TAKE SO DARN LONG!!! Every single time I come here they are either changing hours (cutting them back) or sit there taking 20 min per car in their drive thru which is ridiculous! People have jobs and places to be! We don't have hours to sit in your lines waiting while you all laugh with each other and have an attitude with us! Like it's our fault you guys act like no one's waiting on you to grab that bottle of meds right there 5 feet away! No it's perfectly fine to make people waste hours every single time they come! This is the best pharmacy in southern Berkeley County without question. You are given real times when your prescriptions will be ready, and they do their very best to get them ready even faster though they are swamped. People complain about the drive thru window, but if you walk in, you will find that you are in and out in a much shorter amount of time. Just walk in- otherwise you might be waiting for quite a while as they work themselves to death to try to move you through. I have never had more gracious care, and I cannot recommend them enough. They will do everything they can to meet your needs, including filling things on the spot in emergencies. All you have to do is walk in and explain your situation, and they are on it. In all the years that I have gotten my scripts filled here, I have never had a mistake, and I have always been greeted with kindness. I wouldn't trust anyone else with mine, or my family's, medications. There are not harder working people in a pharmacy, and they are always professional. Please take your scripts to CVS in Inwood- you won't be sorry that you did!! read more

The pharmacy customer service is terrible. There is always a long line at the drive-thru pharmacy as well as inside the store at pharmacy check out. The pharmacy has screwed up several of my prescriptions as well as my children's. One time, it was a crucial medicine that I needed at night. I submitted for a refill. A girl called to tell me that it wasn't covered by my insurance, which I already knew, and asked her to fill it anyways. My husband went to pick it up, and they said there wasn't any record of it! As a result, I had to go one evening without a very important med. And this isn't the first time they have screwed it up. There have been other times where I was called saying a medicine was ready for pick-up, but when I went to the drive-thru (after waiting 30 minutes in line), the guy at the window said it wasn't ready and asked me to pull around and get in line again. I then went in the store and waited another 15 minutes in line to be told it still wasn't ready. They definitely need more staff. My family has now switched to another pharmacy! read more
