I am advising you not to do business with Walgreens. I have pancreatic cancer and need medicine to…read moreextend my life. My doctor sent a prescription for CREON, an expensive pancreatic drug. The order was made on Monday, May 4th. I was told the pills would be ordered that day...I got a text from Walgreens the next day (5th) saying the prescription was on hold -reviewing insurance, and no action is needed. On the 6th, since I desperately need this drug, I went to the store and talked to the pharmacist. She said someone from the upper echelon at Walgreens had randomly put the drug on hold because it said the medication must be taken with food. She said it was out of her hands didn't know when this would be resolved. Walgreens never told me who pulled this, or how to contact them, or their qualifications to override a veteran physician. They never even contacted Blue Cross, Blue Shield of North Carolina, about the insurance or coverage. I was referred to Walgreens by BCBS of NC because they were in network, and my drug was definitely covered. Blue Cross, Blue Shield representative tried to resolve this for me by calling the local Walgreens. She called them a bit before 12 noon and was put on hold. At 12 p.m., they said they were now closed and would have to call back after 1 p.m. So ask yourself before shopping there. "If I were terminal or someone in my family was, would I wait to pay this company a lot of money to do business?"

They were so tight and uncomfortable they left marks on my thighs. I had to take them off after one day because of the pain. When I came to pick it up around 9:40PM I was told if I arrived a bit later i would've missed them, but I checked beforehand and bakery hours state they close at 11PM? I can't say enough about how wonderful Scott the head pharmacist is and the the drug store is. I…read morehave NEVER had a pharmacy or pharmacist take such special care and concern of a customer. Scott has checked insurance that would help me better. He goes out of his way to help me regarding prescriptions. All of his employees are ready to help and always curious and polite. I go by several pharmacies to get to Realo and I'm happy to do it. If I'm to sick to pick up my drugs they will go out of there way to see I get mine delivered. They are truly blessed and Scott is on top. If rewards are issued than Scott and his staff deserve it.

If frozen, when defrosted, you have wilted, mushy, rotting fruits and veggies. Delivery service is terrible..I've done it about 10 times in the past year. I'd say at least 8 times it was terrible. Clean store, very spacious and very well stocked…read more Recently they have had more cashiers open so you don't have to always do self checkout, and people aren't in self checkout with 50 items. Prices are Walmart prices. Nothing special in terms of pricing, but the shelves are well stocked with a wide variety of choices. Plenty of parking so no worries there. Plenty of people do leave their shopping carts in spaces so be aware so you don't hit one. It's a Walmart, expect a Walmart.
