The order was made on Monday, May 4th. I was told the pills would be ordered that day...I got a text from Walgreens the next day (5th) saying the prescription was on hold -reviewing insurance, and no action is needed. On the 6th, since I desperately need this drug, I went to the store and talked to the pharmacist. She said someone from the upper echelon at Walgreens had randomly put the drug on hold because it said the medication must be taken with food. She said it was out of her hands didn't know when this would be resolved. Walgreens never told me who pulled this, or how to contact them, or their qualifications to override a veteran physician. They never even contacted Blue Cross, Blue Shield of North Carolina, about the insurance or coverage. I was referred to Walgreens by BCBS of NC because they were in network, and my drug was definitely covered. Blue Cross, Blue Shield representative tried to resolve this for me by calling the local Walgreens. She called them a bit before 12 noon and was put on hold. At 12 p.m., they said they were now closed and would have to call back after 1 p.m. So ask yourself before shopping there. "If I were terminal or someone in my family was, would I wait to pay this company a lot of money to do business?"

I finally got to try the Walmart bakery for a custom heart cake. The man that took my custom order said he wasn't sure if the decorator would be able to execute it but he/she did amazing! When I came to pick it up around 9:40PM I was told if I arrived a bit later i would've missed them, but I checked beforehand and bakery hours state they close at 11PM? So not sure if hours are accurate. I got a 10 inch cake for $24, it's a steal. So yummy and the cake wasn't dry at all!! I would definitely recommend, their team is talented.

Scott has checked insurance that would help me better. He goes out of his way to help me regarding prescriptions. All of his employees are ready to help and always curious and polite. I go by several pharmacies to get to Realo and I'm happy to do it. If I'm to sick to pick up my drugs they will go out of there way to see I get mine delivered. They are truly blessed and Scott is on top. If rewards are issued than Scott and his staff deserve it.

WORST experience of my life! I came in to get a prescription filled on October 23rd around 10am or…read moreso, my insurance needed a prior approval so I paid for it 123 and change, they informed me the prior approval date needed to be for the date of paying for it which would be October 23, so my drs office did so, it was all fixed a week or so afterwards, my boyfriends parents paid with their debit card so the pharmacy said I could get it the 15th or 30th of November so I said the 15th, I checked a few days before the 15th to see how it was, and they stated, "we are waiting on the owner (male), (he owns multiple Johnsons drugs stores) to sign off on the check." Which in return, is certainly understandable. I called today November 18th, 2019 to see what is going on. Cathy/Kathy however you spell the representatives name mentioned around 8:30am the computers were down, and the owner had been to the store already, but since the check wasn't printed out. (Which I could have sworn a rep/pharmacy tech told me it was cut Friday, but they'd call be back when it was done, and they NEVER called me to inform me it was ready or wasn't ready). I called again today around 12:09pm, Cathy/Kathy informed me that the owner wasn't able to sign off because of the computers being down. I informed her (kathy/cathy) I'm frustrated, and hoping to get this $123 & change to pay for my sons prescription which she refrained to sympathize, and she seems to be getting aggravated from me calling to see what's going on with the check, she begins to state I am wasting her time, so I ask her when she believes the owner may be back, she is unaware which is understood, she then states well he has multiple stores with about 15 million dollars in networth I'm assuming to deal with they can't just focus on one person/check (not sure where she was getting at, at this). I then inform her I am going to write a yelp review pertaining to this matter/experience so I ask for the owners name, and she REFUSES to give me the information. I ask how to spell her name, and her WORD verbatim is, "its however you think it's spelled." I understand this company is working for an owner, but when an individual is concerned, or at this point upset this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say. I know this could have been handled better. I now am reaching out to a Paralegal to get the owners information so I can inform him of such matter/issue. I did mention I will be calling again to get an update regarding the check. She then hung up on me! Another thing she mentioned is the check can be held 30 days by law from the 15th. Because that's when they write it. Cathy/Kathy kept insinuating I believe that I wanted her to sign it or something which is NOT what I wanted, I just wanted to know WHY the pharmacy informed me that the check will be wrote out on the 15th which may or may not have been done on said day, and supposedly computer issues today which was the 18th of November and the owner he was in there, but failed to sign off because of issues with the computer system. I understand that. I just want to know why they say a certain date and DIDN'T do it on said date! Also, the TERRIBLE customer service. After I receive this check, I will be in touch with the owner rather it be a phone call, email, or in person etc. I may even contact the BBB for this. I'm so frustrated. Hope anyone else whom of which needs a reimbursement does NOT encounter the same issue I did.
